That day Leon was dressed for the warmth- a large, wool black jumper and some creme coloured cords. His hair had gel in it, but only a little amount. He walked slowly down the empty corridors, wondering what to do. Just the other day he had been so busy- drawing with Flo, homework, class. Now he was amazingly bored.
He aimlessly walked the whole length of the corridor, then turned and walked it again. Five times he did this, each time wondering what to do. He thought of Flo, how she loves butterflies. He thought of class, and that book he had wanted to read. Then he thought of the chair in the Ravenclaw Common room- that really comfy blue one he always sat on. Smiling at the thought, Leon strode down the corridor one last time. Just as he reached the end, he noticed a small door on the left of him. It was red and shiny, and seemed to welcome him in. Leon, for some odd reason, obeyed. As he turned the sparkling black door-knob and peered into the room, he was almost blinded by a tiny orange butterfly, flitting around. Looking deeper, he jumped as he saw around one hundred of the same, identical butterflies, all flying around or resting the chair in the center of the room. It was blue, and looked like an exact replica of the one in Leon's common room. With a wide grin he walked towards the chair, sitting in it with a loud moan of comfiness.
Looking around once more, he saw brown shelves on the walls, stacked high with books of all sorts. Rising reluctantly, Leon wandered over to a shelf, and saw to his amazement, a white book labled 'Quidditch with the Snitch' by Bowman Wright, founder of the Golden Snitch. It was the book he had seen in class! Grinning again, Leon snatched the book from the shelf, walked over to the chair again and began to read, ignoring the one hundred butterflies that flew over to perch on his head.

Shadow sighed as she walked down empty corridors. Her long black hair was flowing behind her as her vivid green eyes darted around for anything to do. She was wearing her usual Slytherin robes. She didn't care if it was cold, you tend to get used to it when you're down in the dungeons most of the time.
As Shadow walked a small black kitten was at her her feet. This kitten was jet black with white paws and startling yellow eyes. It followed Shadow, quite happily as it looked around.
Shadow came to the end of the corridor and noticed a door that had never been there before. She stared at the door before reaching to the doorknob and turning it. The door opened widely as she saw loads of tiny orange butterflies roaming around. There was bookshelves everywhere and a comfy blue chair in the center of the room. The chair had a boy sitting on it. Shadow noticed that he was a Ravenclaw. She scoffed as she closed the door, letting her kitten in before she shut it completely. She smirked. "It figures. Only a Ravenclaw could think of something this soppy. Along with Hufflepuffs" She said loudly as a huge black chair appeared next to her. Man did she love The Room Of Requirement.

Leon looked up from the page about the spells on the Snitch's wings, noticing a Slytherin girl standing by the door. As she walked in, Leon caught sight of a tiny black kitten by her feet. Smiling at it, he responded to the girl’s talk with a scowl. “For your information squirt, the butterflies are not my invention, and you’d better tell you little kitten to keep its paws off of them before I blast it.”
Leon had no intention of doing so, for he loved cats and the little one reminded him of his own black male Zaphani. Although Zaphani wasn't a kitten, and was more of a killer. Settling the book down, he stretched out his hand for the kitten to sniff, watching as it scuttled over to do so. He stroked in smooth motions along it’s furry little head, smiling as it purred.

Shadow scowled slightly at her kitten berfore looking at the Ravenclaw as she sat down in the black chair that she had thought of, crossing her legs as she sat down. "Touch my cat and I'll hex you to hell" She hissed keeping an eye on her kitten. She whistled and the kitten turned and lept on the arm of the chair she was sitting on and started purring again.

Leon grinned. Slythies were always so predictable and they always struck out way too quick. He watched as the little kitten jumped at the whistle, then rushed to her owner's side. Leon smiled at it, then picked up his book again, starting to read. He didn't even bother to answer the girl, knowing she would just come out with another lame comeback and try to make herself look bigger with her talk. Leon blew at a butterfly that was tickling his nose, tucked his legs beneath him and read with interest about Snitchs.

Shadow watched him intently. "You're just like the rest. They always shut up when talking to Slytherins knowing we'll just hex them or snap at them" She said watching her kitten. She thought of something she wanted and it appeared next to her. She took the goblet of crimson liquid and drank it quickly placing it back on the floor as a book appeared next to her.

Leon grinned again. How typical of the girl to say something like that. Leon looked up for a split second, then brought up a goblet like the one in the Slythie's hands. It materialized next to him, and he drank deeply before saying in a smiling voice- "Of course, that is exactly why. 100% correct...Shadow." Leon thought for a moment as he remembered the girl's name, then looked down at his book. He talked without really caring to what he was saying, but went along with whatever Shadow said. As the drink in his hand emptied, Leon thought of a plate of tasty chocolate biscuits beside him on a silver platter, then took one from as they appeared on a small oak table. He offered the cookies to Shadow, narrowly missing a butterfly as he stretched the tray towards the girl.

Shadow rose an eyebrow at him and the cookies, not knowing what to do. She reached out carefully and took one before snatching her hand bacl, still watching him carefully. "Poisoned it? Charmed it? What have you done with this cookie?" She asked staring at the cookie in her hand. She didn't really know what to do with it. She tended not to eat much. "And how did you know my name? I've never seen you before" She asked placing the cookie on the arm of her chair and stared at it impatiently, waiting for it to blow up or something.

Leon laughed. "That's another thing- you Slythie's always thing something is about to attack you. This cookie is normal, though i did add a few chocolate chips." Leon grinned. "And i know your name from Random places and class- your in my Potions i think."
Leon put the tray back onto the table, sweeping it with a blue feather duster first to get rid of the sleeping butterflies. Once he set it down, he took another and bit into it with a smile. Cookies were his favourite food- forget the magical, unsualy things the house elves cooked up for him, cookies ruled over all. Leon watched as a butterfly landed slowly on Shadow's head, resting to clean it's silken wings.

"Right" Shadow said nibbling the corner of the cookie before putting it back down on the arm of the chair. "And I don't think everyone is going to attack me. I've just never eaten a cookie before. I didn't know what it was meant to do" She said.
Shadow felt the butterfly land on her head. She went cross-eyed trying to look at it. She gave up whn she still couldn't see it so she shook her head to make it go away. The butterfly flew off her head and her kitten made a jump for it. Her kitten missed and skidded on the floor. The kitten looked at the butterfly and hissed the kitten then looked at the Ravenclaw and hissed at him.

As the kitten hissed, Leon laughed yet again. The little fluff ball was so young, he though to himself. He remembered when Zaphani used to hiss like that at anything in particular. Well, he thought, Zaphani hasn't actually stopped doing that yet soo....he grinned. As Shadow slowly took a tiny bite from the cookie, then set it down again, Leon's eyes widened.
"Never had a cookie before? How did you live?" He looked down at the cookies, watching as a butterfly landed on one, then flew off quickly as the kitten swiped at it. In it's attack, the kitten knocked the silver platter from the stool, sending it speeding towards the floor. Before it could crash, Leon quickly thought of a large, soft beige pillow. As he did so, the cushion appeared beneath the tray just before it hit the floor, saving it in time. Leon sighed as the kitten hissed again from the reaction.

"I have never lived very well. Infact I doubt you can calling that living with what happened to me" She said groaning. The goblet that she had placed on the floor filled with more crimson liquid. She picked it up and drank from it slowly. To her it was like crimson gold when it touched her mouth. When she felt the room liguid going down her throat.
She placed the goblet back on the floor after she had drained it's contents. Shadow watched her kitten and smirked slightly. "Sanity gone" She said to the kitten. Her kitten looked up and ran towards her and jumped back onto the arm of Shadow's chair. Shadow smiled and stroked it, which resutled in her kitten puring loudly.

As always Brook was bored and didn't have any place to go so she just walked in circles thinking about there being a room with millions of awesome books, and some of her favorite muggle drink, Dr. Pepper. While walking her third circle suddenly out of no where a bright and shiny door appeared, being her normal curious self she opened the door.
When she opened it she saw two chairs, a whole load of butterflys, a kitten, lots of books, Leon Harrow, a Slytherin girl, and some really good looking Dr. Pepper.
How odd is this she wondered, so then she opens her mouth and said "Where am I and what in the world is going on here?"

Shadow looked up and groaned. "Just what I need, another bloody Ravenclaw" Shadow spot sinking lower into her chair.
She noticed a load of Dr Pepper, one of her fave muggle drinks in the room. She eyed it before eyeing the new Slytherin.

Leon grinned as Brook came in. He knew Shadow would somehow think of something sadly unwitty to say to her, and quickLy thought of another blue chair like his own, which appeared beside him. He patted it softly for Brook to come and sit, then offered her some of the delicous cookies. Once he had, he watched as a few butterflies landed on this odd red and white plastic bottle, which had appeared when Brook had entered the room. He looked at it oddly, unsure of what it was.
"What is that stuff? Docter Pepper? I'm guessing it's a muggle drink...no?" Leon questioned, watching the odd red bottle with that dark liquid floating inside.

Brook thought this nice of Leon for him to think up a chair for her when she remembered this was "The Room of Requirement". She thankfuly went and sat down and replied "Thankyou! And yes it is a muggle drink, and it is quite good actually.
As Brook looked at the cookies he had offered her she appreciated it, but she had eaten a very good dinner last night and was stuffed, so she told him politely that she didn't want any, but did appreciate them very much. Then she looked across from her and said "Hello, I'm Brook, and you are?"

Shadow watched them intently. "Shadow Croft" She said stiffly trying her best not to strangle the both of them already. She shook her head as another butterfly landed on it. She thought of making the butterfiles dissapear and suddenly all of the butterflies were gone. Shadow smirked to herself.
Shadow's kitten who had just managed to catch one hissed as it dissapeared. The kitten looked around seeming to be confused before hissing at the two Ravenclaws and jumping up next to Shadow

Leon looked with interest at Shadow, as the pretty butterflies Flo had thought up with ages ago went away. He frowned a little. Bringing back the butterflies, he also thought of three large dogs, all with huge teeth and menacing growls. He watched with odd pleasure as they trapped the little kitten in a cornor, making it meow pitifully.
Feeling a little sorry for the cowering creature, Leon imagined the dogs gone, then brought up a tiny saucer of milk for the kitten. Without looking to see if it wouldd rink, Leon nodded as Brook refused the cookies. Taking one for himself, he looked again at the drink in the bottle. "What is it? Looks very...unhealthy. And why is it called Docter Pepper? "
Leon wondered about how Shadow knew about the drink- surely she was pure-blood Waiting patiently for an answer, Leon smiled as he carried on with his book, now and again stopping to sweep off the unfortunate butterfly. The flitting creatures were his friend Flo's favourite thing, and he laughed out loud at the fun time they had had the other day by the lake.

Shadow growled at Leon as the butterlflies appeared again and her kitten get chased by three dogs. "Don't threaten my kitten" Shadow hissed before going back to being emotionless. "And Doctor Pepper isn't unhealthy. It's just SUGAR GOODNESS" Shadow squealed and went all cute before coughing and went back to her emotionless state.
Shadow's kitten hissed as the dogs dissapeared. She ran up to Leon and clawed his leg, hissing still before jumping into Shadow's lap still glarring t the two Ravenclaws.

"Basically Dr. Pepper is caffine, water, artificial flavor, suger, and probaby some other things too. I'm not sure why they named it Dr. Pepper, but like I said before it's really good." as Brook said this she wondered why Leon and Shadow were in here before, but she figured she might as well even ask, so she did.
While waiting for a reply she thought of a fluffy pillow and a book called "The Shining" and then they both appeared in her lap. That is why she loved this place, it was peaceful ( most of the time), and it gave you the things you need.
