[glow=orange,2,300]Stryder Stalk[/glow] entered the Great Hall to find it packed. He managed to find a seat though at the end of the Gryffindor table. It was separated from everyone else so Stryder had no one to talk to. He looked at his surroundings. Students were stuffing themselves full of food all around him. Stryder noticed that they were all engaged in conversation though. He had no one to talk to. No one what so ever.
Stryder wished he could talk to anyone. He hadn't had a good conversation in quite a while and still didn't have that many friends at Hogwarts. At home Stryder was friends with a lot of the muggle boys. It was tricky trying to explain to them why he didn't go to the local Middle School and soon high school. Well Stryder liked his muggle friends but he would much rater befriend some more witches and wizards.
Stryder looked around once more to see if anyone realized he was there. One girl from the Hufflepuff table was looking at him but when they had eye contacted she blushed and turned away. Stryder smirked and grabbed the apple sitting in front of him. He took a bite from it and looked around hoping that someone would start some sort of conversation. Perhaps he was to intimidating.
That's it. I'm too intimidating. People are afraid to talk to me. The eager third year thought to himself as his ego rose and he took another bite of the apple.

Aneen was in a hurry to get out of the Great Hall that day. It just seems unusually busy today, and loud...maybe it's just me?
She wolfed down the last few bites of her pudding and washed it all down with a swig of juice from her goblet and grabbed her book bag and tossed it over her shoulder. She felt a little sick from having eaten a little too much a little too fast, but she knew that it would go away in a few minutes.
Maybe I'll go for a walk once I get out of here...That would be nice. Before I start in on my mounds of homework tonight. Ugh....A 16 inch essay...for History. I hate history.
But Aneen was moving so quickly and thinking so much about the dreaded homework load of the night that she didn't look where she was going until a soft "whumph" caught her attention and she realized that her book bag had started swinging around, opened and had whacked a Gryffindor.
"OH! oh no...I'm so sorry," she said, turning bright red and kneeling down to pick up the few things that had escaped from her bag.

The apples at Hogwarts were pretty good. He liked them a lot. Stryder bit the apple and chewed it as he thought about a certain girl he had actually started talking to a while back. She was really pretty. Really pretty. Stryder really liked having a conversation about her and getting to know her better. She really shouldn't be scared about how pure bloods view her because she's a muggle born. Stryder didn't care, he would trade her spots any day. Stryder hated his pure blood roots. It made him feel like a dog that belonged to a bad blood line. He hated it.
Stryder was almost completely done with the apple still not talking to anyone. He must have looked stupid sitting there by himself just eating an apple and looking around. Before he knew it though something had hit his head and sent it going straight for the table.
The backpack led Stryder's head forward towards the table. As if he was in slow motion his head hit the edge of the table sending a gash across his forehead. Stryder didn't even scream though, he didn't mind pain that much, it just took him by surprise. He wasn't sure what had happened though. Was it another death eater attack?
Stryder closed his eyes as his hand went down his pant legs to grab his wand. He grabbed his wand and turned around as he heard "OH! oh no...I'm so sorry," right behind him. He loosened his grip on his wand and looked up to see a worried girl above him. Stryder touched his pulsing forehead and looked at his hand to find blood.
"I'm alright. It's just a little blood, not going to kill me."
Well that's what Stryder meant to say. Instead it sounded more like.
"I'm..ablood...not kill me."
Everything was going blurry and the room was spinning. The last thing Stryder saw was his apple fall to the floor as he hit the floor right next to his "attacker's" feet.

Aneen's first reaction was to fling aside her bag and books, but being a little more careful this time to make sure that she wasn't throwing them at anyone. Once those were out of her way, she grabbed a pack of Kleenex from her bag and shoved the whole wad on the boy's forhead.
Ah, great she thought dejectedly this is not going to be enough... Aneen looked around for help. Who? where...OH! and it suddenly dawned on Aneen that she had a wand! Keeping one hand pressed on his forehead, with the over-soaked Kleenex on his head, Aneen fumbled about for her wand.
Ok...spell...spell...what is it? Fur...far...fer...una...feruta? ferula! she remembered and aiming for a clear spot on the floor, she muttered "Ferula" and a few bandages appeared. She threw aside the dirty Kleenex and pressed the bandages to his head, and was relieved when the blood flow seem to lessen. Aneen bit her bottom lip, feeling like her stomach and dropped out of her.
"Come on, come on...wake up...wake up," she whispered. Ohnoohnoohno oh....! what's going to happen? she thought desperately. At least he's a Gryffindor and hopefully will understand that this is an accident and won't haunt me for years about this...
As the blood slowly came to a stop, Aneen again pointed at the ground, saying "Ferula" again to get some more clean bandages. Managing to keep one hand on his foreheaad with the bandages, she carefully got a glass of water down off the table. Setting it next to her, she got one of the new, clean bandages wet and started cleaning up his forehead. Blood was starting to dry and it had gotten in his hair.
"Wake up, please, we have to get you to the hospital wing...please?"she whispered and then took a deep breath, trying to keep her nerves about her.

Stryder was back at his ranch. He didn't know why he was back home but he liked it none the less. Stryder looked down and instead of finding his Hogwarts uniform he found his rodeo clothes. In front of him was his horse Rocket all saddle up and waiting for Stryder to get on. Stryder wasn't sure what had happend but he liked it. He started to walk over towards Rocket when his father appeared out of no where.
"Look at what you've become. A filthy muggle lover. To think a Stalk..."
Stryder's anger rose. How could he say that. That bastard. Stryder glared at his father and tried to talk but he couldn't. That's it. Stryder said to himself. He grabbed his wand and started running towards his father. Avada Kada.................
Stryder woke up startled on the Great Hall's floor. He saw a girl leaning over him. His head hurt. Stryder couldn't remember what had happend. Was that a dream that he had had? Did he try to kill his father? Stryder sat up and looked at the nervous girl. He touched his head to find it wet and full of bandages.
"What happend??"

Dresden walked down the staircase and headed toward the front door. Just before she got to it, she changed her mind. Changing her direction, she headed back toward the door to the great hall, with the intention of getting some food to take with her on her way to the lake. She pushed on the door and walked through it. Dresden was about to go over to the Ravenclaw table, when she saw someone at the Gryffindor table disappear from her view. That's really strange, where did he go? It's impossible to apparate in Hogwarts...Dresden headed over to the Gryffindor table instead, with the intention of asking him how he managed to drop out of site like that, when she saw a girl looking like she was about to panic. Looking at the floor, she saw the boy passed out, with the girl beginning to press bandages to his head. "Oh my gosh! Is he OK?" asked Dresden, as she quickly took her hair elastic of her wrist and placed it around her dreads. Dresden dropped to her knees to see if there was anything she could do to help. Before the girl could answer, the boy slowly opened his eyes and sat up. Touching his hand to his head, he asked what had happened. Dresden sat behind him, still on her knees. "I actually came over to ask the same thing!" She wasn't actually sure that the boy knew she was there, but she didn't think of that until after she spoke. [[EDIT: Sorry, I didn't realize you had posted again until after I put mine in! All fixed now though. Is my joining in OK?]]

The feeling of needing to throw up dissipated the moment another girl approached Aneen. Without thinking, she immediately handed her a bandage and got another cup of water off the table for her. When he looked as clean as she could get him, she started to put aside all the soiled bandages. She realized that, without noticing, she'd pushed her sleeves back.
When the boy sat up and asked what was up, Aneen felt immediate relief. She took a moment and sat back on her heels, brushing the wispies that had fallen into her forhead out of the way. Suddenly, she felt cold and was covered in goosebumps and wished that she had pulled her cloak on that morning; she felt that, at the moment, her uniform was not sufficient. But after a moment, the chill subsided and instead, she turned rather warm.
Her voice came out dry and flat when she managed to answer, "I ran into you with my book bag...sorry..." she croaked. Aneen pursed her lips and sat awkwardly for a moment before she started gathering up all the bandages that weren't being used. She gave an involuntary shudder and the sight of all the blood, but tried not to let the sight of it perturb her.
Taking a deep breath, she continued, "We should probably get him up to the hospital wing. Can you help me?" she asked the girl who had just arrived. "Can you walk, if you lean on us both?" she said, turning back to the boy who looked rather confused and worried finding himself on the floor and all bloody. Well...he's awake, I suppose that he'll be OK....but still, he should get looked at by someone other than a third year....
Aneen stood up and quickly out her own things together before offering the boy an arm up. "Oh," she added, "anyone remember the cleaning spell or something to get rid of these?" No reason to leave a mess like this for Filch to get mad at us for... and she gave a grimace at the thought.
((it's great you joined...but i think after another post or two, we should move ourselves up to the hospital wing? as it would be more appropriate...))

Dresdens eyes widened a little at the idea of a book bag doing so much damage to someones head. "What do you carry around with you, bricks?" she teased the girl, trying to lighten the mood a little. The boy continued to sit on the floor in confusion. She thought back to the time when her and her brother had been playing in the garden, seeing who could knock the other off the four foot garden wall first. Dresden had managed to knock Dereks knees with the stick she was using when he swung at her chest, and he had fallen off the wall and hit his head on one of the rocks. The boy on the floors head looked worse then Dereks did that time.
Dresden nodded her approval as the suggestion of moving him to the hospital wing broke through her thoughts. "I definately agree." Dresden stood up while taking out her wand. "Evenesco," she said, as she pointed it at the pile of bloody bandages. All gone. Putting her wand back in her pocket, she looked at the boy. She wasn't sure if he was able to walk, seeing as he had just passed out."If he can't walk, we can always use the locomoter spell, couldn't we?"

Stryder continued to sit on the floor propping himself up against the bench. Another girl had come over to see what had happened to Stryder. Stryder didn't recognize any of them. Stryder looked around, he knew where he was, that was a good thing. Stryder just didn't know really why he was there. One second he was at his ranch trying to kill his father and then poof he's here with two girls leaning over him.
"I ran into you with my book bag...sorry..."
Stryder looked down at her book bag. It was a pretty big one, she was probably a Ravenclaw. Then again that Slytherin boy Stryder had met carried thousands of books. He really needed to learn not to judge people by their appearance. He wouldn't want anyone to judge him by his blood.
"We should probably get him up to the hospital wing. Can you help me?"
Stryder didn't mind the idea of going to the hospital wing but he didn't think it was all the necessary. Sure his head hurt and little but it wasn't that bad. He just wished he could figure out how he was in the Great Hall. It must be summer time. That would explain why I was at my ranch. Stryder thought as the first girl stood up trying to help Stryder up.
"Can you walk, if you lean on us both?"
Stryder looked at the girls. If he had the right information, something had made his head bleed, his leg wasn't broken, least it didn't feel like it. Stryder pushed himself up using the table and stood before the girls. He was taller than both of them but only by a little bit.
"Oh, anyone remember the cleaning spell or something to get rid of these?"
Stryder looked at her, he knew the spell. It's.... wait what is it. Stryder couldn't remember. Had his father stolen his magic?
"Evenesco,"
Ya that's it. Stryder didn't understand what was going on. He had appeared in the Great Hall out of nowhere. He couldn't remember basic spells and he had a gash on his head. Whatever had happened Stryder was sure that his father had something to do with it.
"If he can't walk, we can always use the locomotor spell, couldn't we?"
"I can walk!"
Stryder was surprised that he had used such a harsh tone with the girls, he just really wanted to walk himself. He was pretty sure he could walk, he needed to try. The main reason was that he really he didn't want people to see him being carried out by two girls, his image would go down the drain.
"Sorry. I'm pretty sure that I can walk. Thanks for your help."
Stryder started walking still confused. He was a little dizzy. Stryder looked around him. People were looking at him. The room started to spin. Stryder's stomach became uneasy. He felt like he was going to throw up. What's going on?? Stryder put another foot out. Each step sent a weird pain throughout his body. What had his father done to him? Stryder began to sweat. He started walking faster and then he tripped. Stryder fell on the ground once more. He hoped that his two nurses would come to help him get up to the Hospital Wing, he couldn't remember where it was.
"Is your book bad a portkey?"
{{Ya thanks for joining, it makes it more interesting. Sure so one of you is going to start in the Hospital Wing after another post or two here?? }}

Dresden was slightly put off by the harsh tone the boy had used. "I see," she said, before the boy apologized. What was it with people these days? Everyone thought they could do things for themselves, no matter what the scenario. There's nothing wrong with people lending a hand..
The boy started to walk past Dresden, slowly and wobbling. Before he could get to far, he tripped. Dresden reached out to grab him, but missed. He hit the floor with a soft 'thud'.
Dresden looked back to the girl in front of her. "Men, do they always have to be so stubborn?" she whispered to her. Dresden stuck out her hand to the boy on the floor, to help him up. "Let's try our way now."

All that...and he's trying to walk on his own! thought Aneen rather meanly. What appreciation! Now that the crisis was over, she was back to her bitter self.
When he fell to the floor again, she gave him no choice and started to haul him up with the other girl so they could drag him to the hospital wing...
