What Has Our Dear Ezzie Been Hiding?
Rita Skeeter finally lets the world in on Ezzie’s dirty little secrets

We have all seen her shoot up seemingly out of nowhere over the past months, and it seems we are going to be there to watch her fall back down. The controversy of her quick and easy achieved fame alone is enough to kill her career, don’t you think? It takes most serious artists ages to get to where they are, and they do it by working hard. They work their way to the top, and they never give up. All little Miss Ezzie had to do was date a famous boy to get what she wanted. Ethan Jacobs has always been known as a girl’s easy way into the spotlight. Take a look through his past girlfriends. Most of them have made many magazine covers by his side, so how do we know this teenage witch isn’t just some poor girl looking for attention? We don't even know if she’s got true talent or not! She met Ethan in June of 1999 and moved in with his family in July 1999. A mere four and a half weeks after Ezzie became a legal part of the Jacobs family; she was on stage performing in a spot most hardworking musicians would trade their wands for! Word has it that she is already working on an album due to come out July of 2000! The teen in question has in fact admitted to all these charges in the quote below.
“I have to admit, knowing the right people has helped me out a great deal.” Says Mendez in her manager’s home in Hogsmeade. “I am absolutely positive that I would not be where I am without Amanda Jacobs. She has been so amazing over the past months.”
And as if that wasn’t enough, Ezzie’s also got a few distractions going on at school. After speaking with some of Hogwarts’ professors, most have concluded that this wannabe rock star’s grades are slipping considerably. Her fellow peers barely even see her come to the dinner table every night. According to one student, “she just sits down and keeps to herself during mealtimes. She only stays for about five minutes and then gets up and leaves without eating a bite.” People may begin to wonder why such a seemingly smart and cheerful girl would ever stoop so low as anorexia and possibly bulimia when she’s obviously got so much going for her. Maybe she’s got a bit of romance trouble?
With the help of all my excellent sources, I am very disappointed to report that Ezzie and Ethan have broken up. It seems that Ethan has already moved on, which may be the reason for Ezzie’s issues at school. Last weekend, Ethan was spotted with a blond girl on a beautiful white horse. We were unable to follow the pair, but I promise, I will dig up more dirt on this budding relationship. No one knows who this girl is, but one thing’s for sure-it’s not Ezzie.
So with so much going on in poor little Esmeralda’s life, how can she possibly concentrate on jumpstarting her career? She’s got plenty of competition lining up to stomp all over her, so Ezzie better step up her game before pop idols like Eden Sweden and other teen superstars force her from a wannabe to a has been. People are beginning to wonder; will Ezzie Mendez have any fans left when she returns from school for the holidays?
