You know that myself and your mother love you very much, right? Well, we've decided that things between us aren't working out, she can't accept that I'm a wizard and you're a witch. So we're getting separated. You'll be living with me in the wizarding world. We can get a house in Hogsmeade or somewhere like that. You'll love it sweetheart, I promise. Just remember that we both love you. Don't let this interfere with your studies, keep up your good grades!

I'm really sorry that I haven't replied sooner and I'm sorry if you were worried. But it took me rather a long time to get over the news, with the help of a few friends. But now I'm fine with Mum leaving. It's her decision and if she doesn't accept the wonder of the wizarding world then that's her problem.

That's a brave attitude to have and I'm so proud of you, sweetheart. And I'm so glad that you have friends to help you cope with the news. But now for the extremely good news. I've bought a house in London!

I know you wanted to be close enough to visit your old friends and so while the house is in wizarding London, we live close enough to the muggle world that you can easily visit whenever you want to.

You'll be home soon and I can't wait for you to see the house. I only hope that you love it as much as I do.
