Cloud gazing((Jessica))

It had been a slow day. There was hardly anything to do. Flo could have read a boo, if she hadn't already read most of them. And the rest just looked really boring in Flo's opinion. She could go and look for Squibbles, and try to teach the tubby cat some tricks. But she didn't want to train that cat anything since he had met Leon's cat. She could draw something. Maybe try to draw something than what she usually draws.Flo decided that Drawing was a good idea, and went in search of something to draw. She looked in the Hufflepuff common room. There was practically nothing there to draw.

So next she went to the Great Hall. She was thinking of drawing the roof, but it looked all gloomy and dull. Flo thought that maybe she could draw the four tables. But it would look pretty boring with out people, and there was no one there. All that was there, was a scary looking plate of spaghetti. Sighing, Flo went out side. Maybe she could draw a tree. Flo looked up at the sky, and it wasn't dull at all. It was actually quite pretty. Flo walked over to the usual spot where she sat mostly. Near the huge Oak tree. It was her favorite spot to sit. She looked at the sky again and sighed. It was certainly pretty. Then Flo realized that she could draw the real sky. The clouds were nice and fluffy, and they looked like pillows. Smiling, Flo got out her sketch pad and pencils and started to draw.

The sky is very easy to draw, so Flo decided to also draw the few tops of the Hogwarts castle into the picture, just to add something more. She started with a cloud that sought of looked like an umbrella. Flo giggled as she saw it and then went to the next cloud, a sought of teddy bear shape. The clouds were certainly making weird shapes.Flo found it funny. She kept drawing and then suddenly a shadow appeared on her book. Hoping it wasn't the clouds growing into a huge raincloud, she looked up.

Jessica stretched and yawned. She was quite bored of reading and really didn't feel like being cooped up inside since it was a really beautifully day skipping out of her dorm room in light blue faded hip huggers and a pink sleeve less Shirt with the word P.E.A.C.E in gold letters. Before Leaving the common room she pulled her wand out and taped the letters on her shirt. Instantly the words started to shimmer different colors.

Smiling slightly Jessica skipped out of the common room and into the one of many hall ways in Hogworts. Walking write out into the pretty grounds of the school Jessica went and sat down next to the lake. Lost in thought she didn't notice her cute little kitten Smokey approach her. Her kitten loved to surprise her. Getting into a pouncing position Smokey leaped onto her lap. Jumping a little Jessica Quickly looked down, Giggle she said oh, it is just you. As if in response Smokey blinked her big blue eyes, jumped off her lap and started chasing little insects around. Chuckling slightly Jessica rested her back up against a big weeping Willow and Stared out into the pretty lake. She was pulled out of thoughts though when she saw a girl just a little way away giggling and drawing it looked like.

Getting up to go and talk to her her kitten tarted to her side following her. As she approached the girl she didn't seem to notice but when she finally reached her the girl looked up. Hey I'm Jessica rose Gryffindor third year she said cheerfully. I was wondering what you were drawing. Her kitten Smokey walked up to the girl with her big blue eyes and laid down next to her.

Flo smiled as she realized the cloud hadn't gone all Grey. no, they were still puffy and white, jut as before. Flo was even more thrilled to meet Jessica. "Hi Jessica! I'm Flo Murvac, third year Hufflepuff. What was I drawing? Oh, well, I was going to draw the clouds, until i realized that they kind of looked boring, so I'm starting to draw the castle too!" She explained excitedly. "You can stay and watch if you'd like." Flo smiled at Jessica again, and looked down next to her. "Hi Kitty! Is she yours?" Flo asked Jessica. Flo patted the cat, as it purred, and looked like it was enjoying the scratch on the head.

Flo looked back at her drawing. It was stating to take form slightly. She had just finished the teddy shaped cloud, and now was starting on a cloud, that looked just as a normal cloud did. When she finished that cloud, she looked at the sky again, and saw that she had drawn most of the clouds, until most of the clouds had moved on in the wind, and a new bunch of clouds came rolling through. Flo started to shape the turret of the castle. When she was done, she looked at Jessica again. "OK, all done! Here, have a look!" She passed the sketch pad over to Jessica, as the little cat meowed next to her. "Sure kitty, you can have a look too."

Jessica said well its nice to meet you Flo oh yes this is my little kitten answering her question. Sitting down next to her Jessica watched in amazement how good of a drawer she was. She could also tell this person was very sociable and outgoing, I guess you could say she picked this up when she had lived eleven years with nonmagical people. The girls clouds seemed fluffy and about to burst with happiness but it was really the little parts of the castle that had amazed her. They looked exactly the same maybe better, I wish I was that good of an artist Jessica complimented.

Jessica stooped watching for a bit so she could be surprised when she saw the masterpiece finished. Staring out into the lake she saw a few splashes and wondered what they were, then she turned her attion to her little kitten who of course had grown restless and was once again chasing some poor insects around in a circle. Giggling she called her kittens name and instantly it ran over and sat down between her and Flo.

A few minutes latter Jessica was pulled from her thoughts when Flo said OK, all done! Here, have a look Her little kitten meowed next to her because she was woken up Sure kitty, you can have a look too. Flo said. As Flo passed her the note book Jessica was breath taken by how beautifully it was. The clouds looked fluffy and light but the castle that was what most surprised her it was like she took a picture of it and glued it to the page. After a few minutes Jessica handed it back saying that is magnificent! I wish I could draw that well.

Flo smiled as Jessica complimented on her drawing. "Thanks! But I dont think Im that good. Have you met Leon Harrow? He's really good." Flo was still smiling as Jessica's cat started rolling around in the grass, as if she was saying 'Hey! Im here too!! Lavish attention on me please!!' Giggling, Flo reached over and rubbed the cats tummy. "Awww, so cute!" then Flo got an idea. "Jessica, is it alright if i drew Smokey? Well, attempt to anyway. I can draw creatures really good most of the time, but i dont think I've tried drawing a cat." Flo grinned and turned to a new page of her sketch book, and started to draw that cats round eyes.
