Dear Jack,
Grandmother will be owling your father shortly, but I wanted to let you know as well. Today when we were visiting Hogsmeade I ran into a girl claiming to be a Rendel. She said her name was Padme. She was a very rude girl. No manners at all. In fact she called me a mudblood. I told her I was a Maye, but I never gave her my name and I hope I never run into her when I start school in the fall. Although I suppose that is in vain however seeing as how we'll have some classes together.
Do let me know what you think of this strange girl? I doubt she is any real threat, but why would anyone try to claim to be a pureblood when it's obvious that and true pureblood would know they were lying? Well I hope to see you at school. Aedan sends his best.

Dear Mirabel,
I'm dearly sorry for all the confusion. Most people don't know that a girl named Padme Rendel is actually my true sister. I can understand why you thought that she was lying, for there is only one known Rendel heir. But, she is indeed my sister. You see, my mother was thrown out of the Rendel manor because my father thought that she wasn't fitting to be a mentor for me. He didn't know that my mother, Tessa, was pregnant with another baby of his. So, Tessa had Padme and lived away from my father and I; I didn't even know Tessa was alive before this happened. Again, so sorry for the confusion. Padme is rude and has no manners at all, just like you said. I'm afraid that she's no fake and is the other Rendel. She will be joining Hogwarts shortly. Yes, perhaps we will see eachother at school. Tell Aedan thank you and that Roger will reply shortly to her letter if she is still sending it. Even though Roger already happened to open the one you sent me.
