I hope you are all resting and recovering from that horrible attack. I've sent each of you a box of Honey Duke's chocolates, I hope you like them. I wish I could go to the Hospital Wing and visit you guys, I asked my father and he refused to let me go. Parvati and I are really scared that our parents might not let us come back to school this term.

Hey Padma!

Thanks for the Owl. Don't worry, I am fine. When I woke up in the hospital Wing I was all bandaged up. My wounds weren't as serious as some of the others so I had to wait in line. My broken leg and cut foot were a simple thing for Pomfrey. So I didn't mind waiting. Others needed the full energy of Pomfrey to heal.

Thanks a bunch for those Chocolates. They made a great snack while I was resting in bed(although I had to hide them from Pomfrey. "Sweets are not good for you while you are trying to heal.") Anyway, I do hope your parents will let you go to school. With Dumbledore around I think the school would be the safest place around. Hope everything goes well for you.

Hey Padma! It's nice that you wrote to us. I wish you could be here with us along with Paravti but I understand your parents wont let you guys. Thanks a lot for the Honey Ducke's chocolate. I think I will save it for another time when my head stops aching and when everything is back to normal. Your parents can't keep you and Parvati from coming back to Hogwarts next term! I really hope they do let you come back. Thanks again for writing, that means a lot to me that somebody didn't get hurt. You should see all the students here!

Hey Doll!

I've really missed you, and thanks for the chocolates. It's been really hard with Aunt Amelia and Hannah's Mom, but I will make it. Aunt Amelia's funeral was really nice, but mom is still really broken up about it. That is really awful about your parents' though. I would normally say that they had nothing to worry about, but some students are still recovering. Rumor is is that the both the Blackfires had some pretty bad injuries from the attack. I am placing all my faith in Dumbledore though. He will do all he can to protech every student at Hogwarts, and I know we are all relatively safe with him charge.

Well, I hope to see you at school in fall, and if you need anything send me an owl.

Thank you for the note and chocolate, that was really sweet of you. I am healing up, Madame Pomfrey says my ribs will be back to normal in a day or two. Till then I am trying to keep as still as possible. The chocolates were great but I had to hide them from Ron, you know his sweet tooth.

Your parents have to let you and Parvati come back to school! They must! They have to trust Dumbledore, he has never let us down. School wouldn’t be the same without you two. Till my next note.
