It was finally June, just a few short weeks and than this school would forever be in his past. Pyro wouldn’t be the least bit sad to see this place go, the bad experiences here outnumbered the good ones quite easily. Even with his family fortune and business backing him, as long as he was a student at Hogwarts, he would continuously be looked down upon by the entire faculty. No more! Pyro’s monthly salary was far greater than any teacher at this place, and once he left and concentrated fully on his plans he would grow larger than anyone in this place. A small grin found its way onto his face as his memories faded to the good times that he would miss. Although he would never admit it, he had met quite a few people he would miss.
This was the place where he had first met Cassie, and who could have guessed at the blood relationship the two shared and how many troubling situations the two had managed to land themselves into. Battling it out year after year on the Quidditch field, good times. Than there had been Mary Evans, Pyro grinned as he remembered promising himself to force feed her a poison topped cookie one day. Pyro would miss her greatly, they hadn’t been able to see a lot of each other lately aside from Quidditch practice. She was well on her way to being a professional player, Pyro would have to visit her someday. He chuckled slightly as he remembered some of the other people he had lost contact with but met right here at Hogwarts. Dana Coran, that fiery older Ravenclaw and her cousin Kriss Graas of Slytherin.
Pyro sighed and stood from his lounging on the lawns of Hogwarts. He began to move back toward the castle but than a thought struck him. This was the exact spot where he had first met Cassandra during a snowball fight. Another mischievous grin found its way onto his lips as he stared over at the bank where he assaulted the girls from all those years ago. Pyro quickly moved over to the bank, Cass should be on her way outside now if he remembered her schedule correctly. He quickly pulled out his wand, the day was hot, the June sun was shining down and removing all traces of coolness from the day. Still, he was a wizard, and even if the weather wasn’t agreeable he could make himself some projectiles.
A few quick waves of his wand and Pyro had conjured four snowballs that floated in the air around his head. He had to bite back his snicker as he sat and waited, fortunately his wait wasn’t too long as that familiar head of hair soon entered the grounds. Pyro waited for the opportune moment and than flicked his wand, sending one of the snowballs flying. “Incoming!” He shouted at the last second as warning and chuckled as the snowball crashed into Cassie’s head. Pyro stood up on the bank, revealing himself and the three snowballs. “Your getting a little slow in your old age hun.” Pyro called to Cass with a large grin on his face. “What do you say? One last snowball fight before we leave this school? Or are you too scared now that you don’t have Dana next to you to gang up on me with?”
