Morning, morning! (Konner)

"Morning Tootsie!" Wendi called to her pink pygmy puff as she sprung out of bed. "Wakey, wakey!" She called moving towards the end of her bed gently patting her pet to make her wake up. Wendi finally gave up the battle of waking up her pet and went to her dresser. It was a Saturday so Wendi could wear whatever she wanted. She quickly picked out her cute khaki pants and pulled a bright green sweater over her head. Then, Wendi pulled her hair into it's usual little bun. After adding cute turquoise earrings and her green muggle watch she had bought in London, Wendi was ready for anything. The outfit suited her fine. She loved bright colors and wore them often. Wendi's favorite color was turquoise and she had to wear it at least once a week. Suddenly, Wendi heard a sound coming from behind her. "Finally." She said seeing Tootsie was awake. "Good girl." She said patting the pink fluff ball on the head. "I'll be back later." Wendi grinned happily as she stepped out of her dorm and into the common room.

Since it was late January, it was still pretty cold outside. However, there hadn't been any snow in a few weeks. This made Wendi a bit sad, but she knew it would have to snow again before spring. It just had to. Wendi skipped happily off to the Great Hall. She offered a hello to everyone who passes as Wendi was afraid of saying hello to people. Some Slytherins gave her a mean look, but she shrugged it off with showing one sign that it offended her and kept on walking. The school year would be over in a matter of months and Wendi now knew how Slytherins treated everyone. She could never stop the. Wendi would only ever be able to accept their actions. So, that's what she decided to do. Wendi then decided to skip a bit faster to make her journey all that more enjoyable. Suddenly, Wendi slid in a pool of wet ice. "Oh, no!" She called falling in the ground. She watched some Slytherins snicker and call her a baby. But, Wendi wasn't about to get upset as she didn't land in the ice. However, one of them fell into the ice himself. Wendi just stood there not even on the verge of a laugh. She merely walked up to him. "Need help?" She asked. Offended that a first year wanted to help a Slytherin, the both just gave a confused look and ran off. Wendi smiled to herself knowing she had done the smart thing.

"Morning." Wendi said as she passed the Hufflepuff table in the Great Hall. She liked every one of her fellow house mates. They were all so nice and loyal. Wendi knew that if she ever needed help, they would always be with her. This always brought Wendi a brighter smile to her face. She had never really wanted to be placed into Hufflepuff, but she was awfully glad she was. Wendi finally found a lone spot at the table. Without hesitating, she reached in for a piece of toast and took a sip of pumpkin juice. She continued eating as other Hufflepuffs took there place at the table.

Konnor woke drearily, her eyes adjusted to the morning sunlight, and she rose from her bed. "Morning Poops.." She said sounding very tired. She had woken up earlier than usually did on weekends. She got up, and rubbed her little kitten Poopsie. She got out of her bed, and saw one of her roommates still asleep. She was snoring. With a slight giggle she walked to the bathroom, and took a cold shower. She always did this when she was tired in the morning. Other mornings she took a warm shower. She dried off with her towel when she was finished. Now awake she pranced back to the room, and walked to her dresser to pick out her clothes. Feeling in a pink type mood she went with pink clean cut blouse, and a loose hanging flirty white skirt. She slipped on her pink flats, and smiled upon seeing her precious kitten playing with her roommates hair.

She took her wand, and with a flick of it her hair was dry, and curled into nice blond locks. She smiled, and headed back to the bathroom to brush her teeth. She finished, and rinsed out her mouth with some mouth wash. She had OCD when it came to personal hygiene. She smiled looking at her pearly whites in the bathroom mirror. Happy with her results, she skipped to her room. She stopped in mid skip. Her stomach was growling ferociously. "Uh oh.." She said her face looking curiously. She hadn't eaten yet this morning of course. Since she had just woken up not too long ago. She stopped, and walked the rest of the way to her room. Her kitten now on the opposite side of the room that she was on a second ago. Konnor put on her little white sweater, and grabbed her Hufflepuff pursebag (purse thats big enough to hold small books). She put on her pink flower earrings, and pink dainty necklace.

Pleased with her outfit, she grabbed her wand, and with a flick her make up was applied perfectly to her face. She had light pink, and bright pink shades of eyeshadow on, black mascara applied to her eyelashes, light pink lip gloss, and then she was off to the Great Hall. She walked passed the common room. She stopped, and waved at a few friends. Then kept on walking. She walked out of the common room, and through the halls till she reached her destination, the Great Hall. She walked into the big room, with her pursebag on her shoulder. She smiled at the nice people she passed on her way to the Hufflepuff table. She smiled at her fellow house mates. She then spotted her good friend Jamison's adorable sister Wendi. She hadn't seen her once since Wendi had started her first year at Hogwarts. She immediately danced over to where she was sitting, and covered Wendi's eyes while saying in a deep man voice "Guess who?" Konnor giggled her cute giggle, and waited for Wendi's response.

"Ekk!" Wendi screeched as someone placed their hands over her eyes. Getting over the original shock Wendi giggled upon realizing what she had just sounded like. "Hmm, Santa Clause?" She said giggling constantly. Wendi could yet determine who the voice belong to as it was of course a deep man voice. Wendi could tell it was a girl though. Wendi laughed again as she thought hard. Suddenly, Wendi matched the face and the voice.
Konner!" She called excitedly. Wendi then pulled Konner's hands from her face and laugh looking upon her friend. "Hey, I haven't seen you in awhile!" Wendi exclaimed excitedly. Jamison and Konner were good friends and Wendi like Konner herself. Wendi always thought Konner and Jamison would date, but she knew who Jami liked already. Wendi had heard rumors of who Konner may like, but of course, she didn't know for sure if they were true. Of course, all this liking people stuff confused Wendi a bit. Sure, she thought boys were cute, but even Wendi knew she was too young for that stuff. True, it would seem a first year would insist they weren't too young, but Wendi didn't knew her limitations well. Her main focus was just getting through her first year without crying in public. It was a goal made hard by the many Slytherins that tried to taunt her everyday. However, Wendi was strong and could make everything they said sound nice and make them embarrassed.

Wendi continued giggling looking at Konner. "So, what's up?" She asked with the usual cheery tone to her voice. "Ahh, I have so much to tell you!" Wendi exclaimed. "This year has been so much fun! The teachers are all great. Except, Professor Snape scares me! I'm doing good in all my classes and I love Charms! Next year, will be soo much better cause then people will pick on the next group of first years more! Some of the Slytherins can be so mean, but I try and hold my tears in. Today, I slid in a puddle of ice and they laughed at me! But, then one of them fell in and I didn't laugh at all. I just asked if they need a hand. They got embarrassed and ran off! I felt so proud of me. You know, some people hate it when people wave at them. It's so weird because I love to wave to people and be nice!" Wendi took a deep breath after all of this. "Guess what? This summer, Jami promised to take me to Greece! I'm so excited. He even said I can bring a friend! Yay! Oh, he likes a new girl, but I won't say who. I barely get to see him, but I know he is working hard in school as he has to take the OWLS this year. Hey, but you do too! I bet that's scary! Did I tell you I'm so excited about Greece? Because I really am!" Wendi took another deep breath and settled down a bit.

Sure, she might talk a lot or be a so called chatter box, but that was one thing about Wendi. She loved talking and being nice to people. Actually, it was one of her favorite things to do. Wendi was also a smart thinker. She could think of the wittiest things to say on little notice. But, that was Wendi for you. No one ever knew what to expect from her. That was one of the many reasons why Jamison was so found with her and bragged about her a lot.

Konnor laughed as Wendi yelped. Konnor smiled and laughed hysterically after the little Santa Clause remark. Wendi was so funny, even when she didn't mean to be either. She had always been that way for as long as Konnor had known both her, and Jamison. Konnor tried to calm herself, but she couldn't. Wendi has the cutest giggle ever, and it makes Konnor giggle every time she hears it. Konnor could tell Wendi was trying to figure out who it was. "Konnor!" She shouted. "Hey, how did you know?" Konnor laughed. Konnor loved being around Wendi she was so adorable, and very humorous. "I know I have been trying to hunt you down, but I can never seem to find you?" Konnor laughed at that. Konnor had known Wendi, and Jamison for a long time. She loved both of them very much. She was some what sad that she hadn't been able to see Wendi all that much. Konnor smiled upon seeing Wendi's eager face. Konnor knew what this meant. She was fixing to ask questions. Wendi was a curious person, as is Konnor, but Wendi talks really really fast, and its kind of hard to keep up with her at times. Konnor got her ears ready, and waited for the questions to roll in. She sat down at the table right beside Wendi. She reached for a glass of pumpkin juice, and took a sip."I'm glad you are having fun here at Hogwarts." "Think of all the fun thats going to come though." Konnor smiled thinking about all the cool things they could go do when Wendi got a bit older. "We can go shopping in Hogsmeade!" Konnor giggled excitedly. Just thinking of all the fun they would have on their little shopping sprees.

"Oh, I understand about professor Snape.. I was terrified of him my first year as well." "It was quite silly." "Ahh, which Slytherins are mean to you?" Konnor asked with a stern face, sort of clenching her petite fist. "You are sooo sweet!" Konnor said with emphasis on so. "I'm not sure that I would have quite done the same thing, but that was the right thing to do!" "I bet they were so confused." Konnor laughed picturing their faces. "Oh really!" "I hope you guys have fun!" Konnor said sweetly. "You know I had a friend once who went to Greece, she said it was the most beautiful place ever!" "You are going to see the most beautiful landscapes ever!" At this point Konnor was extremely excited for them to go. "You better send me letters." Konnor said batting her eyelashes, and smiling sweetly. "Oh, really?" Konnor said sounding rather suspicious. "I think you are going to tell me!" Konnor laughed, and started to tickle Wendi. She thought she already knew but, she wanted to make sure the rumors were correct. For if they weren't she would have to catch up to the source of the rumors. Quite tickling Wendi. She was saying something. "Oh yes, sadly I do have to takes the OWLS. Its very nerve racking. "Yes you did." Konnor said replying to Wendi about her already have saying I'm excited about Greece.

Konnor smiled, as she noticed Wendi take a deep breath. "I bet its hard to talk that fast, and not breathe." Konnor laughed, and took a bite of toast. Konnor loved that about Wendi. She could go up to a perfect stranger, and talk for hours, just because she felt like it. Wendi was one of the most outgoing first year Konnor had ever talked to. Konnor became curious, and had to ask. "Did Jamison tell you who he liked?" She eyed Wendi curiously, waiting for a reply. She took a sip of Pumpkin juice, and waited for her answer.
