Annabella rushed around her dorm room trying to get ready, as this weekend was a Hogsmeade weekend and she didn’t want to miss it. She enjoyed these particular weekends because not only did it get her away from the school for a few hours, but she would also be able to visit her favorite shop out of the whole place. Honeydukes, her mouth began to water a bit as she thought of all the chocolate treats. She grabbed her jacket and stuck her hand in the pocket, making sure she had enough Galleons to pick something up. She pulled out her hand and quickly counted and smiled when she saw that she had enough.
With a soft sigh she put her jacket on and left the Hufflepuff common room, she lightly jogged up the stairs into the entrance hall where a few people were already gathered. She figured maybe they were also waiting to go as well. She smiled as she made her way towards the door, nodding to a few people she knew.
As she stepped out into the courtyard a light breeze hit her face and she smiled, it was beautiful out. The perfect day to head into the village, do some shopping and maybe meet up with a friend or two. Or perhaps she would meet someone new, she loved meeting new people and adding on to her list of friends. Which was quite small right now, two years and now going on three and she only had a few friends. And even those friends she did have she never got to see much. She sighed softly as she looked around, and decided to go over and sit down until the Professor in charge came along to let them go.

Rin was so excited today, she had been looking forward to this weekend for quite some time. She felt herself to be like a little rat when she went into Hogsmeade, hoarding anything she could get her pretty little hand on. She was really looking forward to going into Honeydukes and getting a new supply of Chocolate Frogs. She did not collect the cards, but she would make sure to send them to her younger sisters, since they did.
Today, Rin was wearing a pair of light blue jeans, a forest green tank top and a light gray zip-up hoodie over that. As she pulled on a pair of tennis shoes, she glanced at her watch, if she did not hurry she was going to be late. She quickly ran a brush through her hair and shoved a substantial amount of money into her purse, and then ran for the courtyard.
She was happy to see that not everyone was there just yet, not even the professor. She wondered who was going to be dictating today. She half-hoped it would not be Snape, well, all hoped. She did not mind his class so much, but she could only take him in doses.
She chuckled to herself as she looked up at the bright blue sky, there were a few clouds, but they were white and fluffy. She heard a few birds chirping and decided it was a wonderful day for the trip. She wondered if she was going to meet anyone new today, maybe even take the trip together. Her brown eyes swept over the other students, most of which she did not know, and most who were in their own little cliques. She sighed lightly, maybe today was not her day after all.

Annabella sighed softly as she once again looked over the growing crowd, of students. A lot of them seemed to have broken off into houses, and then there were some that had their statuses. Cool...popular and what have you, she frowned as she never saw any sense it that. She shook her head as she turned towards the entrance to see if maybe a Professor was coming, but instead she saw another girl who looked around her age. She didn't know what house she was in, due to the normal clothes and all, but she thought she had seen her at the Slytherin tables at breakfast time.
Her eyes once again swept over the crowd, and then made their way upwards to stare at the clouds again. They were so fluffy and white, they looked just like marshmallows. Annabella giggled at this thought as she looked down. She took a glance over towards the entrance way again, to see the same girl still standing there. But this time she had a disappointed look on her face. She wondered if maybe the other girl was suppose to meet someone and they didn't show up, or maybe she was looking for someone to partner with and had seen the way everybody had sorted off.
Annabella smiled softly and decided to try her luck; she stood up and patted her self off. Making her way over to the other girl, when she stopped in front of her she smiled again. "Hi, my name is Annabella. I was wondering...if you didn't have anybody to go with, did you want to go with me? I don't really have anyone to go with and it’s always nice to go on these trips with someone." she smiled again and waited for what the other girl would say.

Rin looked up just when another girl about her age walked up to her. She gave a glance over her face, trying to place if she had seen her before or not. She decided that the girl was in Hufflepuff, and had seen her in the Great Hall maybe once or twice. She smiled brightly and extended her hand when the girl introduced herself.
“My name is Rin, it is really nice to meet you,” she grinned. “I would love to go with you. Do you want to start in Honeydukes and work our way around?”
She was feeling a bit better knowing she was going to walk around with someone, instead of being all alone in the streets. It was a wonderful day and no one should have to spend it alone. She smiled at the thought of what a Slytherin would think about her analysis, and mentally rolled her eyes. She opened her mouth to say something else when she caught sight of the Professor sweeping in.
“Finally, I thought we would spend the whole day in the courtyard!” she giggled as she saw the professor making the announcement of rules, then to follow. “Here we go! I’m a third year. Slytherin House, how about you?”

((Eeeepppp...Sorry It's so late )) Annabella smiled and took the other girls offered hand; she seemed to be very friendly and eager to walk around with somebody as she had accepted her offer. Which made Annabella happy; the girl introduced herself as Rin. Annabella was just as happy as Rin, to have somebody to walk around with. Like she was thinking before, it was boring to walk around by yourself unless you had a specific place to go to. She was glad when the Professor finally came and set down the rules, which were the same as last time. And then everybody began to move out. As the two girls began to walk, Annabella giggled along with her about the staying in the courtyard comment. And when she gave her the year and house, Annabella smiled as she looked towards her and gave her the same information back. "Well I am a third year Hufflepuff, and yes let's start with Honeydukes...and then we can make our way around everywhere else." She said with a smile.

((Aiyeeee...sooo late...I've had like 20 papers to do in 2 weeks...mya, I'm taking a break from this working vacation! )) Rin nodded when Annabella stated her year and house, it was nice to meet someone outside of her own house, they all were so different. The professor hurried the students out of the courtyard and ordered them to stay close together until they reached Hogsmeade. The walk was short and the students all seemed antsy to go their own ways, and Rin was one of them. She led the way to the cute little candy shop and paused in the doorway to breathe in the wonderful aromas. There were already a few groups of students there, picking over the thousands of sweets. Rin was anxious herself to get some fudge and perhaps risk it and get some Bernie Botts Every Flavour Beans. She also wanted to get some Fizzing Whizbees for her sisters...and herself. "What sorts of candy do you fancy, Annabella?" she asked, picking over a barrel of candy apples.

(OMG I am so sorry LOL I was kind of having a bad RP month lol)
Annabella smiled and when the professors in charge began to speak, she turned around to face them and listened closely to what they had to say. They were to stick close to their partners until they reached Hogsmeade. As the large group began to head out, Annabella got more excited thinking about their first stop...Honeydukes.
The walk to the village was a short and silent one, but once they got to the village and made their way to the sweetshop the silence was broken by Rin. She watched as the other girl stood in the doorway, and looked like she was taking in all the smells. Annabella smiled as she spoke and stood beside her, taking in the smells herself.
"I really like chocolate, and Bertie botts beans. And sometimes I'll by licorice wands. What about you?" she asked as she walked over to a shelf that held numerous chocolate products. She had to be careful and not over spend as she didn't have a lot of galleons.
She had a feeling it was going to be a great day.

Rin thought for a moment, thinking of what candies she most loved, "I love chocolate myself. I use to fancy the Flying Whizbee when I was a child, but when I tried riding a broom, I guess it was just not the same. I'm probably no where near good enough to play Quidditch, but I do love to fly. Now I just get them for my sisters, and myself, because they like for me to fly with them. It's quite cute, actually."
She picked up a bag of gumdrops, squinted in disgust and tossed them away.
"My brothers used to collect the Chocolate Frog cards, but I never really got into those, I think that is more of a male thing, if I do say so."
She giggled, remembering the way her brothers would bargain with eachother for cards.
I'll clean the bathroom for a month for your Dumbledore card! No way! Make it two and you have a deal! Aw, come on, you already have three as it is!!
She smiled at the fond memory, "Do you have brothers and sisters, Annabella??"
