Finally Josephine Bowman was in the game. It wasn't going well...the team hadn't pulled together very well and it was obvious. She just hoped she could help salvage the game as she bolted into the game for Mordred. It took her no time to find herself flying toward Sophia Hallington in hopes of marking her to keep her off Tychus so he could mark Sita. Of course that would work if she wasn't being marked as well. It didn't matter at the moment though. The only thing that mattered was keeping Sita from scoring.

Josephine was an experienced chaser, Grace had heard all about her before she herself had even rode a broom for her own squad. Hating to admit it, her confidence had faltered when she drew ever closer to the green-clad girl; her tactics withering in the face of someone with more experience than her. It was with adrenaline gaining victory then, that she got in her way and made her pursuit of marking Sophia a hard one.

A large wail roared from the crowd behind her, and she quickly learned that Sita had scored. That put them in second place in the cup! She shot over to her friend, slapping her an enthusiastic high five, roaring well done over the noise of the thundering crowd. Odd, they seemed to be getting louder.. unless - and then she noticed. Finn, victorious with snitch in his grasp. There was no finer way the game could have ended. The captain had made his final catch, they had won, secured second place, played well and fair.

Ecstatic, Grace screamed her approval and flew off to join the celebrating huddle of her teammates.

I've been asked to give an extension of time for editing IC content into posts beyond the usual 48 hour period. I don't feel able to do this, because it'd be unfair on players who've taken part in previous games this year and had to edit without 48 hours in order to get their experience points.

However, I am willing to give a 72 hour extension before applying the XP penalty for the posts without IC content! So if you edit your remaining OOC posts within 72 hours of this post, the XP penalty won't apply to them. However, you won't actually earn XP from any posts which are still without IC content at this point.

Everyone is still welcome to post their character's reaction to the game within the next 72 hours, and this will still count towards XP! After that, the chance to earn XP from this game will be over - then we can start thinking about next year's Quidditch season!
