Fiona sits with her legs folded up to her chest in one of the black leather chairs that line the Slytherin common room. She is wearing her latest black pants with a black long sleeve t-shirt. Her left hand holds the black pearl that dangles from a silver chain around her neck, while her right arm is wrapped around her legs. Her red hair hangs down and hides her face, making the tears that streak her face invisible to the others in the common room. ?Everything seems to be getting out of hand lately. My school work, dueling with Blackfire, and now my aunt and uncle. Why can?t things just work out once,? Fiona thinks to herself. She is tired of this life of lies and chaos. She wants nothing more than to be with her parents again. However, she knows that this will never happen. Fiona takes her wand and points it at a vase and says ?Wingardium Leviosa.? The vase begins to levitate. As soon as it is high enough Fiona with draws the spell. The vase crashes to the ground. ?Reparo,? Fiona says. The vase magically repairs and Fiona repeats the cycle.
As Fiona watches the vase break and the repair she begins to feel a little better about her life. She stops the cycle of spells and sets the vase back in it?s proper place. She stands and begins to pace the room. Those who were in the room left a while ago. Fiona stops her pacing and looks down at her family ring. She is the last of the O?Reilly?s. Fiona face begins to contort as she tries to keep the tears from surfacing. It has been a rough week for her and what with her parents being dead things were just affecting her in the worst ways possible. Fiona sits back down in her chair as she drops her head into her hands. She can feel the moisture from the tears hit her hands, but she doesn?t care right now. She just wants to be left alone and to think about everything that has been happening to her.
Fiona feels like her very soul is dying. Her heart hurts from the pain of her surroundings. She is crying inside as her soul slowly leaves her body. Fiona wants to die. She wants to leave behind the pain and suffering and see her parents again. If only she could die. Fiona cries harder as these thoughts bombard her brain. She doesn't know what to do anymore. Everything seems to be a 1000 kilometers away from her. Nothing is within her control or grasp. The tears slowly stop falling as her body begins to feel numb. She doesn't know how long she has been sitting here crying. She feels like her soul is gone, for the pain that was plaguing her is gone. It is replaced with apathy. It is replaced with hatred.
