Arya sighed remembering what she had found out about the second year Hufflepuff that she had met in Muggle Studies. Why did she have to be born with a conscience, now she felt bad for the young mudblood. Her parents had wanted her to take Muggle Studies and she had agreed just so they would pay for her trip around the world. Arya wanted more than anything to explore the world’s countryside and her parents thought that taking Muggle Studies and getting to know at least one muggle born or half blood student would help her be able to get along with any muggles she might encounter during the trip. So she had met this Hufflepuff named Sadie, and had taken time after class to learn some things about her. The part that made Arya feel bad was when she found out that Sadie’s parents were both deceased. She wondered how such a young girl could be strong enough to take care of herself every summer term with out having adults around to help her. It almost made her have a bit of respect for the younger girl. Arya waited patiently by the doors to the Great Hall, as she had said in the message she had sent the younger girls.
There were reasons behind an older prefect Slytherin wanting to meet with a younger Hufflepuff, but Arya knew that Sadie nor Sierra wouldn’t be expecting the real reasons. Arya had taken time to talk to her parents, something she rarely did, and had made sure that it was alright for her to invite Sadie and the younger Slytherin Sierra to stay with them while Arya was away for the summer. It had quickly become known that Sierra and Sadie were cousins, not to mention that anytime one passed by Sadie it was all she was talking about. Poor Kid. I understand her excitement. It must have been horrible to think that you had no family around. Arya thought to herself. She couldn’t imagine losing her parents, and not having any other family. No matter how much she and her other family argued, Arya was always well aware of the fact that if needed they would be there for her. She was sure that the two wouldn’t want to be separated just yet, but that would be a decision for the two of them.
Arya continued to wait, her patience wearing then, when she suddenly noticed one of the two girls approaching.
((Sorry it's so short. I did this the best I could without gmoding anyone))

Sadie wandered through the Common Room and out into the castle on her way to meet the 6th year Slytherin Prefect. She couldn’t understand what she had done for Arya to want to meet with her near the Great Hall. She had only met Arya in Muggle Studies this year, and hadn’t said anything to her. Sadie had spoken only to her friends and only about Sierra and the facts that Sadie wasn’t sure where she would stay this summer. Surely Arya couldn’t have overheard her talking, but then again it was totally possible as she was sitting close to Sadie. Sadie quickened her stride wondering more and more about what the older Slytherin wanted. I do so hope this isn’t some kind of prank that Arya thinks is funny. Sadie thought to herself as she made her way through the castle.
The thick clicking sound of her shoes, calmed Sadie down just a bit as she walked. She had been shaking as she originally started the journey, and the clicking of her chunky heeled black boots had made a metronome sound and relaxed her more than she realized that they would. She had been so paranoid that the meeting was some type of prank that she would have easily jinxed the 6th year prefect before she could realize what she was doing. She was glad that the sound of her boots had calmed her enough to allow her to gather her thoughts, and steady her wand hand. Surely this wasn’t a prank, weren’t most 6th years beyond simple pranks already.
Sadie sighed deeply as she got closer to the spot where Arya said to meet her at. This was the moment of truth; this would let Sadie know if Arya’s meeting was some type of prank. She could see Arya waiting as she got closer. Arya seemed to just be patiently waiting on her, and did not seem like she was prepared to pull a prank on anyone. Sadie couldn’t even see Arya’s wand. These were good signs; Arya even seemed to have a slight smile on her face. A smile on the face of a Slytherin that was meeting a younger student from a different house worried Sadie just a bit, but not enough to make her nervous again. “You sent for me?” Sadie asked Arya as she approached her.

Another class; another hour Sierra spent with her head lost in thoughts of her future. She promised herself she wouldn't allow weakness to overcome her, but the more time that passed, the more weak Sierra felt. It was a terrible feeling too, and she was even beginning to feel like she was losing the one person who she thought she could always turn to: Adam.
It had been only days since she found out about her parents' arrests. When Adam told her, Sierra felt like taking her anger out on him, but she knew that wasn't fair. Instead, every emotion that came of the change of events, Sierra bottled inside of her, waiting for a chance to let everything out. That chance hadn't came just yet.
Her options for the summer flashed in her mind again as she couldn't pay attention to Professor Flitwik's lecture on summoning charms no matter how hard she tried. Would she move in with Adam when he got his new place? No. Surely Rae would be moving in with him, and something about Rae just seemed to irk Sierra, even if she couldn't put her finger on the exact reason. Maybe, she assumed, it was just because Sierra had taken a quick liking to Dixie. Rae seemed to just be a replacement for the happiness Adam had found in Dixie.
If it wasn't moving in with Adam, Sierra didn't know what she'd do. She had a few friends, none of which she figured were close enough to move in with though. There were relatives too, but Sierra didn't really know any of them that well, and the thought of staying with some old great aunt scared her just the slightest. Then, she thought of it. Why the option hadn't came before was beyond her. She could stay with Sadie! Of course, she remembered, Sadie didn't really have a family either. But, together, they could make it work, couldn't they?
There were only a few minutes left in class when Sierra began to get a bit anxious to get out of there. Supposedly, she and Sadie were to meet with an older Slytherin that Sierra barely knew. The reason for their meeting didn't matter though, as Sierra was more intersted in telling Sadie about her idea.
Once the bell finally chimed, Sierra was out the door before Professor Flitwick even had the chance to give the next class's assignment. Rushing down the hallways toward the Great Hall, Sierra kept an eye out for Sadie, finally seeing her beside the older blonde girl at the entrance of the Great Hall. "Hey," she said, a bit out of breath from all the rushing. "Sorry I'm a bit late."
