Kyle looked at vanessa puzzled. She wasn't speaking to Kelsey and that was different. He didn't really know Vanessa but she usually introduced herself to everyone. He shrugged then and looked up at the stars with her, smiling. He then looked at her face again with a knowing look on his face.
"Let's, um, let's go talk," he said standing and holding out his hand to her.

Vanessa looked up at Kyle, shrugged and took his hand, pulling herself up.
"Okay, bout what?" She asked as she pulled him away from Katie and Kelsey. She led him through rows of roses and other flowers that smelled lovely,but were dying.

Katie also noticed that Vanesa didnt talk. She looked up at Kelsey and smiled.
"Thats Vanessa I am guessing she wonts me to introduce her" Katie said with a wink and moved over so Kelsey could sit down.
She than raised her eyebrow at Kyle and Vanessa and smile innocently. She was waiting patiently for them to leave so she could follow them. Katie had an evil mind now.

Kyle walked beside Vanessa with a suspitious look on his face. He smiled then his eyes twinkling.
"Do you not like Kelsey or somthing?" he asked

Katie looked at Kelsey and smiled and she got up.
"I will be back got to know what they are talking about." katie said sneaking in thte darkeness and behind some trees. She finally came across a tree in distance and hide listening to Kyle and Vanessa comveration.

Vanessa looked at Kyle, trying to make a face that said NO! Of course not! But, apparently she couldn't. Sighing, she looked down at her feet and continued to walk.
"It's not Kelsey, I don't like. It's well, who she hangs out with. Jordan. Jordan Cortes, a third year in our House. That girl's trouble Kyle. Real trouble." Vanessa answered. She could never dislike someone off the bat, but Kelsey didn't strike Vanessa as someone who was much different than Jordan.

Katie could feel the anger rise within her how could Vanessa say such a thing. Jordan took her in from her fathers misery, she was a mother, sister, and friend and now Vanessa was saying bad stuff about her. Katie than jumped infront of them.
"How dare you Vanessa say something like that, HOW DARE YOU! she took me in from my fathers fist. She acted like a mother, sister, and friend, and now you are talking bad about her. I am trouble then why do you hand out with me?" Katie shouted at her. She didnt mean to but her anger was geting the best of her.

Vanessa winced at Katie's words, then Vanessa did something so unliike her that it scared even her.
"Katie?! What were you doing following us?! No! You know what?! Save it!" And with rage, Vanessa stormed off and ran back to the Hufflepuff common room, her mind a race with insults that she wanted to let loose.

Katie glared after her as she ran to the Hufflepuff common. Only Jordan had seen her father and stirke at her Vanessa was all wrong about her.
"RUN THEN!" Katie yelled after her and grabbed her guitar and notebook and walked in rage to the Gryffindor common room. She was going to tell Jordan this not doubt about it.
