Blake Elliot. A dark headed catastrophe in the making. She stood, at the moment, deciding today she wanted to dress in something she had never worn in public before, like a jean skirt or something like that. She had two sides in her closet, each full of either clothes never worn, or clothes always worn that were worn out. She ended up choosing a pair of brown capris slacks, a white tank top, and a white headband to go into her long wavy hair. She knew she looked extremely girly and decided that really wasn't a bad thing. Her life was now and always had been based on school and family, and she wondered, a lot lately, if she should figure her social life a bit more into that fixture. She liked for everything to be planned when it came to important thigns, but when it was a regular day spontaneous things could, and most likely would happen. For instance onece before she and her brother had been wandering over the summer and had hopped a train to a completely different country. Sadly the got in trouble when they arrived home three days later even though they had told their parents by owl what they were doing.
Glancing around the room Blakes eyes searched for a brown bag that would match her pants and the flip flops she had recently added to her feet. Once successful she placed her money in it along with a wand and then headed out the door almost running into her brother when she did this. "Going out?" he asked, his smile mischievous. She nodded, "Diagon Alley.." she said and trailed off, even though she was truthfully going to Hogsmeade. She didn't feel like dodging her brother all day long while he looked after her. She hated that about him, he was always making sure she wasn't getting into any trouble. So most of the time she got into trouble to make him frustrated, though she had never gone far enough to actually make him mad. He nodded and headed on down the hallway and into his own room. She was sure she heard a loud crack as he apparated to Diagon Alley. 'Shocking.' she muttered to herself before heading down the stair and to their fire place. Making sure to clearly say Hogsmeade she felt a jerk and as everything turned she caught glimpses of other houses and rooms, never long enough to actually see anything, but still semi-clear.
With a swift movement she found herself standing in one of the many Hogsmeade stores. Smiling slightly she straightened herself up and then headed to the Three Broomsticks for some Butterbeer, hoping to meet one of her friends along the way. She was pretty sure she would too. Everyone either went to Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley, so there was a major statistical chance that someone Blake knew or liked would be their, waiting for the exact same thing as herself. Glancing around the room she made sure no one she knew was there before heading to a table by herself and smiling as her butterbeer was set in front of her, 'it's like they can read minds...' she thought to herself, though she knew they gave it to her because she was a pretty local of the shop.
