(Note: The following four category awards will be given out right now. BIGGEST JOKESTER MALE, BEST 1ST YEAR FEMALE, MOST LIKELY TO SUCCEED MALE, BEST DEATH EATER. These categories were landslides. The winner received far and away more nominations than anyone else in those categories, and no other person in those two categories got more than 1 nomination but the winner.)

Millie sat in the Great Hall rolling her eyes at the procession. Sure she was happy for her fellow Queens and proud of the Slytherins who won things but… did they honestly have to sit here near the mudblood trash of the other houses? Near the end came “Most Likely To Start A Fight Female” and Millicent rolled her eyes as she stood up and walked to the podium. She had likely simply won because of all the other houses remembering her in second year – putting The Boy Who Would Not Die’s mudblood friend in a headlock during duelling club. Sure she had done much since to deserve the title but everything in that blooming school always seemed to somehow relate to Wonder Kid.

As she reached the front Millicent held up a hand to quell whatever applause there was before leaning into the device that had been charmed to increase the volume of any voice speaking into it and rested her award on the podium. “Well” she began, “flattered that I am that I was thought of for this I fear I must clear up a point. I do not start fights – I just finish them. You honestly think I would waste my time looking to pick on the pathetic dribble that occupies the other houses? If so – you need to go see Madam Pomfrey and get your head checked. That said – I would like to thank all the Slytherins who voted for me for this. It is an honour to been seen as so formidable an opponent as to be taken note of. I know there are many in this house who are forced to put up with the incompetence of others just as I am and do not deal kindly with it. The fact that you chose me above all others really does go a long ways to making me feel better about the arduous task of keeping mudblood loving filth out of my path. Thank you.” After that Millicent picked up her award and made her way back to her seat regally amid cheers from Slytherins and gawking stares from those aghast at her use of “the M word”.

‘Filth, beggar, fool, mudblood, imbecile’, Adalia took note of everyone who walked into the Great Hall after her in preparation to watch the Hoscars. She sat at the Slytherin table and applauded politely though without enthusiasm for each winner. Once it got to Most Arrogant Female Adalia smirked upon hearing her name. Well of course she was arrogant – she is Adalia Claire René Gabrielle St. John – she has every right to be arrogant. It was good people had noticed that she was their superior and voted for her. Her jaw dropped as they said some fifth year won along side her. Adalia was inclined to just walk out… But of course she would have to say something first let everyone know their folly.

Adalia moved slowly, gracefully, and with purpose up to the front of the room. Once there she turned into the speaking device and held her head high – it was set up for the older students but it would have to do. “You lot expect me to share?” she said holding up the award. “You honestly expect me, Adalia Claire René Gabrielle St. John, to share? I understand I am but a first year so you have had more time to get to know that girl than me but, honestly. St. John’s do not share. In time you will see my superiority, but for now this is all you get.” Adalia said with a smirk and threw the award softly so it landed a few paces from her and smashed into a hundred small pieces. Then, without another word, she walked out of the Great Hall past all the awed and gawking students with her head held high. ‘Fools’, she thought with a sigh as the heavy door slammed shut behind her.
