Timothy woke up today knowing it was going to be a boring day and normally when he guessed it would be it happens. After finish the day’s class he walked up to the common room slowly looking at all the paintings. He waved to any of the painting that were paying attention to him walking passed. A few smiled and waved back but the rest weren't happy to see him or anyone for that matter they just wanted him to leave them alone so he picked up his pace to get to the common room faster. After saying the password he walked passed the fat lady he waved to a few people and went up to drop off his stuff. He then picked up an old looking book and walked back out the common room.
He slowly walked down a few more flights of stairs after getting turned about by the moving stair. "You can never just stay still for once can you?" He muttered to himself as he finally made it to the ground floor and out to the Courtyard. He looked around for a bench and sat down then opened the book. The book was based on myths, old ones which he had already saw in Muggle books. This one just seemed to go into more detail which is something that made the stories all new to him. Soon after he started reading he started to close his eyes and just think about the stories. He always loved mythology from anywhere. He soon opened his eyes when she started hearing voices behind him.
He turned over to see who it was but he didn't know any of the people passing by so he just smiled and look back down at his book. He could hear one of them say some joke as the rest laughed looking back at him and still walking on. "I hope they walk into a wall." He said laughing quietly to himself. Returning back to he's book then closing it and just sitting there looking up at the clouds staring off and seeing nothing but the sky and the few clouds out.

Leaving class Brook practically stumbled the whole way to the common room. Heading towards her room she slipped and fell again laughing she finaly accomplished her mission of making it to her bed. Dropping her bag on it she went to change out from her robes and into a pair of blue soccer shorts and a white T-shirt and a pair of whit etnies with blue laces. Tying them up she grabbed her bag and left the room tofind something to do. Walking to the Great Hall she planned to grab a snack. Seeing it was completely packed she walked outside and began to wonder around liking the fact that there weren't to many couds in the sky today.
Heading toward the lake she saw that there was no one there this time, not feeling like being alone she headed to the courtyard for another try. Seeing people everywhere she noticed that a Gryffindor was there by himself. Wondering if he wanted any company she slowly walked over there to sit across from him. Seeing as she had never met hime before she wondered which type of Gryffindor he was, mean or nice, possibly a mixture of both. Setting her bag down she heard him say he wished that a certain group of people would run into a wall she said "That would be a pretty funny sight wouldn't it?" Sitting down she extended her hand for a wave "Hi," she said, "My name's Brook."

Timothy was looking up at the sky just starring into space when he heard a voice say how it would be a funny sight. It toke him a few seconds to realize that he wasn't the one saying it. He turned away from the sky just in time to see a girl around his age sit down next to him. He had never seen her before but so far she seemed nice and he smiled as she sat down. "Ya, it would be funny but I would probably end up feeling bad if they got hurt or something." Timothy said still smiling with a little laugh at the end. He saw that she extended her and he did the same and shock hers. "Hi, I'm Timothy." Still smiled he saw she looked like she was going to play soccer. His mind wondered off about how bad he was at soccer he had to snap back to the real world again.
"So what brings you out on such a nice day like this?" he said smiling like always. Then he remembered that she looked like she was going to play soccer and felt a little dumb for a second. He pushed his book off his lap and put it under the bench waiting for her response.

Seeing that he didn't seem to mean Brook decided to stay there. Hearing the question he had just asked her she wondered why she had come outside again. Not remembering she just made up something and said "Um, well it seemed like a good day to be outside I guess. I pretty much just wondered around and when I saw you sitting by yourself I figured you might want some company." taking a breath she realized she should have brought a jacket as a breeze blew in, deciding it didn't matter she looked up at the sky to see if it might rain. Still it looked the same as last time so she said, "Why are you out here?"

Timothy Listened to her as she answered him then she looked up at the sky. He soon made a quick glance thinking about how few clouds there still was. He always liked cloudy days but not if it rained just the shade from all the clouds, he then looked back at her. She soon asked the same question back to him and he smiled as he started to reply. "Well I was going to go read in the common room after class but that plan was shot down with all the noise they were making." He said laughing a little. "So I made my way down here but as you can see I didn't get much reading done down here either." He said looking down at his book that was under the bench then looked back at her. "Muggle books are so boring once you finally get your hands on a book from Hogwarts." He said talking to himself out loud.

Wondering if he meant her as the person that was keepin him from reading she decicded if he wanted heer to elave then he should tell her him self. Listening to his comment she said "I am not sure if that was directed to me, but since you said something! You just have to find the right author when you read muggle books! Like, me for instance decided to try and find a good series to read for when I had no acces to Hogwarts books." taking a deep breath she finished by saying "And I found one! I won't tell you who because when you actually like an author you'll find his (or her) book your self!"

He listened to her still smiling like he normally did to everyone. He waited a second just in case she wanted to add anything else then answered back to her. "Well being a Muggle-Born I've been reading Muggle books years before I got to Hogwarts, most of them were about mythology." Timothy said clearing his throat then started to talk again. "It's kind of a hobby of mine. Well in the Muggle books sometimes they just repeat the same story but in the ones here they seem new." He said smiling knowing how confusing that must have sounded but that was the best he could do to describe what he meant. "So any kind of books you like to read the most of?"

Listening Brook felt her mouth curve up the way it always did when she didn't understand something or was confused. Hearing his last question she said "Well, I think you should still find your favorite yourself but I guess I'll tell you mine. My favorite muggle author is R.L. Stine!" wondering if he had ever read any she added "His books are full of differentthings, like one minute it's mystery, and the next it is just hilariously funny!" ooc: sorry so short but I have to get off soon!

Timothy could see by the look on her face she seemed confused or that’s what it looked like. He was going to try to explain but he knew he would just confuse her and probably himself at the same time. So he just stayed quite till she answered his question. He listened to her closely and waited a second after she was done talking to talk. "Well he sounds like a great author; I might check him out when I get back home. But mostly I've been reading just Mythology books from all different regions and well a few comic books too." He said laughing after he was done talking. "But those don't really count as books." He said as he laughed.
(OOC: no problem there's no need to be sorry.)
