Growing board with the castle Kamron decided that it was time to venture outside and perhaps tour the magical city near the castle. It had, after all, not gone to Hogsmead the past few weekends, and it would be nice to have a few things to owl back to his parents upon their return to Hogwarts.
After wrapping his Ravenclaw scarf around his neck, he pushed open the doors to the castle and stepped outside onto the newly fallen slow, making is was slowly towards the villiage, enjoying the feeling of the chrisp air around him.

Mary was lost, again. She was wandering the halls aimlessly hoping to either run into a room she was familiar with or another student, any student, she was so lost that she did even care if it was the most obnoxious pompous student she had ever meet, so long as they knew the way somewhere. It was then that she saw a boy walking down the hall, apparently with purpose; only he was a ways ahead of Mary. She picked up her pace to try and catch up with him, hoping this wasn’t like one of those mirages people see of water when they were lost in the desert. She raced down the endless hallways in pursuit, thankful with every step that he was still there. As she got closer she saw the Ravenclaw scarf around his neck just as he stepped through a doorway. She wondered who it could be; she had never seen him before, so far as she could remember.
She came through the door and noticed that she was in the entrance hall, she could just go up to her room now and everything would be ok. But her curiosity got the better of her, so she threw her jacket on and went after the boy once again.
She finally caught up to him on the street heading to the nearby village. “Hi” she said, “I’m Mary Evans. Mind if I take a walk with you? It is lovely out, despite the cold.”
Molly was sitting in the lounge reading only because her friend said she should try to read more. The book was boring and it made Molly's head hurt. She put down the book to relieve her mind. She heard footsteps outside the door, it was Mary and she appeared to be running after something. Molly got up so suddenly that she spilled the glass of water that she was holding all over her robes. Oh that's just what I needed!! thought Molly angrily as she sped off in Mary's direction. She didn't even think about the book that she had left behind.
Molly rounded the corner and saw Mary going outside. Molly looked down at her robes, where she had spilled the water. I'm going to freeze out there!!! But Molly kept running until she hit the cold air. She started to shiver, but walked at a fast pace so she could catch up with Mary and a boy she was walking with that Molly had never met.
By the time Molly was walking side by side with Mary she was panting. "H-hi . . . . guys! . . . w-what are . . . you doing?"

Jasmine was in her room looking around for her snow boats so she could go outside. As she looked through the closet where she kept her big heavy coats and her nice clothes in. "Where could they be?" Jasmine said standing up straight and retracing her steps. She than turned around and bent down under her bed and noticed her blue snow boats. Jasmine than sat down on her bed and pulled them on. As she finshed she took her keys and walked out the door and locking it. Jasmine walked down the hallways and outside the castle into the cold crist air.
It was snowing lightly and people were going down the moutains. Jasmine smiled to herself at the sight and she bungled more in her jacket. She could hear the snow counch benath her feet and she wished that she could go horseback riding. Normaly when Jasmine went back home she would go to nearby horse shows and show in the jumper 3ft class and the flats. As Jasmine reached the Village she noticed her friend Mary Evans and Molly with a Ravenclaw boy. Jasmine than walked up to them and smiled. "Hello Mary Molly and....." Jasmine said looking at the boy wondering if she had seen him around anywhere.

He started to hear someone behind him, only made noticable by the sound of crunching in the snow, and he slowed his stride and started to look over his soulder just as a girl reached his side and introduced herserlf.
"Kamron Leopole, its a pleasure to meet you"
It was only moments after he had said his name that another girl, looking rather out of breath came rushing up behind them.
"I was just walking to the villiage and Mary asked to come along..."
Once again he stopped speaking as another girl came upon them, and he smiled again. It seemed a day for making ner friends.
"Kamron." he answered, after she let her voice trail off when she looked at him.

“Well now, aren’t we popular.” Mary joked to Kamron as Molly and Jasmine both came and joined them. “Shall we all go to the village as a group then? So long as Kamron doesn’t mind some company of coarse.” She said flashing him a smile.
Then she turned to Molly, gave her a smile and used a drying spell on Molly’s robes. “That better?” she asked.

As the boy introduced himself as Karmon Jasmine smiled and continued to look at him. "Nice to meet you Karmon my names Jasmine but Mary and Molly already know me." Jasmine said turning to her friends and smiling brightly at them. "I was also on my way to village as well." Jasmine said turning to Molly who looked tired and wet. "I havent seen you in the longest time, what happen?" Jasmine asked her firend with a concearn look on her face. She than was about to do a drying charm as well but Mary did it before her. "I wonder what kind of stores they have in the village." Jasmine said pulling her Ravenclaw hat more on her head to stop the snow from geting her all wet.

"Of course I don't mind" he replied, when Mary had verbalized the concern. He never minded being on his own, but he did not mind being with others either. Besides, no one ever minded possibly making a few new friends.
“That is exactly what I was thinking” he commented after Jasmine mentioned something about what shops would be in the village. “I would like to find something to send home to my parents since I am not spending the holidays with them.”
After he spoke, he looked down the road again before nodded and taking a step in that direction.
"Why don't we head off then. I am sure we can manage a conversation as we go."

Mary was absolutely euphoric, not only was she no longer lost, but also she was making an impromptu shopping trip with her friend Jasmine and two other possible new friends. Yes this trip was a wonderful idea, everything was going even better than Mary could have ever imagined. “Let’s go!” Mary said quite cheerfully when Kamron suggested heading off. “Say, I have an idea. Why don’t we play a quick game of favourites to get to know each other better? Everyone knows how to play right?” Mary asked, but was to excited about shopping to notice if they answered, she decided just to explain anyways. “We each go in turn and say something that is our favourite, like my favourite book is ‘Uther’, then the next person goes and says one of their favourite things, that way we can see what we all have in common and other conversations may start and things. Everybody got it? Well in my babble I suppose I took my turn; so who’s next?” Mary asked looking at them each in turn, waiting for the next person to go.

Jasmine nodded her head at Karmon and walked next to Molly with her feet crounching benath the snow. She than listen to Mary talk about something called favorites. As no one spoke she than said, "Well my favorite song is My Immortal by Evanescence." Jasmine said with a smile and she looked off into the distance and smiled. She loved to sing and she had a pretty good voice, well that what other people had told her. Jasmine than started to hum to herself lightly wiating for the other people to continue the game.
((Sorry this is sort but I am completly out of inpiration right now tis the season.))

He listened to the game idea and nodded in agreement, it sounded like a fitting wat to spend their walk as it would allow them to get to know one another with much greater speed. He listened to the other girl's answered then paused for a moment to think of something that was his favorite, but the only thing that came to his mind was the one thing that always came to his mind. Perhaps what Jaquin had accused him of the last time they saw eachother was accurate, even if he had thought his friend was giving him more credit than he was due at the time.
"My favorite thing, on a much broader scale, is psychology."

Mary was quite impressed when Kamron mentioned that he liked psychology. She had always found it fascinating, but since the majority of people who studied it were muggles she found that not too many other students were interested in it. “Really? I have always found psychology interesting, I actually wanted to be a psychologist when I was young; my mother squashed that idea pretty quick. Although I did manage to get her to let me take a summer course in psychology, anthropology, and sociology. I told her it was good to ‘know thine enemy’” Mary said with a laugh. “And do you believe, she actually said I was right. It was brilliant. Plus the course was just so interesting.”
"Well, going with Jasmine's theme I'm going to go with my favourite kind of music. My favourite music has to be the whole rock, alternative, grunge type thing." Mary continued the game as they approached the village.

"Thanks" said molly once Mary had done the drying charm. Molly walked silently with the group. They talked about music until they got to a little shop. They went inside and looked around. Molly seperated from the rest of the group to shop for Christmas presants. She found some cute sweaters to give to Jasmine and Mary. She looked up and down the isles looking for more cute stuff. Molly decided she liked the sweaters best and went up front to pay for them. When she had bought everything and put it all in bags, she walked around and found Jasmine.

Mary was absolutely in her element the moment the group stepped into the store. She found a number of things that she liked including a few things that could be used for Christmas and/or simple holiday gifts depending on the person. She felt that it didn’t matter whether or not a person celebrated Christmas or if the holiday season even meant anything to them; they would receive a gift from her just like everybody else she felt she had that type of relationship with.
After picking up three shirts she was just itching to try them on. ‘No Mary’ she though ‘I don’t think the others would appreciate waiting for me while I try every blooming thing on; as usual.’ So she only picked up the things she knew she would like and figured if she didn’t for some reason she could always come back and return them. Everything else could wait until she went on a trip either by herself or with someone she was positive would take just as long as her.
Mary only ended up getting 4 shirts for herself and a few gifts; a new record fore her. She then went to look for the others whom she seemed to have lost during her look through the store.

Jasmine entered the village and everyone seemed to went there seperate ways. Jasmine walked into a horse store and walked around. She could get a new saddle or boots since she had already fisnhed her Chrsitmas shopping. As she came up to a pair pare of riding boots Jasmines hazel eyes twinkled. They were black leather and the right size for jumpers. Her old boots were not able to fit and her jumping season was about to come back. Jasmine sighed and turned around and walked out of the store not buying anything.
As she walked thourgh the streets of the village the snow fell lightly on her head and she was looking for Molly. The village was allot differnt from Hogsmeade and Jasmine didnt know where to go. She rounded a corner but reached a dead end she than rounded another corner and another dead end. Jasmine sighed and she turned around and saw Molly. She sighed with relief and walked over towards her friend. "Molly there you are wont to go to a lounge or some where?" Jasmine said waiting for a reply from her friend.

Upon reaching the villiage they wandered appart in order to search for the perfect gifts for their loved onces. He remained on the streets for for time, walking the legnth of the small row of shps and reacing the signs before he finally entered an old bookstore. Inside he found an old book on mythology that would make a lovley present for his father, and alo one on astrology he bought for himself.
Once on the streets again, he saw a sign that said Rosa Chocolates, which was his next destination. He found a rather large sized imitation of the enchanted castle cast in chocolate he bought to send home, also a few chocolate snowmen that waved, and finally Madam Rosa's speciatly, a single rose that came boxed, and took only seconds to bloom and turn to chocolate once the box was opened. He ordered three snowmen and one rose--all wrapped.
After that he wandered back out onto the street and set off in search of the fellow students he had made his way to the villiage with. It was Mary that he found first. "Has your shopping gone well?"

Not finding anyone in the store she had entered Mary decided to go and look out on the street. Her search had been fruitless for about five minutes and Mary was about to give up when she realised she was lost. ‘Oh gosh not again’ she thought to herself. Finally after about two more minutes of wandering the street someone caught her eye; it was Kamron. “Oh my God am I glad to see you. This is the second time today you saved me from being lost; I’ll have to bring you around more often.” She said with a laugh, just so thankful to be found that she would have thought just about anything funny.
“It has been pretty good. I mean I put a fair size dent in my list of people I need to buy for; plus I kinda got a few things for myself. But I showed great restrain, so I am very proud of myself. How have you made out?”
He happiness to see him made a smile cross his face, he was always happy to help.
"I am happy that my keen sense of direction has come in handy for someone other than myself."
He grinned as she asked him ow his shopping had gone, and he glanced down at his bags for a moment.
"My shopping has gone well, I have gotten everything that I must get, as well as a few extras."
A smile then crossed her face and he reached into his back, and pulled out a small white box with a gold bow on the top if it and handed it to her.
"Happy Holidays"
It was one of the snowmen

Mary was glad he didn’t seem to think her annoying for the whole getting lost thing. She hated girls who pretended to be lost or not understand things to get guys attention, and though she really was lost she knew it might seem she was only faking. Mary’s smile then lit up as Kamron handed her a white box with a golden bow; it was beautiful.
“Thank you.” She said and placed her bags on the ground, she then reached into one of the bags that had been in her right hand and removed a book on muggle psychology. “I haven’t had time to wrap it yet but I got this for you as well. I didn’t know if you celebrated Christmas or anything because well we don’t know each other very well yet. But it was a kind of thank you for helping me find my way out of that maze of a castle and Christmas gift. I hope you like it.” She said while handing it to him.
“Have you seen the other girls around by the way?” She asked after a moment. “Its rather nippy out. Want to go wait for them in that coffee shop over there?”
He reached a hand out towards the book, smiling at her kind gesture. He had gotten her candy and she had gotten him someting more personal. It was a good guess that a book on psychology was a rather perfect gift for him. Being a Ravenclaw, it was not hard to imagine that he had a rather deep passion for book, and an even deeper love of psychology.
"Thank you. Even if you weren't sure on the holiday I celebrate, you seemed to have figured out my tastes compleatly. Your gift is perfect."
He smiled before glancing around and shaking his head in response to his question about the other girls.
"I haven't seen them since we parted"
