Rosaliz ate her breakfast as fast as she could…She wanted to have extra time to get to ancient runes before the hall ways were full of students. She looked around the classroom, with a big smile on her face. She loved this class because it made her think, and she loved thinking…. The classroom it self reminded her of home a bit. Her favorite part of the room were the student’s desks. The wood had such a nice fine touch to it. She sat down in a seat far back, away from the teacher’s desk. She was waiting for all the other students to arrive.
The class began. The teacher instructed that they wouldn’t need their wands; Rosaliz put her wand in her bag. Professor Sandra asked the class a question but Rosaliz was busy taking her books and a couple parchments out of her bag. She saw a student run into the class saying sorry that he was late and listened to a girl give an answer to the question the professor asked. The girl looked like as if she was a fifth or sixth year, Rosaliz wasn’t really sure. The professor addressed the class to get a bag of runes. Rosaliz got-up... as if she had a no choice since the seat next to her was empty.
She listened to the professor ask a question of what the two runes would do if they connected. The student named Ivy gave the answer. The Professor gave the directions on how levitate the box, with the runes. Rosaliz tried the first time putting the 'UUS' and 'YLEM' runes out making a T shape with them. She had done that pronouncing "UUS YL” instead of "UUS YLEM". After Rosaliz’s tenth attempt of trying it, she got it into the air, but then she lost concentration making the box fall onto the ground, with a big crash sound. She just taped her wand onto the debris and it pulled itself back together as good as new. Rosaliz wasn’t really worried about it since she was a first year, she’d be quit amazed if she even managed to accomplish it.
