Dawn felt Cole's hand slide through her palm and tighten as she stood on the sidewalk waiting for Cole. These days it was hard for her not to smile, especially when she was with Cole. He brought out the best in her, and with the wedding in it's way; how could she hold in all of her happiness? A short whisper escaped Cole's lips as Dawn turned her head slightly to her right. A man in a dark jacket stood a little over ten yards away walking to the couple. His one hand was on his throat as his lips moved silently. Words seemed to escape him. Hearing Cole's soft, but now bitter tone Dawn nodded slightly to agree with him. Dawn was barely tolerable of muggles, let alone peasants who begged for change. It was a blessing Cole shut the man up before Dawn heard his words. She was in too good of a mood to be annoyed by such a repulsive creature.
Soon, the two were walking into the building holding hands. Dawn's eyes darted across the white spacious floor plan as light from the wall of windows jumped around the room. Feeling Cole's cold touch on her cheek, she turned her head to face him. He kissed her ever so slightly for the countless time, and it still left her skin covered with goosebumps. Looking up into Cole's dark glasses, Dawn's lips curved into a crooked smile. She was more than satisfied just the two of them. Who needed a wedding planner? Who needed a wedding?!..... Wait.... Dawn needed a wedding. It is every girl's dream to have the wedding of their dreams and Dawn was not the type of girl to not make the most of 'her day' in the spot light with the man of her dreams. She was going to make the day be perfect, and she was thrilled Cole was actually excited for the wedding itself too. Or at least, he lead her to believe he was, because she cared so much about it.
With her free left hand, Dawn slipped her sun glasses off of her face and placed them on top of her head. The dark frames pushed the blond curls out of her face. Walking a few steps farther into the building's first room, The couple stood in front of the front desk. A man with olive skin, a grey suit, and a lime green tie sat with a headset on. His name was Emilio Lombardi. He didn't wear a name tag, nor was there a name plate on his desk. He was a Durmstrang Alumni. Durmstrang did not admit muggle borns into their school, and a few of Dawn's closer allies and clientele where Durmstrang alumni. Knowing about nearly all of the last pureblood lines, she knew of Emilio's family. He tapped away on a computer in front of him as he looked senseless at the screen. "Excuse me." Dawn spoke softly as she greeted him, with Cole at her side. Emilio paused he looked up at Dawn and Cole who stood a foot away. With a look of shock he blinked twice. "Ms McGrogan, Mr Waters; we didn't expect you at this entrance." He spoke with excitement as he stood from his chair. "Please, Follow me." He said as he stepped out from behind the white desk, and began to walk down the hallway to his left. Dawn nodded to him as she let go of Cole's hand and crossed him front of him, to walk after Emilio.
After a few seconds, the three made their way through three doorways, and up one flight of stairs. The halls seemed to slowly fade into a pale purple as the group of them arrived at what seemed like an office. Dawn had been here many times before, but knew this was Cole's first time meeting La Kay. Turning around, she smiled as she saw Cole stray behind her with his hands in his jacket pockets as always. Emilio knocked on the door and waited. "Don't worry about it." Dawn spoke with ease as she moved pasted Emilio and turned the door knob to walk into the office. Pushing the door open in front of her, the room her and Cole now walked into bore the most vivid shade of purple one could imagine, plastered on all four walls. A giant bay window appeared across from the door frame and was perfectly placed behind a crescent shaped table that could easily fit a dozen people comfortably. "Dawn, Darling!" A loud voice from the other side of the room gleefully sounded. "I was waiting for you, in the other room. Why didn't you just tell me you were going to come in the old fashioned way! I would have met you downstairs and could have saved you all the trouble from walking so far!" A woman, who wore her hourglass shape like a glove, walked into view and gave Dawn a hug around the shoulders, as if they were meeting a new friend they haven't seen for ages. La Kay was a gorgeous mid-40s woman, but her face would never tell the truth. However, her clothes on the other hand would make one think she was from a different planet. Thankfully, her wardrobe did not bare any remote comparison to what her designs to parties sorted out to be.
Dawn hugged La Kay as she replied to her previous banter about walking. "I didn't mind it, truly." She smiled as she let go of her planner of several years and turned to Cole. "La Kay, this is Cole Waters, my Fiance. Cole, This is La Kay, the woman behind every single one of my birthday or holiday parties." Dawn grinned at both of them after the introduction.
