Tristen woke at a regular time. He had a perfect amount of sleep do to the fact that he went to bed sooner than usual. Tristen had a tendency to get deeply into his writing and forget about sleep, but not this time. Tristen rubbed his eyes, and looked around to see if his roommates were up yet. Tristen covered his eyes with his pillow. It was so bright in the mornings. A couples minutes later, he rose from his bed feeling refreshed, and energized. Tristen hopped out of bed, and went to the bathroom to brush his hair, and teeth.
When Tristen was finished, he walked back to his room, and put on his clothes. Tristen heard a little racket. He looked around to see where the noise was coming from. Tristen smiled seeing his cat Scruffs trying to climb up the bed frame. He stood, and smiled while picking up his cat. "Are you up to no good?" Tristen said laughing jokingly. Still holding the big cat in his arms. Tristen put on his shoes, and decided to go to the common room. Tristen sat down his cat. "Are you going to be okay?" Tristen asked looking deeply into his cat's big greenish gray eyes. His heart would break every time he had to leave his cat in his room, but since he was going to eat lunch, he didn't want his cat running around in the Great Hall.
Tristen smiled as he walked by the Gryffindor common room. He saw a few of his fellow Gyffs in there. He said hi to the ones he knew, and smiled politely at the ones he hadn't met yet. He greeted them, and talked a bit until he decided to head on into the Great Hall. His stomach was growling wildly by this time. He arrived at the Great Hall, and sat down to eat. He looked around the Gryffindor table, didn't see any of his friends in particular, so he just sat, and got some food. He waited for some one to come in that he felt like talking to. Since he was starving he looked back at his plate of food and began to eat.
