Jessica woke up early one morning to the patting of her cats paw on her face. She groaned and tied to push the cat off put she wouldn't budge. OK, OK, I am getting up she mumbled still half asleep. When she got out of bed she quickly walked to the bathrooms and jumped in the showers. When she finally came out of the bathroom dressed in a pair of light blue Jeans, red tank top and a hoddie it was almost 9:30.
What should i do today Jessica asked her self She walked over to her dormitory window and say that it was snowing. She quickly without even thinking grabbed her gloves jacket and het, darted down the Dormitory steps and ran out of the common room. On her way out of the common room Jessica noticed that quit a few people were up. Skipping breakfast Jessica ran outside into the freezing cold and started making a snowman. She new it was childish but hey it was funner then sitting inside doing homework.
She was almost done with her snowman when all of a sudden she felt a a snowball hit her square in the back of the head. She wasn't mad per say she just wanted to now who threw it. She swung around to see who had thrown it but saw no one

Dana yawned lazily while cleaning up her plate placing the last piece of pancakes with honey in her mouth. Tilting her head back lazily Dana emptied her coffee cup as well before starting to work quickly and efficiently starting to put her hair into a French braid while having small-talk with her friends. Getting the braid done in a matter of moments Dana said bye to her friends before exiting the Great Hall and moving up the stair-case entered the Ravenclaw common room sidestepping some younger students as Dana jogged up to her dormitory to get her winter cloak and Transfiguration parchments she planned to study from today. She had never been overly good in Transfiguration so some rereading previous term materials and reading the materials they were yet to cover might be a good idea. It might be a good idea if Dana wanted to keep here grades up to shape anyway.
Grabbing everything she might need Dana pulled the white cloak over her shoulders wrapping her scarf only loosely around her neck before exiting the dormitory and then the common room as Dana made her way out of the castle and into the court-yard. She would find somewhere to sit there and would get some peace and quiet hopefully while the courtyard had the additional bonus of offering fresh air while Dana learned. Pushing the big door open Dana’s eyes looked over the courtyard finding it rather satisfactorily empty except for a girl building a snowman. Strolling down towards the middle of the courtyard Dana opened a couple of her papers, trying to locate the one about animal transfigurations when something wet and cold hit the back of her head. Scowling darkly Dana picked up the pieces of snow that had fallen onto her papers… notes she had worked hard on as she scowled darkly her wand already out as she turned around. Scanning the courtyard a couple of times Dana scowled darkly while glancing at the younger girl. As a prefect she shouldn’t really show bad example and hex someone in broad day-light. But one glance at her notes made Dana not care about the young girl as she positioned her wand and murmured three curses watching as two SLytherin 4th years were running towards the castle a moment later sprouting huge elephant trunks, ears and tails that were painted a lovely shade of pink.
Scowling darkly at the boys back but deciding that the curse had been enough Dana looked at her notes only to sigh as she stepped to the closest bench and spread out the papers that had gotten wet as Dana charmed them try before sighing while looking down at the ink that had run away. She might recall most now though anyway – as only 2 sheets of paper were ruined – so perhaps she could fix it before the ink was simply unreadable. Glancing at the younger girl Dana called out “Hey” and waited a moment creating eye-contact with the girl. “Do you have a pen or a pencil or a quill with ink by any chance?” Dana asked the girl not really completely even hoping to borrow a pencil right now.
