Trinity was sitting in the Slytherin common room, looking over some picture she had taken over the summer. They were of her and her older brother Colbin, Her and her father, her orange tabby Oliver and of course her mother. A smile danced happily upon her face, the summer had been better than usual. She had managed to stay far away from her brother Zane, with him gallivanting around with Saski, and her trip to Paris had been amazing.
Trinity began arranging the pictures into a green photo album covered in gems and sequins. She loved scrap booking, and today was a nice for doing just that. The weather outside was groggy and she didn't feel like dealing with the hustle and bustle of the younger students hibernating inside the castle walls. She took the last picture and glued to its assigned spot, completely her project; for now at least. She leaned back onto the sofa to admire her work, it would do for now. She leaned forward and began cleaning up her mess when a shadow fell over her scraps, she looked up to see a girl around her age, "May I help you?" she questioned bitterly. Although she was not in any sense annoyed or threatened by the girl, this was her typical attitude to those she unfamiliar with.

Monica was outside enjoying the nice misty air outside. She loved when it was foggy; it made her feel better and helped hr clear anger out from her mind. She inhaled and exhaled a breath of rain. But then she felt a sudden down pour of rain hit her head, feeling as if sharp needles were attacking her everywhere. She frowned at this. Slowly she picked up her schoolbooks not caring if the rain damaged them and walked back towards the castle feeling the heavy rain hit her body. She made it towards the castle’s entrance doors. She took at step into the castle. Her shoes squeaked from being drench of water. The building air seemed a bit stuffy as usual. She looked down at her robes. She had been soaked from head to toe. Her hair was dripping water at the ends.
Monica walked in the Hogwarts corridors. She walked moving side-to-side avoiding contact with the filthy mudbloods, while hearing her shoes squeak’s echo in the halls. Finally she made her way towards the slytherin common room. She walked inside and threw her books heavily on the table that was near by. She then took out her wand pointing it towards her chest giving it a slight tap. Suddenly before her eyes her clothes were dry nicely along with her hair. She then made her way towards one of the big comfy leather chair. Her feet had been throbbing from the days walk. She looked at the fires heart that was very strong with vibrant colors. She then looked around the room; everything was the same as usual. People minding their own business either doing homework or chatting of their day events. Monica then spotted a fifth year looking at some pictures. She was curious and wondered what she was looking at she then decided to walk up to her to see what she was doing. She wasn’t usually this nosy but was curious, and she wasn’t usually so talkative but was board. She thought there wasn’t anything better to do and walked up to the older girl standing by her side.
She had said, “May I help you”. Monica replied to the girl saying. “I was just wondering to what you were doing that’s all. I couldn’t help to look at the pictures.” She had wondered if they were wizarding pictures or muggle pictures. She stood there looking at the girl and then said clearing her throat saying. “Let me introduce myself properly. I’m Monica Henshaw.” She finished holding out a hand, hoping that the older girl would reply.
