Hi Mum!
Guess who's finally getting a chance to write to you! ME! Your other daughter! Hogwarts is the same as usual- busy, giving us tons of homework and everyone is just trying to get everything done! IT'S MAYHEM!
How's Granda? Can you thank him for giving me his music box? Everyone in my dorm thinks that it's really pretty and since it's made by a muggle and not by magic, they are really shocked!
Hope you get this and hope that the owl doesn't scare Mrs Carter again!

Abi, dear, I have some horrible news. Granda is dead. He was run over by a thestral. He, of course, couldn't see them, so he didn't know to run out of the way.
I'm sorry to give you this dreadful bit of news. I know it must be hard for you.

Both of you need to stop posting until your characters have been approved. Also, Brownie don't smite me anymore seeing as how I have not done anything wrong to you, it's quite rude to smite people for no reason.
