Professor Filius Flitwick walked out of his back room with a large box following him, Levitating a few inches off the ground. Filius walked to the front of his empty classroom and turned to the box. The box settled down on the ground. He opened the box and took out his wand. He pointed his short wand inside the box and said, "Mobiliarbus On Tables." within seconds you heard objects landing on desks, But if you looked on the tables it seemed as if nothing was there.
Professor Flitwick walked back to his desk as the box flew into the corner. He sat down and started sorting papers waiting for his NEWT students to arrive.

Dean Thomas was hurrying to the Charms classroom and saw that no one was there so he took a seat in in the second row and waited for other students to arrive.

Harry sat in the Great Hall, conversing with Ron and Hermione. He finished his breakfast as he turned and saw Charms was going to start in a few minutes. Knowing he had to venture up several fights of stairs to the Gryffindor Common Room, He decided to leave breakfast now. Harry said by to Ron and Hermione as he went off.
Walking up several flights of stair, he made it to the common room. He walked in and found his bag sitting on the table closest to the port hole. Grabbing it swiftly he walked out throught the porthole. He went back down the stairs as he walked to Charms.
When he reached the class he was quite out of breath from running up and down millions of stairs. He sighed heavily as he entered the class room. Seeing Dean Thomas sitting alone, Harry hardly gave him a glance as he grabbed the seat closest to the door. Harry looked on all the tables as he noticed nothing was sitting in front of him, unlike his first Charms class. Harry started to wonder what they were doing today, as he waited for the class to begin.

Catalina sighed as she sat at the Ravenclaw table in the Great Hall. It was nearly time for Charms and yet she hadn't finished her lunch, let alone even get to pick out her deserts for her meal. To Catalina this was one of the cruelest things that could befall her. Finally she simply gave up her chicken and potatoes and unfolded a napkin in which she stuffed a couple tarts, some cookies and one large brownie. Then carefully placing them into her bag she stood up and headed out of the hall.
Up a few flights she quickly walked and then entered the Charms classroom. "Afternoon' Professor" she said as she carefully set down her bag to not destroy her treats. Catalina then sat down at her usual seat near the front of the classroom.

Valerie entered the Charms classroom shortly before the bell rang to begin class. Charms was actually one of her favorite subjects as she was actually descent at using her wand. Descent was however a very generous compliment to her abilities. There was no way that she would have made it to her 7th year had it not been for the countless hours of extra help and tutoring she'd received throughout her first 6 years. Of course something like that can't be kept secret for very long and naturally the whole school knew that she had a learning disability. Most people treated her as they'd treat anyone else, then again the Slytherins often referred to her as Blondie, or dumby, dumb girl or often times worse names that Valerie simply tried to block from her memory.
The Charms classroom was still fairly empty so Valerie had her pick of the seats. As usual she took a seat towards the front of the room, this time next to Catalina. Sitting next to the head girl was definitely a good way to make sure that you learned something, or at least could see someone competent do something and try to imitate them. Setting her bag down on the table, Valerie sat down and shyly smiled at Catalina "hi" she said as she folded her hands in her lap.

Flitwick sat at his desk as his students arrived for their second Charms class. "Hello Everyone." He greeted as he pointed his wand toward the door, as it closed with hardly a sound. He walked to his podium and stepped up on his stool. "Good Day. My Newts students." Filius greeted a second time. He took pride in his teaching and wished all of his students would pay full attention to him, as well he would to them. "Alright everyone. Today we will be doing the 'Aparicium' spell. Can anyone tell me what this spell is? Meaning What does it do?" he asked as his eyes graized the heads of everyone in his class, waiting for a hand to rise.

Catalina sat at her desk and looked over as the Hufflepuff girl sat next to her. "Bout ye?" she asked moving over to make more room for her. Soon the professor began class and asked what the Aparicium charm did. Instantly Catalina's hand shot up into the air. This was a spell she'd learned a few summers ago when her older sister had taken her books and hidden them from her so she wouldn't study on her summer holiday. Her mother however didn't find it too amusing and showed Catalina how this charm worked and her mom quickly found her books.

Dawn layed, asleep in the Slytherin common room. She turned on the plush green couch as she felt the coldness of her skin on her face. Her eyes slowly opened as she heard a loud rumble of children run around the room. Dawn quickly sat up and caught a Ikle 2nd year by the collar as he ran past. "I was SLEEPING HERE IF YOU DIDNT SEE!" she yelled right in to his face. "NOW IF YOU DONT MIND, IM GOING TO GO BACK TO SLEEP! AND I ADVISE YOU TO STOP PLAYING YOUR CHILDISH GAMES AND LEAVE BEFORE I HEX BOTH OF YOU IN TO SMALL MINUTE MICE THAT ID FEED TO MY CAT!" Dawn roared as the two boys ran out of the room into the dungeon corridors. Dawn watched as the porthole door closed shut, then she layed back down.
A few minutes passes and Dawn still wasnt back to sleep. She sat up with a fuming look about her. She leaned up against the arm rest of the couch and glanced at the clock on the far wall. Dawn made out 11:40 as she remembered she needed to be somewhere at 11:45. Dawn didnt know where, but she guessed it was a class. With an angry puff of air, she stood up and streched her arms above her head and walked toward the table that was closest to the porthole. She grabbed her bag that was drapped over the chair and walking into the dungeon hallway.
Making her way up the stairs she saw a 7th year huffie walk into Charms class. Dawn narrowed her eyes as she remembered Charms. Dawn was quite good in that class, but it was a waist of time to her. She dragged her feet as she walked into the bright room. The draps were drawn and nearly blinding with the morning sun light. Something a regular Slytherin wasnt used to. Dawn didnt make eye contact with anyone in the room as she walked toward the back of the class and grabbed a seat. Her bag slid off her shoulder as Dawn layed her head in her arms and attempted to fall back asleep. Before the dreadful class began.

Valerie smiled at Catlina's welcome and sat down. "I'm OK, how about you?" she asked as she began to unroll a parchment for note taking. When Professor Flitwick began class he asked what Aparacium does. Catalina's hand went in the air as soon as he asked the question making Valerie sigh. She wished that juts for a day she could be a bit smarter. Looking around the room no one else had raised their hand though so that eased her mind a tiny bit as she thought about Aparacium. The word itself sounded a lot like apparate, but that was not what it did. Sitting back she waited as usual, for someone to give her the answer.

Savannah reluctantly made the climb from the Great Hall. Spring Break had gone by way too fast and now she was forced back into the reality of classes once more. With a heavy sigh, she entered the Charms classroom and found a few people already seated.
Walking across the room she sat down next to Catalina and Valerie. Then setting her bag down on the table, she used it as a pillow in an effort to get some last bit of rest before the tiring classes would take away the rest of her energy.

Julie was in a good mood that morning. Yarda had just returned with a letter from her father who was in South Africa working with a group of wizards and witches, discovering the use of a new magical plant. He told her that he was fine and all was going well. Julie had been rather worried; she had not heard from him for some time, and was feeling happy now that she knew he was okay.
Julie put on her black robes and brushed her long brown hair. She tied back two strands of her hair together, taking one from each side of her head and using a small bit of blue ribbon to tie them. She made sure she had all her Charms material with her, and then made her way to her Charms class which was to start in a few minutes.
Several students were already in class. Julie smiled at her Head of House, Professor Flitwick, as she greeted him. After six years in his Charms class Julie liked and respected him very much. She had chosen to take Charms as one of her Newts after consulting him, and he assured her she could take the class. Julie was not good at Charms as she was in Herbology or Care of Magical Creatures, but usually managed to perform the Charm before the end of class.
Julie liked to sit in the second row. Three girls were already seated there, including the Headgirl. Julie sat down beside Savannah Johnstone, who had been their seeker last match. She looked tired and had her head on the table, her long black hair covering her face completely and part of the table.
Julie didn't know the answer to the question just asked. She waited for one of the others to be called upon and find out the answer.

Filius looked around the room for an answer to his question. "Ahh Miss Cavales." he called on her as she was the only one alive in the room, full of heads down on there desks. "What is the 'Aparicium' spell?"

Catalina smiled as Professor Flitwick called her on. Taking a deep breath she began. “Aparicium, is a charm that is used to reveal any item that has been made invisible by a charm or a potion. A well trained witch or wizard can use Aparicium and find invisible items all about them. On the other hand, a novice would have to cast the charm directly at the invisible item to make it appear. It takes a while to get it right, then it takes even longer to find whatever has been hidden from you.” Catalina frowned as she remembered how she had wasted a good two hours using that charm on every inch of their house to find her books that her sister Amber had hidden from her. Finally she just got lucky and found them hidden under a bed.

Fixing his glasses on his face while listening to Catalina's answer. When she finished he started. "Ooh Good work! 10 points to Ravenclaw." he nodded his head toward her. "As Miss Cavales said, the Aparicium spell is a charm that is used to reveal an item that has been made invisible by a charm or a potion. Well right now you have an invisible idem in front of you. Use this spell to reveal the it. Everyone's is a book, but a different subject." He smiled as he did an example of the spell. "Everyone watch please." Picking up his wand above his desk he brought it down and made a circle counter-clockwise toward the left and said, "Aparicium!" a large book came into visual seeing. Seting down his wand he picked up the book. "How to Cook Baby Beets. I told you it could be any type of book. Alright everyone please attempt this charm by yourself now. Any questions feel free to ask me." He sat down in his chair as he watched the class.
(( Alright everyone. Hermione Granger isn't in this class, which means No one Should get the spell on the first try. Please try to show some difficulty in this.))

Picking up her head, she listened while Professor Flitwick babbled on. "yadda yadda yadda." the words rang through her head. "I already know how to do this charm. Wow Easy enough." She thought as she took out her wand and pointed it to the air in front of her.
Picking up her wand she brought it down and made a circle counter-clockwise toward the her left and said flatly, half bored with herself, "Aparicium." a book appeared in front of her. but slowly faded away. Cursing under her breath she attempted again. "Aparicium." She said for a second time as a book came fulling in sight. "As I thought!" she said out loud and picked up the book. 'History of the Unforgivable Curses' the title read. With a sly grin, Dawn sat down and began to read the beginning pages of the thick book.

Filius decided to actually see how his students were doing with the charm. Maybe is someone needed help they would ask him as he was closer to them, and not in front of the whole room.
Stepping away from his desk he walked toward Dawn McGrogan, the first person to finish the charm. "Good job Miss McGrogan. When you actually say the charm, mean it. That tip will work to your best with any charm or spell." Nodding toward her. "5 points Slytherin." Smiling toward the girl deep in the book she found, he smiled and walked away.

Kimi walked slowly into the charms room and looked around for a seat. Spotting Dawn with her head down, walking over she sat down in the seat next to her and asked, "bad day?" Setting her bag down she listened only partly to what the professor was saying, when he mentioned an invisable book infront of them she turned towards the desk infront of her and took out her wand and moving it quickly in a counter-cloackwise motion she exclaimed, "Aparicium!" Looking somewhat annouyed when nothing happened she placed her wand on her desk for a moment and started to feel around for the invisable book, finding it she aimed her wand in its direction as she once again moved her wand in a counter clock-wise motion and said, "Aparicium!" This time her book appeared and stayed there. Picking up the book she looked at its cover, with a discusted look on her face Kimi dropped the book 'The Philosophy of the Mundane: Why Muggles Prefer Not to Know' Turning towards Dawn she noticed the book of curses and growned, "Why did I have to get that thing?!" She jestered towards the horrable muggle book.

Julie was a little behind. So far had attempts at making her book appear where not working. Her forehead was wrinkled in concentration as she tried the charm once again. She could see the Professor walking around the room as he usually did, watching the class as they tried the charm. This was enough incentive to make her work hard enough and get the charm right. She liked impressing the Professor, for he was one of her favourite professors at Hogwarts. Pointing her wand at another place than the one she had been pointing it at previously she made a counter-clockwise circle and with a voice full of determination said "Aparicium!" This was her fourth attempt, and this time she succeeded!
Julie looked at the title of the book in surprise. Its cover was violet and written in gold were the words "Lebanese Witches and their Charms." Julie's own mother had been Lebanese, and that made her curious to read the book. She was just about to take a look at the contents of the book when the Professor walked up to her.

Jaquin had arrived in class much before everyone and was already seated when class began. Although charms was his second best subject and he did have a talent for it, he still preferred to sit in the back. After Prof. Flitwick gave the instructions on the Aparicium charm, Jaquin set to work. He whipped out his wand, felt around for the book and moved his wand in a counterclockwise direction, then flicked it up saying, "Aparicium!" Nothing happened. Jaquin contemplated for a moment, before trying a second time; he had done this spell before and was wondering why it had not worked for him. He did the same motion and said, "Aparicium!" This time he pointed it at the book instead of flicking the wand. Right after he said his spell, his book appeared right in front of him.
When Jaquin looked at his book, he found that it was a book about magibiology, his favorite subject. The title read: Advanced Magibiology Theories and Molecular Research. "Hmm... I wonder how Professor Flitwick knew that I was interested in this?" said Jaquin as Prof. Flitwick walked up towards him.
