We regret to inform of this terrible news. Your mother and brothers bodies were found at your house in Hogsmeade. Authorities believe that a scuffel started between your mother and brother. They were both knocked uncouncious and the house had been set on fire.
Neither of them survived. On a good note we have recieved a message from your Uncle, Charles Blackfire, saying he will take you in as his charge. We cannot begin to understand the sorrow you must feel. Please feel free to send an owl to one of our many counselors on hand if you need to.
