DADA Class. (Slytherin and Gryffindor.)

Yelena heard Katie and Brooke talking in her class, her ears were very keen. She walked over to them and stood there, looking down. “I would advise you both,” she said quietly to them, “not to pull any pranks in my class, or I will see to it that you both get a lengthy detention and house points removed,” she smiled at them and then went on with the class seeing as how everyone had completed their spells. Please take your homework down. I want you to write a paragraph on the Alderglix, covering where is can be found, what it hunts and how it kills. Points will be awarded of course.”<br>
She stepped into a cleared area of the room, she flicked her wand and a covered cage appeared. A hissing sound came from under the blanket. “As I promised you…the Alderglix!” with a quick movement of her hand she pulled away the sheet, and there in the cage stood an Alderglix, hissing at them venomously. Its claws were bared and its single fang exposed. “I want you to study this creature carefully, the major cause for people, wizards being killed is that they are so taken by the Alderglix’s appearance that they freeze or forget the spell. We would not want that to happen to you.”<br>
“I want you to look at the creature and then cast the charm once more, and see if it works as well when you have the animal before you.” She stood erect, “Now do not, I repeat do not cast the charm at the animal, this one is very special and must be preserved,” she said with a curious tone to her voice.

Vincent sniggered at the animal. How pathetic it was. He almost felt like disregarding the Professor and casting the spell at the Alderglix. He would have done that had Draco been in the class, but seeing as he was not, Vincent refrained from doing so.

Vincent looked at the creature in disgust and attempted to cast the spell. It did not work. Of course it did not. He had not been concentrating. Vincent looked at the creature again, screwed his face up in concentration and cast the spell. It worked, and a short burst of light issued from his wand.

Vincent copied down his homework quickly and left the class. It was dinner next and he did not want to be late. Maybe he would find Gregory there.

[Copenhagen]

Justin looked around the class as the Professor gave them the spell. He then took out his own wand and started to practice. His first few attempts did'nt work ,but finaly he did the flick and said "Oblivitum Destructus!" and the wand emited a electric blue light.

He started to think about the next prank he would do. He was the mischief maker since Fred and George had left. He had'nt done anything over the last couple of days and began to make a brilliant scheme. He waited for class to begin preparations.

Then the Professor gave them the homework and soon showed them the Alderglix. Justin stood up and saw Crabbe attept the spell and fail. Then Justin started laughing as Crabbe screwed up his face in concentration. Crabbe had looked like a goblin ,though usually he did anyways. Justin then attempted the spell himself. The first three times he failed ,but alas he finally got the spell right. Then he left and began to scheme his prank once again.

Rekiel walked up to the Alderglix next and said the spell it work first time. He then walked back to his table picked up his bag and walked out to go for dinner.
