Dear Alexandra Ricci,
We regret to tell you that your cousin, Angelique Ricci has decided to move back in with us. It was her decision, know that, and she has agreed to our household rules. Your mother and I are very disappointed with you at the fact that you ran away. It was very disgraceful and insulting to your mother's wonderful abilities to raise a child. just look at the way your sister turned out.
The only thing we asked of your cousin was that she never speak to you again. And yes, she has agreed. Don't try to talk her out if it, it won't work. We know you, you can't win. We always win. Just remember this as you go about your days at school: You may never see your sister, your mother, even your cousin ever again. Not that she would want to speak with you anyway. She now sees that taking you in was a huge mistake. Never write to us again or ever ask to come back home, we do not wish to see you again.
Sincerely, Orlando Ricci

Dear "Parents",
I have received your letter and even though you asked, well demanded, that I did not write back, I regret to inform YOU that I do not care for your wishes and are writing back anyway. I only have a few things to say to you, Mr. and Mrs. Ricci and one thing to say to my cousin. First, to you, my parents: Why would I want to come home anyway? I ran away, remember? So why would I want to even come near that god-forsaken house again? Second, I will agree to never come back home or speak to you again, though I do not see why I would.
Lastly, to my "dearest cousin" Angelique. I will not try to talk you out of moving back in with my parents and ignoring me completely, but I would like to say this: i hope you're happy. Those who you are trusting so blindly never treated me with kindness and never showed me anything resembling love. So why would you move back in with them? Is it because they hold the Ricci fortune and you want a piece of that fortune? Whatever your reason, I hope you know that I am without a family and a home!
One more thing I would like to say to my "family": I do have a friend here at school, you know, and she has offered me a place to stay. So your little quest to make my life as horrible as possible has caught a little snag. I may actually be happy living with the Montogues. Remember that the next time you try to ruin my life.
I won't bother your highness' again. I bow to your royalty.
-Alexandra
