Rosaliz lay on the bed covered in bandages. She had white sheets that lay onto of her as well. Her sides laid her Locks of hair. Her eyes were closed slightly. Even though she couldn’t open them. She really wasn’t aware of her surroundings. But her head kept playing, of what happened earlier that night. There was a friendly girl named Emma who tried to help her. But then she knew no more. She didn’t know where she was, and what had happened. It was as if her memory was blanked out. But she then remembered she had blacked out. Still with her eyes closed she took some breaths. She still had a throbbing headache. All she knew that she was going to need to thank Emma and whom ever else had helped her. Clearly that wasn’t as great for her. Rosaliz was still made at what happened earlier and how she got injured in the train. This time she tried to open her eyes. But couldn’t so she decided to fall a sleep. Before she knew it Rosaliz drifted of in a dream, unaware to what was coming for her next.

Monica sat in a chair, in the hospital wing. Her head was bent down staring at her own two feet. Right before her lay a young tender second year Gryffindor. She couldn’t believe she helped such a young girl, considering she had been in slyhtherin and that she had gave the girl the injuries. But it wasn’t just any girl that lay there. It was Rosaliz. She had tortured this second year. It was her fault. It was her fault for everything. Monica just wished that everything would just go away, but she knew it couldn’t. It was impossible. Little did Rosaliz know about Monica and the connections that there family had. There families wanted to keep it a secret, but it revealed itself. And it revealed it to the wrong person...It was revealed to herself...Monica Henshaw... News like this was never meant to be spoken, read or heard. But obviously it did. Monica looked at the girl lying before her. Her golden blonde hair stands, lay perfectly on her sides, in considering the bandages wrapped around her head. Her soft white pale skin, was perfect, her eyes were closed very tenderly. Monica just sat there not knowing what to do next. She then felt a tear tickle down her cheek. But the obvious question that never seemed to fulfill it self was the question why? It seemed as if would never be answered to this fourth year slytherin clearly. And how it would just be the way it is. Monica sighed looking back down on her own two feet feeling more tears roll down her face.

Emma rushed into the hospital wing, long black hair a mess, bag swinging at side. A look from a nearby student told her to quieten down, and she obeyed, knowing Madam Pomfrey wanted things silent. Where was Rosaliz? Looking around her, Emma saw the girl who had helped her get Rosaliz to the castle. Oddly enough, she was crying. Slytherin's never cried. Emma walked slowly over to the girl, the age difference between the two seeming too obvious. "Erm..sorry, but i don't know your name. Melissa, right? Anyway- thanks a lot for helping me out there. Rosaliz said someone had given her a hard time or something, and then blacked out! I wonder who it was...anyway, is Rosaliz ok?"
Emma stopped herself continuing- like she always did. She was feeling wierd about this situation- a crying slytherin three years above her was on her hands. How to be kind? Emma wasn't sure, but she hoped the girl was nice.

Monica looked up as the young Ravenclaw spoke to her. She then recorrected her question tenderly. “My name is Monica. Not Melissa.” She knew that the younger girl was wondering why she had been crying. She didn’t want to scare the girl saying it was she who attacked Rosaliz. That it was her fault, but she didn’t mean to. She didn’t want to scare the young girl, since she was young to understand but she needed to talk to somebody. Monica then answered the girl’s question. “I don’t know if Rosaliz is all right. Nobody has told me, but by her looks it doesn’t look like it” she said. She then wondered how the girl had judged her by her crying. It did make her look foolish at this. She then stared at the young girl. And said “you were pretty brave out there Emma”. She glared at the young girl waiting for a reply.

Monica confused Emma. On the outside, the girl looked forlorn and upset, but she tried to hide it by talking with a cold voice, and glarly at Emma. Who wasn't fooled. Emma's own brother Rogir had done this many times- when his pet rabbit died for instance. He spoke like he didn't care-though Emma could see in her twin's eyes how sad he was about his companion's death. Hazel had been born the same day as Rogir, and they had always been together. Emma sat down beside Monica. "Thanks- i was so flustered though, i wasn't sure what to do. My magic knowledge is quite wide, but i have done hardly any of the spells."

Monica looked at Emma who was sitting by her. It was quit late at night, and she was sure that the young girl should go head to her dormitory but in reality Monica would like Emma to stay. She wanted to have company, so she decided not to bring the subject up. Monica looked back at Rosaliz. She wondered how she’d react if Monica told her all she knew. Maybe Rosaliz would get mad at her or go crazy. Monica didn’t want to take the chance to find out. Monica then wiped the tear off her cheek and looked at Emma. “Don’t worry I’ll be ok. It’s just I’m apprehensive that’s all” Monica hoped the little girl would take that statement. It was a lie but she didn’t want to scare the first year. She wanted to be welcoming. Monica then put her hands into her pocket. She found two sticks of gum. She unwrapped one and handed the extra stick to Emma. “Here, chew it. It’s grape. But don’t pop bubbles. You know how Madam Promfrey gets with noise,” She said. Looking at the young child beside her.

Emma felt something inside her, and it made her feel as if Monica was holding something back. Pushing the thought away, Emma accepted the gum with a smile. "Thanks- grape's my second favourite. And i won't pop it, i can't pop gum, it's an on trait that runs in my family, same as our eyes and hair. Anyway- what's your connection with Rosaliz? You seem kind of...tied to her." Emma hoped that the question would seem normal, and not too nosey. Unwrapping the gum, she popped the stick into her mouth, moaning as the pure grapeness of it washed over her. Bliss.

Monica looked at the girl. She had asked about the connection between Rosaliz. "It's to complicated. You won't understand." This was exactly true, to what Monica had just said. It was to complicated to understand that she sometimes got confused thinking about it herself. "But you have to promise me something...please don't tell Rosaliz that I helped her and that I have any connections from her. What ever we said between us, stays between us. Can you keep that our little secret Emma?" she asked looking at Emma. She hoped that the young little girl would understand.

Emma looked at Monica- what was this? Emma thought to herself, thinking hard. Monica and Rosalic were in complete opposite houses, Emma was fairly certain they weren't sisters- but she knew Monica had something to do with Rosaliz and the wounds. Suddenly, it hit Emma. Her large eyes widening and her mouth turning into ta perfect, round O, Emma stuttered-
"Y-You?" This single word made Emma shudder. Was it possible that Monica made Rosaliz wounded. But she hadn't seemed cruel to Emma- just a bit confusing. Emma looked away, waiting for an answer.

Monica stared at the young girl. She listned as she studdered with her words. Monica didn;t really wanted to answer but she did have to. "Yes. It was my fault. It is my fault for everything. I wish that everything would just go away, but I just can't. It is impossible. Little does Rosaliz know about me and the connections that our families have. Our families want to keep it a secret, but it revealed itself. And it revealed it to the wrong person...It was revealed to me... News like this is never meant to be spoken, read or heard. But obviously it did." she finished feeling more tears flow down her cheek. "Emma I'm truely feel bad and sorry about it. But you must promise me that you'll keep it a secret...Will you?" She said staring at the girl for hope.

Shocked, Emma's eyes grew wider as Monica spoke. Emma had heard that some people had a few 'bad' happenings at Hogwarts, but Monica sounded serious. Deadly serious. Looking at the girl before her, Emma tried to decide wether she was truly sorry. She looked it, and as Emma looked deep into her eyes, she belived she was. With a small smile, Emma replied- "Of course i will Monica. On one condition- it's fair. If anything else like this happens to Rosaliz, i shall know it links to you. You don't have to explain now, but if it happens again you may have to to get me to trust you...if the explanation is fair, of course. Sound ok to you?"
Emma said the last sentence softly, wihtout a hint of expression. She watched Monica's reaction closley.

Monica looked at the girl shocked. For such a young girl she knew so much. But she couldn't make that promise. Coldly she replied "NO. I'm not promising. You can tell Rosaliz anything you want but I don't know if I can" She swallowed hard and stood up. Monica's eyes were laying at the girl who was unconcious on the bed.
