Jessica woke up a very tired and annoyed. she was kept up all night by the wind howling out side usually she can just ignore it and go to bed but this time she couldn't even stand up without swaying. I'll take a cold shower that should wake me up a little. She then trudged to the bathroom a little noisier than she should have since her roomies were still asleep. Just has she had suspected the shower did wake her up but now she was really cold. She quickly but quietly ran over to her closet and grabbed her favorite pair of jeans. They were dark blue and were faded. Then she walked over to her dresser and picked out a muggle lime green T-shirt with Dark green writing on it that said live hard or die trying. after she picked out her clothes she quickly walked into the bathroom again and shut the door for some privacy. She slipped into the clothes and then walked over to the sink to brush her teeth and wash her face. Then she silently threw her hair into a loose bun with her bangs to one side and a few pieces of her blonde hair sticking out of the bun. Walking back into the dorm she walked over to one of the many mirrors they had and put on some black eyeliner, very light green eyeshadow, brown mascara, and a little light pink lip-gloss. Very pleased with her appearance she skipped down the stairs and made sure she wasn't to loud so she wouldn't wake everyone up. When she reached the common room she saw very few people sitting there and she new it must be kind of early quickly looking at the clock she saw it was only 7:23. silently deciding to grab a bite to eat she walked out of the common room and started taking the long way to the great hall. She decided that she would like to explore a little. No matter how long you are there you never now were everything is and all the rooms. By the time she had finally reached the great hall it as almost 8:00. skipping into the great hall she sat down and quickly drank some pumpkin juice and a piece of toast. Not wanting to talk to anyone sheet quickly. After eating she walked out of the great hall and headed towrds the student lounge. Singing on the way because no one was around she didn't seem to notice that she passed the door that led to the student lounge about ten minutes later she realized what she had done and quickly turned around and started heading back. Whats up with me lately I am so out of it I look the same but I am not acting like the real me. She was so wrapped up in her thoughts that when she turned the corner she ran into a girl that looked like a first year and all her books went flying. Oh, my god I am so sorry she heard herself say.

Kory got a shock as a girl ran into her. "It's OK. I'm use to it by now. Nearly in every corner you have to weave around them just in case you meet someone." Kory said politely smiling as she bent down to pick up her books. She had bumped into at least five people in the space of three days and she had actually gotten use to, but this was the first time anyone had apologized for it and she was grateful for it. Kory quickly decided that she'd put all her books in her bag pack, she then tied up her long brown hair and held out her hand to the girl that had just run into her.
"Hi my name is Kory Marvin. Whats your's?" Kory asked kindly.

After all the apologies Jessica shook the girls hand as the girl said Hi my name is Kory Marvin. Whats your's? After Jessica shook the girls hand she said Jessica Jessica Rose. I'm a third year gryffindor. Jessica watched as the girl pulled back her long pretty brown hair into a pony tail and then continued saying jokingly they need to put stop and go lights at each corner that way not as many people can get hurt! (sorry its so short  ) |

"Now, there's an idea maybe we should suggest it to the headmaster. I wounder if there's a spell you could use to send a flash of red or green light around the corner to warn someone your coming." Kory laughed, she'd love to see that. "It would be a life saver, and we'd be rich!" Kory joked.

Jessica chuckled as the girl named Kory Marvin said Now, there's an idea maybe we should suggest it to the headmaster. I wounder if there's a spell you could use to send a flash of red or green light around the corner to warn someone your coming. It would be a life saver, and we'd be rich!. Yes it would be a life savor and I am always up for some extra money she said grinning. She could Just see all the hallways having a green and red sign with students waiting impatiently to go around the cornor or cross the hall. Shaking her head she said Imagine having student jams she said hoping the girl understood what she meant. (((((sorry it lame  writers block))))) |

Korys' eyebrows rose in confusion. "Sorry but whats student jams? I hope it doesn't mean that there's an actual jam recipe with students in it." That was a scary thought, Kory hoped that this wasn't something that the professor's did to their students when the didn't hand in their homework on time. Jessica was thrown into the fits of giggles when she saw th look of horror on the girls face after getting herself under control she said well have you ever seen or been in a traffic jam not waiting for an answer she continued I mean imagine seeing a whole bunch of kids waiting to go from one corner to the next. It would be hilarious. Remembering the first time she had been in a traffic jam threw her into another fit of giggles noticing the girl was giving her a weird look she said I'm sorry its just I cant even imagine a whole bunch of students waiting for the go sign and then taking off because they are about to be late for class! She was set into another set of giggles expert this time Kory was laughing with her. After she got herself under control she said So what do you think of hogworts so far. Jessica remembered how awestruck she was when she was a first year she thought she would never find her way any were but only half of that was true she was still awestruck but she could at least find her way around. Looking back at the girl and waited patiently for an answer.

"Very big. I haven't really got much of an impression so far but if it keeps going this way I think that it will be very rewarding. It seems to be very impressive."
Kory said energetically, she did find Hogwarts so far very intimidating but when she got to know the layout better she couldn't wait to make her name and leave an impression. Kory could be very mischievous when she wanted.
