Hearing little swishing sounds Morgan woke to find her newest addition to her jar of butteflies and dragonflies flapping its wings so rapidly it would hit the others. Letting it go she grinned as it flew out her open window, sending back a warm ray of sunshine as its gratitude. Rolling out of bed she looked around. Her three room mates still lay sleeping.
Quietly moving she folded her covers over the bed, arranging the pillows and sheets neatly before she layed the comfoter over them all. Her blonde hair falling out of its braid she quickly finished and decided on taking a shower. Grabbing her purple robe and white towel she tip-toed to the showers, glad she would get it first so there wasn’t already a mess in there for her to clean up. Turning on the knobs of the shower she locked the door before stepping into the hot room. ~ Twenty minutes later she was standing in front of the mirror wrapping her robe around herself and her hair was now twirled up in a towel. Opening one of the drawers she shared with her room mate she shuffled through it looking for the perfect makeup and hair products. Grinning she found some brown eyeliner and mascara that almost blended in with her green eyes. Smudging it around her eye she shivered with glee as it looked practically natural. Her tan skin already glowing freshly the only other makeup product she added was some nude gloss.
Grabbing her wand she untangled and dried her hair. Grinning she added a tint of red in her hair and then twirled it around into fiery red curls. Leaving the room she pulled the robe around her tighter as she walked to her closet. Frowning she saw she had forgotten to clean her clothes and the only thing she had that wasn’t robes was a pair of tight black running pants, a white tank with a racer back, and a light purple hoodie.
Slipping into it she added some white Etnies and looked in the mirror. Frowning she changed her hair to wear it was straight and pulled it into a pony tail. Shuffling through her purse she added some money to her pocket before heading toward her jar of Dragonflies she quickly fed them and then the butterflies. Heading out the door she left the common room and headed toward Hogsmade, hoping to get rid of any negativity on her brain.
Walking happily down the halls she saw many grumpy Slytherins, studying Ravenclaws, and others like herself who were happily soaking in the long rays of sunlight. Grinning she walked through the gates and headed toward her favorite coffee shop. Walking into the Three Broomsticks she ordered a large coffee to go and then added some sugar and milk. Paying the man behind the bar she waved to some of her fellow Hufflepuffs and stayed a ways away from some older Slytherins.
Leaving the shop she headed toward Zonko's, hoping that some practical jokes would get a few more people into as much of a cheerful mood as she was in. Turning around her coffee flew out of her hands as she ran into a girl about her age. The coffee landing on the floor she sighed, happy it hadn't landed on a person. "Sorry about that!" she said, "Hi, I am Morgan, Morgan Collins!

Sophia woke up that Sunday morning, feeling grumpier than ever. She had stayed up until quite late the previous evening, seeing as exams were coming up, and she had barely done any studying. This was often the case...it didn't really hit her that exams were near until about 2 weeks before, meaning much note-writing, book-reading, practice question-doing, and the like. And due to this, she hadn't got much sleep, which was never any good, but she decided to go into Hogsmeade that fair morning, just for a break. The exams were to start the next day, and she had spent all of her free time studying, so a break was important for her.
She woke up at 8.30, which was earlier than she had hoped, as she wanted to sleep for longer, yet once she woke up, it was often impossible for her to get back to sleep. So, to try and wake herself up more, she decided to give herself a quick wash, before getting dressed and going down to breakfast.
This she did, and upon returning to her dormitory changed into her favourite knee-length brown skirt, and matching cream and brown top, with embroidered flower patterns on. She slipped on her slippers, and went down to the great hall.
When she returned she brushed her hair, tied two tiny plaits at the front, and put on her cream sandles. She rarely wore make-up, as she didn't normally see the point...and besides, make-up would go against the whole look she was going for. However, she decided to put on some wooden beads that she had been given a while ago, and some wooden earrings. Then she picked up her bag, and left for Hogsmeade.
Whilst in Hogsmeade, the first place she went to was Zonkos, to buy some gifts for her family for when she returned in the summer holidays. She finally settled on a nose-biting tea cup for her dad, some dungbombs for her brother, but she didn't buy anything for her mum there...she wasn't really into practical jokes...she was thinking about going to Honeydukes afterwards to buy her some fudge or chocolate or something.
As she was about to leave, a girl that looked familiar to her almost crashed into her, spilling her coffee on the ground infront of her. "Hey, don't worry...." she said in reply to the other girl's apology. She recognised the girl, as she shared a dorm with her, and thus most of the same lessons, although she didn't know her too well, and couldn't quite remember her name...luckily she introduced herself.
((Sorry...just had to modify it slightly, due to some nagging from a certain staff member about saying that we were in different dorms, when we should be, being both Hufflepuff 3rd-year girls))

Feeling giddy Morgan smiled, "I do this often!" she said, thinking about how she had just been walking in her own universe. "Is there anything good in there or has it been cleaned out yet?" she asked hopefully as she watched people yanking things off the shelves. Bending she tried to see the other part of the store but was unable, do to the fact that people were covering the walls. Straightening back up she looked at Sophia, "So, uh, what did you, or do you, plan on doing today?" she asked quietly. Picking up her cup and lid she excused herself to go through it away. Running she wqas now a little bit happier she had worn pants instead of a skirt. Coming back she felt her shoe step in the puddle the coffee had made. "Oh, shoot!" she said laughing good naturedly. "See what I mean? I am always doing something wrong." she said.

"Oh, never mind...happens to everyone!" Sophia smiled at the accident that happened often to her-she often had a drink, and while she wasn't thinking-Splash! She had bumped into someone, covered them in juice/tea/hot chocolate etc, making one big mess, one annoyed person and one embaraced person=herself.
"Yep, there is still quite a bit in there-I think they must have got some new stock in this morning, or yesterday or something-there are some quite full shelves, including some new stuff aswell!" Sophia loved Zonkos-it was her favourite shop. Every time she went into Hogsmeade, it was always one of the first shops she went to, and she never walked out empty handed.
"Hmm...well, I was going to spend the morning here...I needed a break from all the studying, you see. I needed to get some gifts for my family at home...that's why I came in here. I was going to go into Huneydukes soon, and maybe Catalina's Cubby later on? I haven't really planned much..."
Sophia laughed as Morgan stepped in her own coffee-puddle "Anyway, how about you? Got any major plans for the day, which don't involve spilling drinks and then stepping in them?" Sophia joked.

Dresden stared out her dorm room window, as she watched the morning post come in. Dresden had been debating buying an owl for a while now, and decided maybe today was the day she would.
Dresden grabbed her wand off of the chair beside her bed and headed down the stairs, making her way through Hogwarts and off the grounds.
As Dresden finally made her way into Hogsmeade, she realized she had to go to Gringotts. Dresden hated going there. She found the goblins unsettling, and extremely creepy. Isn't that saying something, for someone who's best friend when they were younger was a garden gnome, she thought to herself.
After Dresden had gone to Gringotts, she made her way through the twisting streets of Hogsmeade, trying to mentally make a list of things she needed, until she realized there wasn't really anything she needed.
Hogwarts students were everywhere, but noone who she really recognized.
As Dresden walked, she looked at all the shops. Not really looking where she was going, she accidently stepped in a small puddle outside of Zonko's."Oh cr*p, my shoe is wet!"
Dresden pulled her wand out and muttered the spell that would dry her shoe. "Good ol' magic"
((Sorry, I've been on exams))

"Oh sorry!" Morgan said as she watched a girl step into her coffee puddle. "That's my fault! It's my coffee and I just did the same thing!" she told the girl, frowning as she thought other people might step in it. Pulling out her wand she quickly cleaned up the mess and then placed the wand back into her hoodie pocket. Extending her hand she smiled. "Hi, I'm Morgan collins of Hufflepuff." she said, hoping she didn't sound idiotic or anything. Turning toward Sophia she said, "Uh, no I hadn't had any plans that were important. Just wondering around Hogsmade all day. What about you?" she said asking the girl, "Did you have any major plans or something important to do today?" ((g2g 2 a b-day party 4 myself and cuzins'! All three of us in the same week! lol ))

Sophia watched as a girl that looked about her age stepped in Morgan's puddle, and watched Morgan clean it up. It was a good job too-she dreaded to think of the number of people that would be entering and leaving Zonkos that day, only to get their shoes and feet wet, which was never a nice experience.
"Hmm...well, as I said, I was going to stay here all morning, maybe have lunch here or something, then go back to Hogwarts a bit later-I still need to study a bit...seeing as exams start tomorrow" Sophia hated exams with a passion. One of her friends once said something like 'what's the point of exams, only to learn loads of useless information that you're never going to need, and you're just going to forget anyway'. She completely agreed. Although, she though that if she had to do them, she might as well try and get good grades.
Sophia turned to the other girl, offering her hand. "I'm Sophia. Sophia Hallington. A Hufflepuff 3rd year." Sophia thought for a minute, trying to think of something to say. "Who are You" sounded too rude, as did "Do I know You? What house/year are you in?" She finally settled on "Soo...going into Zonkos, then? Great shop...one of the best in Hogsmeade, I'd have to say!"
((Just one thing-isn't Gringotts in Diagon Alley? I don't remember it being mentioned in Hogsmeade...))

((Didn't you hear? Gringotts has opened a chain of banks around the world. *shifts eyes*))
Dresden waved off one of the girls apologies. It wasn't her fault she wasn't watching where she was going."Don't worry about it."
Dresden took both of the girls extended hands as they were offered and shook them, returning the greeting. "I'm Dresden Amnell. Ravenclaw 3rd year, nice to meet you both."
Dresden listened to both of them to converse. It wasn't like she was eavesdropping or anything. She wasn't exactly shunned from the conversation after the greetings, still she felt a little bit uncomfortable. She was happy when Sophia included her in the conversation again. "I definitely agree! I love Zonkos. I always make sure to send my brother stuff from there. I think he loves it more than I do!"

Sophia shook Dresdens hand as she introduced herself. "Nice to meet you too, Dresden. Nice name, by the way." Sophia loved names that weren't exactly what would be called normal, i.e. she didn't know anyone else with that name, and she hadn't seen it on those keyrings and pens they have at almost every giftshop that have names on, and Dresden was certainly one of these names.
"I do the same...my brother never got the chance to go to Hogwarts, so he's fascinated by all things magical, and being what I'd call a typical 16-year-old boy, he especially loves practical jokes and disgusting things. Hence why I bought him these." Sophia took out the pack of dungbombs she had bought for him just a few minutes ago. "To be honest, I'm the same...I'm not keen on the disgusting things, but I do quite like some practical joke things..."
Actually, her love for practical jokes had got her into trouble a few times whilst at primary school and at home. She had done the shaking-a-can-of-coke-a-lot-just-before-it-was-about-to-be-drunk thing a few times, mostly to her brother as revenge for whatever evil trick he had played on her. She had also placed 'kick me' signs on the backs of a lot of kids in her class on the last day of year six (mostly the boys and people she didn't like much). But she knew never to go too far, so her jokes never got too far out of hand, although she did occasionally get told off.

"Zonkos is my second favorite store!" Morgan said, speaking total truth. She loved buying things that a person would think are real and then they'd be wrong. Her favorites were the fake wands. She would move her mom and dad's wands so that they picked up the fake one and it turned into a rubber duck or something like that." Grinning at the memory of her mother picking one up and trying to perform a spell with the last one and had ruined the whole family's dinner, they had ended up going out for supper that night and Morgan had been grinned at from her father, but glared at from her mother.
