Aimee could not have been happier leaving the Charms classroom that day. Flitwick’s lesson on Lumos and Collucos had been nothing short of boring. Charms was normally an okay subject to deal with, but with all the review and having to deal with that smart mouth first year Ravenclaw, the lesson had lost its usual flare. Aimee rolled her eyes thinking of Flitwick, who had reprimanded Aimee for merely glancing at the other side of the room…or rather, glancing at Timothy Bancroft. Sure, Aimee had smiled at him and gave him a flirtatious look or two, but she didn’t let herself become distracted by Timothy’s presence…that much. Aimee was more distracted by her thrilling experience over the Winter Holiday. She smirked a bit, thinking back to the day when her mother told her how many magazines Witch Weekly had earned because of that article. And it was all thanks to the dynamic duo of Holly and Aimee Sinclair. Like mother, like daughter. Aimee’s eyes brightened considerably as she noticed Timothy walk out of the Charms classroom with a Gryffindor. She started to walk away from the classroom slow, acting as if she was planning on leaving. Suddenly, she heard someone call out her name. She smiled to herself. Her plan had worked perfectly. She turned around and acted like she had not expected someone to seek her out. She smiled charmingly when she saw who had called out her name.

Timothy was over bored by learning and talking about the Lumos and Collucos. Timothy didn't really like Charms that much but he needed, well hadto, take the class. Timothy Stood up after class had ended and began talking with Jake. Before he did this he looked around the room for Aimee, Timothy wanted to talk to her, not just because he wanted to get her to like her but because he wanted to see if she was smiling at him in class. Timothy decided to go up to her after class and if she turned away then he was mistaken, but if she stayed and talked then he was the lucky guy, Timothy didn't really think that. Timothy knew that if she wanted to talk to him then she was the lucky one, because even in the muggle world Timothy was always the guy every one wanted to know and be friends with, mostly because it meant that you wouldn't get hurt if you were friends with him, but if you weren't friends with him that gave Timothy complete permission, to do what ever he wanted to do, no matter how bad the out come was. Timothy loved to play with peoples minds just because it was a simple thing, to make them think one thing and do another. Timothy was loyal to his friends but he liked to make soem people think that they were his friends when they weren't although it was only the people he didn't like. Aimee being not one of these people, Timtohy liked her and would not do that kind of a thing to her, so he thought for right now. Timtohy and Jake walked out of the class door and Timtohy could see Aimee ahead of her, Timothy wanted to leave the Gryffindor and catch up to Aimee, someone he could really relate to.
Timothy finished his conversation with Jake in a fast manner, Timothy could see that Aimee began to leave. At first Timothy thought she was playing a game, but he didn't want to miss his chance to talk to her. Timothy turned for a moment to call her name out, he wanted to just yell out Aimee wait! but he then had another quote from his mother jump into his head, " Don't hesitate to say soemthing, but never, and I mean never make it seem as if you are desperate! To be desperate is to be unsure of your self" Timothy hated this! Timothy hated it when his mother tried to give him advice , and she wasn't even there. Timothy instead yelled out, " Hey Aimee you got a second?" Timothy then waited till she saw him that way she would know who had called her. Timtohy and Aimee made eye contact and she smiled, it seemed like. Timothy told Jake he would talk to him later and then began to wlak over to her. Timothy wasn't sure what to say or if he should just ask her something.... Timothy then added, " So, you smiled, huh? What was with that? If i didn't know any better I would think that you were.....Oh i don't know....flirting" Timothy was hopeing that wasn't to much, and decided that it wasn't and gave her his unresisting Handsome, charming smile. This time he ment it, he wanted to give her a chaming smile....for what reason? Timothy wasn't sure about that....he just liked her.

So Timothy was a bit arrogant. Aimee didn’t mind that much. She was arrogant as well. There was nothing wrong with being sure of yourself. Aimee’s smile faded into a cute look of interest as Timothy approached her. She looked at him with her big blue eyes as he spoke. “So, you smiled, huh? What was with that? If I didn't know any better I would think that you were.....Oh I don't know....flirting" Aimee smiled once more, but this wasn’t a flirtatious smile. It was an amused smile. He was quite funny as well. And he had a very charming smile. Aimee wasn’t really sure if she liked him yet, but he seemed to be making a good impression on her. He had all the right qualities Aimee looked for. He was a pureblood, a Slytherin, he was handsome, confident, and he was funny too. He was just like Aimee only with his own unique qualities, which was also a good thing as well. So far he was doing great. “Well, I dunno, Timothy… was I flirting with you?” She challenged. “Maybe I just thought you were amusing, and Flitwick took it the wrong way.” Aimee paused to see Timothy’s expression. “But if I didn’t know any better, I’d say I might have been flirting with you.” Aimee added sweetly.

Timothy loved the way she was standing talking to her. She was standing with confidence, and to Timothy it seemed she was trying to make Timothy want to know more about her. It was working, Timothy was pulled by her smile and her eyes, he also liked the way she was dancing around with her answer as if she didn't want to just come out and tell him yes, Timothy I'm flirting with you.Timothy liked this in a girl. It was like a game, and he usually won the game. If there was something about her he wanted to find, he would find it, one way or another.Always get what you want, and what you desirve. Never let anyone take what belongs to you!NEVER!" Timothy's mother, again. She was beggining to make Timothy angry, comeing into his head when he was talking to someone. Timothy shook his head and yelled back, in he head, I get it mother, now will you shut up! Timothy waould never talk to his mother in such way, but in side his head he would. If his mother made him angry ebough he would but not at the moment. Timothy smiled at Aimee, as she answered him.“But if I didn’t know any better, I’d say I might have been flirting with you.” Timothy loved her voice as well, sweet, calm, and it sounded she was sure of herself. A bit like Timothy. Timothy wanted to tell her, he liked her and wanted to get to know her more. Timothy just wasn't ready for that kind of talk, if she wasn't liking him back then he would look like a fool. So Timothy left it alone for now, untill he got her to like her, all though he didn't have to get anuyone to like him. They naturaly liked Timothy.
"Well, Professor Flitwick does have some what of a brain up in that head of his, so i think he knows a thing or two about what flirting really looks like. After all the years of him teaching, and he still doesn't know what it looks like....then he clearly doesn't know what he's talking about." Timothy flashed he a smile, not his charming one, but his half charming and half amusement smile. Playing this game with her was amusing to him." Anyways, it's not like you weren't obvious, i mean anyone with out a brain could figure out you were flirting, even the Gryffindor sitting next to me." Timothy was making it sound as if he thought she was so obvious anyone knew what she was about, it wasn't true. Timtohy could see that she was fairly hard to figure out, but Timothy liked playing games. Timothy was determined to get her to like him, even if that ment playing a game with answer, like she was.

Aimee could tell she had Timothy right in the palm of her hand. She could tell he was anxious to know more about her, and she could tell that he was already very interested by Aimee’s games. Aimee knew how to play. She wasn’t stupid. Anyone who wasn’t an idiot could pick up on the fine art of flirting easily. She gracefully tucked a stray strand of her hair behind her ear and listened. He started to ramble a bit, as if he was looking for just the right words to say to Aimee. But Aimee thought that was cute. She liked that he wasn’t perfect, and she liked watching him sit there struggling to find the right words. At least now Aimee knew he thought she was at least worth his time.
“Well, I suppose Flitwick would be able to tell after all those years of teaching.” Aimee admitted with a small cute roll of the eyes. “Although it was simply an innocent smile. Maybe you all were reading too much into the situation.” She challenged. Aimee leaned against the wall casually. Her next class wasn’t for at least another half hour, so she had plenty of time to stand there and talk. “Congratulations on winning all those points for Slytherin, by the way. I was starting to worry we’d be stuck in negative points forever.” She said, not sounding too thankful but not too sarcastic either. Aimee smiled lightheartedly.

Timothy began to get a little shocked from what she had said, Timothy wasn't doubting himself, he knew for sure that she was flirting with her and he also knew that she was still playing a game with him, and she was very good. Timothy was up against a pro at this game, what ever game this was. Timothy wasn't as good as her but he was good, good enough to get what he wanted out of her...information. Timothy was shy about telling anyone about what he was thinking about a couple of people at Hogwarts and Timothy, for some odd reason, felt like he could share it with her. Timothy decided not to say anything untill he knew more about her, for all he knew she could be friends with her. Timothy smiled, a little cock eyed, and replied" Well, if that is so, then i should just be going. I mean if you weren't flirting then i don't really know what else to ask of you...." Timothy smirked as he said this, he didn't plan on leaving but he wanted it to seem as if he was. Timothy began to walk back wards from her, Timothy then saw her almost take a half, maybe not even half a step, but it made Timothy stop. It was as if she had stopped him from leaving, like she wanted to know more also. Timothy wasn't sure if that was the type of person she was, but that was how she was coming off as. Timothy then added" well, you did very well also, you know you could have done a little better. Slytherins' were born with this talent...." Timothyknew that might make her a little jumpy but if she really liked him even the smallest amount, she would understand it was more of a complement then a bad comment towards her.

So good old Timothy knew how to play, eh? Aimee looked at him with a sparkle in her eye. So far, Timothy had lived up to Aimee's expectations. He looked like he was about to leave. He took a few steps backwards. To be honest, Aimee did want to know more about Timothy, but she knew he wasn't really going to leave. It was just like the game Aimee had played before. She wasn't really going to leave Charms without talking to the boy, but she wanted to make Timothy think she would. Obviously, he was starting to catch on and was playing along. Aimee took one small step forward, and that was more than enough to keep him there. Aimee raised her eyebrow slightly, which was naturally perfectly shaped. She didn't know why she didn't expect this. After all, Timothy was a Slytherin. But, she supposed she valued his opinion. She wasn’t going to let it bother her. “Thanks for the pointers.” She said simply and politely. “But, I wouldn’t become too arrogant. You only lit up a rock; you didn’t take over the Ministry or anything.” Aimee said playfully. Two could play this game.

Timothy thouught that she was starting to be serious, but he knew that anyone who played this game, did not start to get serious in the middle of the game. Timothy laughed as she told him he shouldn't be too arogant. Timothy wasn't trying to be arogant, but he thought it was funny to see how she reacted, Timothy decided to do something out of his reach, he wasn't sur eif he could pull it off. Timothy's cousin told him about it and Timothy wanted to try it. What Timothy would say is well, Aimee, if thats what it takes then I'll take over the Ministry, as long as your behind me every step of the way! Timothy figured he would say this just to see how she would react to this."well, Aimee, if thats what it takes then I'll take over the Ministry, as long as your behind me every step of the way!" Timothy gave her a charming playfull smile and Timothy may even of gave her a wink but he wouldn't admitt it unless she winked back and then asked about it.

"Well, Aimee, if that’s what it takes then I'll take over the Ministry, as long as you’re behind me every step of the way!" Aimee stifled a giggle. She hadn’t thought Timothy would be the type for corny pickup lines, but it sure was amusing. She rolled her eyes playfully as the school bell rang, hurting Aimee’s ears a bit. Had it really been that long already? She sighed. She didn’t want to go to Transfiguration. “That’s funny.” She said with a smile. “Hey, me and a few friends are going to be at the Three Broomsticks this weekend if you want to join us. I’ll save you a seat.” She smiled and walked away to her next class. Timothy was amusing, and he seemed like an okay kid. And Aimee had every confidence that he was going to be there this weekend.
[[Sorry it’s so short. How about we finish this in Hogsmeade? Do you mind starting?]]
