It was a crisp Monday morning. The grass in the yard was covered with dew and the sun had begun to peak over the hills in the distance. A house stood in a large amount of land. It was the McGrogan Manor. Everything inside the house was quiet. A few house elves shuffled around doing their daily chores but other than that it was dead. In the upstairs hall on house elf was taking out the trash in bathroom when they heard a faint buzzing sound go off. In the room next to the bathroom an alarm was going off signaling 7 o'clock. Cole reached his arm out of the bed and hit the off button. Rolling over in bed he put his arm around Dawn and kissed her on the back of her head. "It's time to get up." he said. Standing up, Cole stretched and looked out of the window. He was wearing a pair of shorts and no shirt. "I'll take the bathroom in the hallway," he said, "And don't take to long you know we have to meet with the wedding planner today."
Cole left the room and walked to the bathroom. The elf who was cleaning the bathroom gave Cole a dirty look. "Calm down Quinn." Cole said as he closed the door. As he brushed his teeth Cole thought about the day he and Dawn had ahead of them. They were going to meet with a wedding planner somewhere in London, Cole wasn't to sure of where, and they were going to be doing the majority of their planning. This was the kind of stuff Cole didn't really want to be involved in but he knew it would make Dawn happy if he was. Thinking about them getting married was still a strange thing for Cole. It seemed like only yesterday they started dating and now they were soon to be married. Cole smiled as he looked at himself in the mirror. He jumped in the shower and emerged with a cloud of steam a little while later.
Cole walked into Dawns room to find the bed empty. "She must have actually gotten up." Cole said laughing as he went to his part of the closet to pick out some clothes. Cole spent alot of his time at Dawn's house so he had left some clothes there for when he spent the night. Picking out a black T-shirt and a pair of Jeans Cole got dressed quickly and slipped on his shoes. Cole walked over to the mirror that Dawn had in the corner of her room. He grabbed a bottle of hair gel and squirted some in his hand. He began styling his hair in puffs and spikes, it looked messy but good messy. Then he heard the door open and without looking he said, "So you actually got up when I told you to?"

Hearing a faint buzzing sound of an alarm in the back of her mind, Dawn pulled the covers closer to her body as she nuzzled into her pillow. She started to fall back asleep as soon as she left a warm arm wrap around her, and a soft kiss on her head. She smiled with her eyes close as she heard Cole speak to her. "Mmmhmm." she mumbled as she slowly awoke from her dream like state. Rolling over to her back, she watched as Cole got up from their bed, and made his way toward the door. She nodded through half opened eyes and watched the door close softly behind him. Dawn laid in bed for a few moments and smiled to herself. It had been three months ago that he proposed to her. Ever since that day, her life had been idealist. Cole didn't move into her home, but he did spend a lot of time with her. Dawn wasn't one to believe in an established residence before marriage, but visits, sleepovers, and practically all of her time devoted to her fiance was a perfect routine for her. Pulling her hands up to her face, she rubbed her eyes as she looked at the clock across the room. 7:05 it read. Rolling to her side, she let her feet fall off the mattress and on to her warm carpet. Standing up, Dawn's wrinkled tank fell into place as she stretched her arms above her head. The bright red color on her bedroom walls filled her eyes with love as the sun found its way in through the drapes of her master suit and onto her walls in a decorative display of a glorious morning. Smiling, Dawn walked off to her master bath, in a mindset of a shower to get ready for the day. Inside the shower, Dawn heard the door close in her bedroom, so she knew Cole was out of the shower by now and getting ready. Washing the conditioner out of her golden blond locks, she turned off the water and stepped out of the shower. Wrapping herself in a large green towel, she walked to the door and slipped on her green slippers and turned the door knob to walk back into her bedroom to greet Cole. The first he noticed her, he spoke in a joking tone. "Funny- ha- ha." she said with a smile as she walked over to him and gave him a peck on the lips, in passing as she walked over to her closet door. "I get up when I need to. I am rarely late. I just like taking advantage of your waking up services." she said with a short laugh following the statement. Opening up her closet, she walked in. A door stood about twenty feet in front of her leading to her several other clothes rooms. The first room was her everyday wear- something that would suit her nice for the day ahead of her. Her and Cole were to meet their wedding planner, a family friend of Dawn's who was in due to repay Dawn a favor. Her name was Ladonna Kayline a renown party planner for the well to do. However, Dawn had done plenty of business with her so Ladonna now falls under a nickname, La Kay. Sort of a French sound comes from the production, mainly because Ladonna is French. After finding and putting on a pair of jeans, and a long sleeve white fitted shirt- she stepped out of her closet while pushing up her sleeves. Walking over to her mirror, where Cole previously stood, she looked at herself. Dawn smiled as she saw Cole's mirror image behind her. "We are such a colorful couple. You constantly wear black or a dark color, and I wear Whites and Blacks all too often." Turning around to Cole, Dawn started swatting off a piece of fuzz on his shoulder. "I don't mind it at all." She looked up into his Grey eyes with a smile from ear to ear. She was completely taken back every morning when she woke up. Dawn Lynn McGrogan was going to marry someone. Who would have thought?! Moments later, the bedroom door received a knock from the other side. Dawn's main cooking house elf emerged from the door way wearing a pair of tweed pants and a a black apron. "Master Dawn, Master Cole, Breakfast is ready." Dawn nodded at Gibith and replied, "Thank you Gibith. We will be down shortly. By the way, Will Aden be joining us this morning?" She asked as she walked over to her vanity and unlocked her jewelry box. "Um, no mam. He is out in London still. He wont be back till the weekend." The little light brown skinned House elf responded. "Oh, Alright then." Dawn answered as she took out her engagement ring and slipped it on her left hand. The McGrogan family, unlike many pure blood families, treated their house elves with respect. Since they lived with the family, and saw the ins and outs of everything they held plenty of secrets that not even Cole knew about the depths of the Manor. Still having to have every choice pass through the Master of the house, Dawn, she treated the elves as if they were people. Quinn has been her main house elf for years. Quinn was a part of the McGrogan family even before she was born. He was the right hand character to her father every moment he needed someone faithful. Gibith has always cooked for the house, and Dawn doesn't know any other kind of food other than his. Fryance and Carizta both arrived into the family once Aden was born. Fryance is more of the formal greeter of the fireplace and door. No one comes into the house before meeting Fryance. Carizta and Wittle are cleaners. They make sure the house is spotless constantly. Nothing is every out of place, and if something is needed the are first to jump to their feet to retrieve it. However, with all of these assigned jobs, Quinn over rules each elf by being the guardian. He watches over all of them, makes sure they are doing their job, as well as watched out of the family. Dawn and Quinn have a very compassionate relationship. Closing the box she turned to Cole. "What kind of shoes are you wearing?" she asked as she walked over to her closet again. "Stupid question I know... But I really do need to get you new shoes." Dawn took out Cole's black shoes from the floor of her closet and placed then on the floor outside of the door way. Walking back in, she found a pair of black heeled boots for herself. Slipping them on, She made her way to her bedroom door to walk down to breakfast. (( Feel free to God Mod Dawn. You know I don't mind what you do. I'll play off of it anyways. And feel free to play around with Quinn, Fryance, Carizta, Wittle, & Gibith. My idea is sitting down at the dinning table eating breakfast, taking.. etc. & then going to meet La Kay. Is that good? Oh yea, Feel free to explain how her house is decorated. I don't mind at all! ttyl sir. ))

Cole couldn't help but laugh as Dawn went into her soliloquy on their color choices for colors. "You know dark colors compliment me." Cole said smiling. Everything Dawn did was cute to him, he couldn't imagine any other woman at his side. Cole walked over to the bed and sat down on the end of it. As he fixed his belt he heard the house elf walk into the room. Not really listening to the conversation that was being held between the two, Cole stared off at the floor thinking about the day ahead of them. Just the thought of planning his wedding blew Cole's mind. He wasn't sure exactly how he wanted to the wedding but as long as Dawn was happy thats all the mattered. Finally the elf left and Cole snapped out of his trance. "So no Aden again?" Cole asked Dawn. "No," she said, "Apparently he is still out and about." Cole smiled as he thought of his out and aboutness that he had before Dawn. He didn't think bringing up he brothers night live up would be a good idea though so he stayed away from that. As Dawn picked out his shoes Cole stood up and walked over to her. "I like my shoes thank you very much." Cole said smiling. He put on his shoes and watched Dawn walk downstairs for breakfast. Taking one last look in the mirror Cole ran his hands down his shirt to straighten it and turned around walking out of the room.
Walking down the hall Cole couldn't help but notice the moving pictures that surrounded him. He had been a visitor at the house for so long that he had gotten used to them, and even got a chance to meet some of the people in the pictures. Turning and grabbing dark oak banister on the stairs Cole descended onto the main floor of the house. Reaching the bottom of the stairs Cole was almost run over by a house elf that was rushing to the kitchen. "Excuse me master Cole." the house elf said in a forced tone. "It's ok Quinn." Cole said laughing. He knew that Quinn didn't like him staying the night with Dawn and ever since they got engaged Quinn seemed to like Cole less and less. Walking through the giant foyer that had 10 foot tall glass windows, Cole made his way into the dinning room.
As he got into the room the aroma of different breakfast foods hit his nostrils. The giant table was covered in an assortment of muffins , bagels, and breakfast meats. Sitting down on the opposite side of Dawn Cole began to make his plate. "So what time do we have to be there?" Cole asked Dawn as he bit into some bacon. "Well we said we would meet her at 9." Dawn said. "Oh ok." Cole said, "Do you think we could go out to dinner tonight then?" he asked as he finished his coffee. Dawn finished her plate and pushed it forward. "Yea I think that would be great." she said smiling down the table to Cole. Cole smiled back and finished up his breakfast. "Do you think we should head out?" Cole asked as he stood up. "Didn't you say you wanted to drive your car?"

Looking at her large mahogany dinning table, the center length of the table was laced with baked goods, fruits, pastries, waffles, pancakes, muffins, bagels, sausages, and bacon. She walked onto the hard wood floor, as her heels clicked. About to pull out her chair, Fryance showed up out of no where, and pulled her chair out for her. "Thank you." She said with a grin as she looked at Cole starkly eying him up wondering why he didn't pull out her chair for her. As she placed her napkin on her lap, she looked up and noticed Cole eating in front of her already. Wondering why he didn't wait for her to start eating, she shrugged the notion off as Wittle walked into the room with a cart full of pitchers of juices. "Ey, your favorite I presume master Dawn?" said a dull purplish Grey elf dressed in a solid green wrap. "Yes, Wittle." Dawn answered as Wittle quickly poured grape juice into her empty glass. "And you master Cole?" Wittle asked as she rolled the cart to his side of the table.
Dawn spooned pomegranate seeds onto her plate a long side a cream cheese bagel. Dawn laughed to herself as she tasted the tart taste of the pomegranate juices touch her taste buds. When she was younger, her father used to eat two pomegranates a day. The fruit itself reminded her of her father, good and bad memories both came into her mind as she looked out the sky high windows to her left. The wall full of windows looked out onto her backyard land. You could see for miles. First, a long stretch of clearing filled the bottom of the windows, but a hill at the edge of the clearing contained a great cluster of trees. But just behind the trees was Dawn's favorite part of her back yard, her Quidditch pitch. The pitch was too far away to see, about a five minute broom ride, but things are always better if you have to wait for them. Focusing back onto the room she was in, Cole's voice caught her attention. "Well we said we would meet her at 9." She said as she picked up her glass of juice and sipped it lightly. Cole next asked her of she wanted to go out to dinner. "Yea I think that would be great." she said as she looked across the table toward Cole. "Any idea where you would like to eat?" She questioned as she hoped it was a place where he could pull out her chair for her.... Dawn grinned to herself as she questioned Cole.
Pushing her plate in front of her as she finished, Wittle soon came to the table to clean up her and Cole's scraps of food. "Next time, don't make so much food. No need to waste a feast for a breakfast between two people." Dawn spoke as Wittle bowed her head and scurried down two stairs into the kitchen. Cole stood up and walked toward Dawn and noted her idea about her car. "Yes. We were planning to meet her in town." She confirmed Cole's words. "She has a half business. Half muggle Half Wizarding." Dawn tapped her fingers on the table in front of her. "I don't understand why she wastes her time with muggles... Their money does not matter in our world. But, what ever suits her needs I suppose." Dawn stood up from the table and pushed her chair in. "I think I left my keys in my purse. Could you get them for me in the....." Dawn was cut off as Quinn tapped her on the leg as she walked into the hallway. He stood with her black handbag in the air. "Thank you Quinn." She said with a smile as she took the bag off of him. Turning around, she saw Cole standing at the door way waiting for her to come along. "Okay Okay!" she said as she reached out her hand toward him to grasp.
Walking through the front door, across the porch, and down the six stairs; Dawn and Cole crossed the sidewalk to the 2007 silver Mustang that sat in the driveway. Dawn loathed most muggle things, but a car was something she adored. Having the power to work a machine just seemed pure entertainment for her. Walking to her door, she opened it up and sat down in the driver's seat. The black interior was seamless. Lifting her right leg to the peddle, and her left inside, she slammed the door beside her. Waiting for Cole to get situated, she leaned over to her glove compartment and opened it to find a pair of large dark sunglasses. Closing the glove compartment, she placed the glasses on her face and stuck the key in the ignition. Turning the car on, she revved the engine twice with a wide smile on her face. Glancing over at Cole, she smiled as she backed out of the driveway.
Fifteen minutes down the road, the two arrived to the heart of Edinburgh, the town center. Muggles lined the streets as they shopped from store to store. Some sat outside at a local cafe sipping on coffee mid-day. The late Autumn weather was bitter, but not nearly smug enough to stay locked inside. Driving down the road, Dawn sat in the drivers seat steering with her left hand, and holding Cole's hand in her right. The wind from the open window beside her threw her hair around. She didn't mind the messy feeling, because she was content where she was, who she was, and who she was with. Even if she was with someone she didn't care about, Dawn, being a sophisticated individual, she was always her own person. And if someone ever had the nerve to speak against her, or her looks, they wouldn't be able to speak again. Turning a sharp left, Dawn's speed slowed down as she pulled to the side of the road. Letting go of Cole's hand she shifted gears to park, and unlocked her seat belt. "Alright, we're here." Dawn said as she leaned down and looked over Cole to her right. A large black and white cursive sign read in front of the three story building, "Ladonna Kayline". Taking her keys out of the ignition she opened her door to the street and stepped out.

Cole walked behind Dawn on the way to the car. The way he walked was so smooth, like he was walking on clouds. He grabbed his black sports coat off the hanger as they made their way to the garage. He swung it on as he shut the door behind him and sat down into the car. This kind of car was just the thing for Dawn. She was always one to show off, whether it be in the muggle world or in the wizard world she always had the best of things. Cole wasn't one to criticize though as he reached into the inside pocket of his jacket and pulled out his black Armani sunglasses. Putting them on he returned Dawns smile and held on tight. She drove just like a woman.
As they raced down the country roads Cole could feel his hair being moved around. He reached over and turned on the radio, flipping through the channels he found a song that sounded good and leaned back into his seat. He felt Dawn's hand slide over looking for his. He opened his up and let her soft palm slide into his. Tightening his grip around her hand he couldn't help but smile about how happy he was. Turning his head, Cole watched the scenery whip buy as they sped down the winding roads. All he could think about was the time ahead. Today they met the wedding planner, then they start buying and booking, then in no time he'll be the husband of the most beautiful woman in the world. Everything seem to pass by so quickly he wasn't sure how he would have the time to enjoy it all. He looked over at Dawn who was focused on driving. He liked to look at her without her knowing it, she would always make the cutest faces.
They finally began to slow down as they got into town and eventually they pulled off to the side of the road and stopped in front of a brick building. Cole stepped out of the car and buttoned the two buttons on his jacket. Looking around he purposefully left his glasses on, he didn't want anyone seeing him mingling around a muggle town. Walking around the front of the car he looked up at the building. It was a three story brick building that seemed to have more windows than were necessary. A sign on top read "Wedding Necessity." Turning to grab Dawns hand Cole noticed a flash of darkness out of the corner of his eye. Without turning around he held his wand under his jacket, un noticeable to anyone, and whispered "Silencio". Putting the wand back into his pocket he turned to see a ragged looking man standing behind him with his hand to his throat. Grabbing Dawn's hand Cole said "I do hate when they beg." Cole walked hand in hand with Dawn to the door and before entering he held onto his wand inside his pocket and reversed the spell.
Stepping into the building Cole realized that his first impression was correct, the building had way more windows then necessary. Light flooded the room from the windows and bounced off all of the white that filled the first room. Turning to Dawn Cole grabbed her face and kissed her gently. "I'm glad we are doing this," he said. He didn't need her response to know that she felt the same, he could see it in her emerald green eyes. The two of them stood there for a moment looking into each others eyes. Then Cole heard someone move to the right of them and he let go of Dawn to see who it was.
