"Please tell Aunt Jenny I'm going to meet Sadie for lunch so don't cook my portion," Harmony informed Aurora as she rifled through her small handbag to check her purse had enough money. "I'm going to Gringotts along the way... Tell Ari that. I don't want her to take too much money out." Smiling brightly at her cousin, Harmony clasped her handbag shut and slung it over her shoulder. She grabbed a handful of green floo powder, threw it into the fireplace, stepped in and shouted "Diagon Alley!" Moments later, after a dizzying ride, Harmony was in the busy shopping street where many witches and wizards were buying the usual supplies. Unfazed, Harmony walked briskly towards her destination - Gringotts - and reaching there, took out a few galleons for Ari in case her sister wanted to buy some robes for the new school term. Not that they would be much use, seeing as she only had a year left, Harmony reminded herself sadly. Pocketing the gold with care, she set off from the wizard bank again. It had taken up about half an hour of her time, but she would still be about fifteen minutes early for her meeting with Sadie at the restaurant in Hogsmeade. "I'll just get us a table and wait," Harmony thought without worry, and made her way towards her usual floo fireplace. Stepping into a hearth again for the second time that morning, in seconds Harmony was in the village of Hogsmeade, directly beside Hogwarts.
Harmony could see the large castle building in the distance and smiled at it in fondness. Hogwarts held many happy memories... sad memories too, but Harmony never focused much on them. What was the point of seeing the dark in the light? It was much better to seek the light from the dark. Passing The Three Broomsticks, Harmony noted the overflowing customers with a smile; it was always so busy. She went now and again with friends. Instantly she was reminded of that incident with Rex nearing the end of term in Hogsmeade. It had been a few months since then and the summer holidays were almost over, but to Harmony it still felt like yesterday. Rex's smile continued to remain bright and illuminated in her memory, unable to fade. Her smiles growing, Harmony passed several other shops and cafes before she reached her destination. It was a small restaurant, but it made delicious food, and Harmony knew it would be a hit with Sadie too. Entering through the front door, Harmony asked for a table for two and was seated soon after. She glanced at her watch as she sat down and noted there was another ten minutes to go. Well, better early than late, that was one of Harmony's mottos. She was prepared to wait for her friend and busied herself playing with the muggle mobile phone her aunt and uncle and purchased for her at the end of her fourth year. They had said it would be safer, especially for her since she was still young. Ari and Aurora didn't need them, being fully-fledged witches now.
Ten minutes later Harmony saw Sadie enter the restaurant and smiling broadly, she stood up as her friend approached her table. Sadie Rivers was also going into her fifth year, a fellow Hufflepuff. Harmony had known her since entering Hogwarts, and they had shared many classes in the past. They weren't extremely intimate, but they were good friends and liked to keep their relationship smooth with regular meetings now and again when it was the holidays. Harmony hadn't seen her all summer so she was very pleased to see Sadie looking well. "Sadie," she greeted joyfully, slipping out of her seat to hug her friend. "It's so good to see you. Have a seat." Harmony sat down again and leaned across to the other Hufflepuff with interest. "So what have you been getting up to this summer? Have you been anywhere? I can't believe how fast the holidays have gone. A part of me can't wait to get back to Hogwarts though. I miss everyone." Harmony's eyes were warm with affection as she recalled all her friends from school. "Billy and Sita. Do you know that they're friends now? I would have never imagined it, would you? But they're funny together, I can imagine. Billy's so nice and Sita's so... vibrant. They compliment each other well. Not like Anastasia and Billy, I don't think they'd get on without Rex. I'm sure Rex and Billy are up to no good as usual. We've got a lot of pranksters in our year, don't we? There's Riley and Oz as well. but Oliver's always been so down to earth." Harmony recalled her classmates fondly. She really hoped to see them all soon.
