The Great Hall

[Copenhagen]

Justin followed her then he remembered that he had put his butterbeer in his pocket soh eopened it and took a big drink. All of a sudden he was reenergized. He walked over to the table and said " So which Quidditch Team is your faviorite?" in his normal voice , he was indeed revitalized.

[Evelyn]

she became excited again since she got to hear his amazing yet soothing voice," well i like them all but i fancy Ireland since that is my home land"

[Copenhagen]

Justin replied " I like Ireland , and Tutshill. " Justin was excited ,somehow he knew everything would be ok and that Harry would be safe and so would the others. Then he asked " Are you thirsty? I could grab you a butterbeer." in a polite voice

[Evelyn]

"Sure, I would love one, but if any one else were to ask me i would have said no" she blushed,then she thought knowing that dumbledore was keeping us same she relaxed and smiled at Justin

[Copenhagen]

Justin blushed and said " Okay be back in a jiffy." He walked over to the Butterbeers and grabbed two. He walked back over to the table and said " Here you are milady." in a fake English accent. He opened hers and handed it to her.

[Evelyn]

Evelyn bushed hard, and she took it out of his hand with both hands gently and ran one of them over his almost caressing it. She said "thank you, come sit down real close as so you wont get cold" she said jokingly, yet being serious about it too.

[Copenhagen]

Justin was really hoping she would'nt stop caressing his hand but she did. So he took her offer and sat down close to her. And said " You're the first girl that I've really liked here." as he began to blush again.

[Evelyn]

Evelyn blushed hard again, wondering if she would ever run out( ;D) shescooted closer and said to Justin "you are the only guy i know here but the only guy in the world i really like" She then placed her hand on his and caressed more

Justin listened and blushed ,but not because of the hand thing ,but she said made him blush. He said " Same goes for me." and he to scooted closer to her. He said " What do you want to do now?"

[Evelyn]

"whatever you want to do, i really do not care at this point" evelyn said softly

Justin started to ask her if she wanted to go the Astronomy Tower ,but then remembered that Dumbledore had given orders to the student and he was'nt going to be the one to get in trouble ,though if Death Eaters were'nt here he would. Of course Justin knew that since Fred and George had left school , he was the new practical joker at school. He then stared into her eyes and said " Well ,I do'nt no what to do."

[Evelyn]

"well i dont know either, you should choose what we should do" Evelyn leand towards Justin a little bit still staring into his eyes.

[Copenhagen]

Justin was in a bind he wanted to kiss her right then and there ,but they had just met. He also wanted to talk more ,and so he came to the conclusion that they would talk some more and see where it went from. So he said " Are you hungry or do you need another butterbeer?"

[Evelyn]

"no i am fine, but thanks for asking,"

[Copenhagen]

Justin said " Okay , what else do you want to do?" he was really trying not to act stupid. He then stood up saying " I need to stretch for a sec ,then he sat back down.

[Evelyn]

Evelyn lookked at Justin hoping he still liked her, bt she just sat there and play with her wand. Wondering what to do. "Well i dont know what to do since i am new" evelyn said

[Cole Waters]

Cedric got up from talking to Dawn and decided he should walk around to strech. Cedric walked around the hall and saw people everywhere in panic. Some didn't take it serious but most were Slytherins whos familys were Death Eaters. Then Cedric spoted Justin talking to someone. Cedric had nothing to do so he walked up to the two and said "Well I know what you should do. Hope to Merlin that the Death Eaters don't get in because if they do Gryffindors will be the first they go after and Justin here couldn't protect himself let alone you." Cedric gave an evil grin to Justin.

[Professor Filius Flitwick]

Filius was in his room, making the lesson plans for the following year. Scribbiling down on a peice of paper, he heard wings fly into the room. "Hello there. A letter ok." he said as the barn owl dropped the letter on his desk. "Oh, oh dear." Filius said as he stood up from his chair and grabbed his wand. Quickly running out of the room, his door automaticly locked behind him.

Running down the stairs to the Great Hall a few students were conversing in the main hallway. "Justin, Cedric, Evelyn. Get into the Great hall Right now! You all got an owl, and I hope that you abide by the rules!" Filius snapped at the trio and pushed them into the Hall.

Walking into the hall he went to the Teacher's table. He put a spell on his voice so it would be heard from every part of the room. "Everyone Listen up!" Filius sounded. "Get to your House tables and sit there. I know for a fact everyone has got an owl. We do not need a riot in here. Everyone needs to be sitting down and keeping calm." He said in a stern voice. A tone he hardly used. "Maddam Hooch, Prince, and Pomfrey will be watching over all of you. Listen to them!" he warned. Nodding his head he turned to the three seated at the table and nodded his head in goodbye. Waving his wand he vanished from his spot in the riser.

[dawn]

Dawn listened, partly, as Professor Flitwick went on. She had a fever and wasnt in a good mood. Taking a last sip of her butterbeer she got the glass bottle and threw it against the wall in front of her. "Egh!" she said as she grabbed another butterbeer from the middle of the table. Dawn was not in a good mood. The attacks had nothing to do with it. Dawn wanted to wring someones neck and make them fall to the ground in mercy. Thats the mood Dawn was in. In front of here were glasses of jucies. Apple, Cranberry, Orange, Grapefruit, and Pumpkin. Dawn was deffinatly not in a mood to be in a public place.

With a small grin on her face she decided to play a prank on Evelyn. A new girl in her year. She seemed to be hanging around Justin Lionheart. Those two were getting offly aquanted. Dawn narrowed her eyes as she saw Evelyn and Justin together. 'humm she pondered.' as she waited for the right moment. Tapping the Apple juice glass with her mahogany wand, the liquid evaportated into a cloud above her. 'hehe.' she laughed under her breath, silently. Dawn mouthed 'Evelyn' as the cloud slowly floated over her. In her head Dawn counted down. ' One, Two... Three!' Dawn waved her wand as the cloud twisted over the girl and drenched Evelyn with Apple Juice. Soaking her hair and her uniform.

Dawn forced herself to hold a angred face as she slipped her wand away. A few people started to gasp and stand up. Evelyn didnt know Dawn at all, which made this even more fun. Dawn would never be suspected for what she did. Murmering under her breath she said, "Welcome to Hogwarts, Gryffie." a sly grin appeared on her face as she took a sip of her Butterbeer.

[Copenhagen]

Justin looked at the person behind the insult. ((Ahhh ,)) he said to himself ((Should've guessed it.)) He came back with a bit of info himself. Justin stood up with profound anger and said " Well mister know-it-all ,there are more Slytherin casualties than all the houses combined.." His voice had turned ice cold torwards Cedric and he did'nt care. He saw then saw Professor Flitwick tell him ,Evelyn ,and Cedric to get inside. Justin went in rather reluctantly. He walked in with Evelyn ,but did'nt go to his house's table ,instead he waited for Cedric's reply.

As he was waiting he noticed Dawn throw her butterbeer bottle against the wall nearest to her. He then looked back at Cedric ,when out of nowhere apple juice went through the air landing on Evelyn. He turned and saw who it was. He looked around and saw Dawn. Dawn was looking furious enough , and she had just hastily put something away. Though he had no proof ,he was sure it was her.
