Kelsey was a bit hesitant as she squeezed Lindy’s hand in hers while looking at the handful of greenish powder she had been given by some woman in the Ministry. Did magical people really travel this way? It just seemed so unsafe! What if the powder didn’t work? You could get very severe burns at such a case. The woman tat had given her the powder started to get impatient so Kelsey took a deep breath and stepped forward into the big fireplace holding tightly onto Lindy who didn’t seem to share any of Kelsey’s own nervousness. “Hogsmeade village!“ Green flames rose from the hearth and a few moments later Kelsey found herslef sumbling out of a fire-place in a strange place. Appearantly this wsa Hogsmeade. And it’s postal office. There certainly were a lot of owls here.
Kelsey was feeling slightly sick after the whirl trhough the fire so she puleld lightly on Lindy’s shoulder before placing her hand on the shoulder of the young girl who was bouncing around happily and admiring the reflecting of her red jacket on the huge glass-windows. “Let’s go outside sweet-heart and get some fresh air sweety.“ Lindy nodded her agreement and couple made their way outside with Kelsey staring around at all the people milling on the streets in a bit of a shock. She wasn’t really sure what she had expected but this practically had ’MAGIC’ written all over the enviroment. And her son came here to relax? But it was just so magical! In some ways Kelsey sometimes was still awed at her son being a wizard.
Being a bit dazed about everything going on Kelsey didn’t watch her steps well enough and Kelsey stubmled, gliding rather gracefully on the ice for a moment. Kelsey had just about regained her balance when Lindy puleld her hand free and rushed away towards somewhere. The sudden movement made Kelsey loose all her newly found balance and she rather ungracefully fell on her bottom. Looking worriedly around to see hwat scared Lindy enough Kelsey watched with surprise as the young girl launched herself at some man. “Lindy!“ scrambling to her feet rather awkwardly Kelsey stepped after Lindy sending the young girl a stern glance. “You can’t go around attacking strangers! Apologize to this man young lady!“ Looking up Kelsey felt her cheeks flash an embarrased red colour. She hadn’t blushed for years at the sight of a man! Kelsey felt like a school girl with her first crush all over again. “Oh, hello again. I’m sorry about Lindy’s behavior. It’s just that he’s “ Kelsey smiled a bit helplessly at Feltonas Lindy simply beamed up at him pulling at his arm and demanding a greeting hug.

Meyghan had decided to join her father in Hogsmeade since it was such a wonderful Saturday, and it was time for the trip to Hogsmeade anyway. She loved that she was old enough to go to Hosmeade with the rest of the school now, it made her time there a little more intriguing than it already was. Hogsmeade was full of wizards and witches of all sorts, and Meyghan loved to visit there as often as possible.
Meyghan and her father;Felton, were enjoying a nice walk along the street on the way to Honeydukes when suddenly a familiar looking young girl tackled Felton. Meyghan knew the girl, and wondered what her dad would say. Felton looked around laughing. " Hello, Lindy. Where's your mommy?" He asked while he was laughing. He was glad to see the young girl and was hoping that Kelsey was here as well.
Hearing her voice, he turned to look for her. " There's no need for her to apologize, she's just a little girl. There's no harm done." Felton said smiling at Kelsey. Meyghan knew that his words meant that he liked Kelsey and her children. Maybe that means that Dad is finally going to be happy Meyghan thought to herself watching her father's eyes light up as he walked over to Kelsey to help her up.

“Mommy’s right there! She’s not feeling very well however. I don’t think she liked the fire!“ Lindy smiled happily at Felton throwing her arms around the tall mans waist and giving him the strongest hug she could muster. “Why haven’t you come to see us anymore? I’ve missed you!“ Lindy beamed up at Felton before skipping over at Meyghan with a loud shout of joy. Throwing her arms around the older girl Lindy hugged her too before taking a step back and with innocent known only to loved children who have never had anyone push them away took hold of Meyghan’s hand. “Meyghan! Can you make my hair be straight? I want it to be like Janey’s and Shirley’s! Mom’s is curly too but I want it to be straight. It would be longer that way. Can you make my hair be longer, Meyghan? Can you use magic for it?“
Kelsey couldn’t help but smile as she listened to Lindy’s chattering while trying to climb to her feet. It was a harder task than you could imagine as Kelsey was feeling a bit dizzy. Travelling with this powder through fire-places was a bit much to her. And she would still have to go back the same way. But it would be worth it if Gary would be happy with his present. A blush swallowed Kelsey’s cheeks as she gratefully accepted Felton’s hand feeling it’s warmth as she finally climbed up again. Looking up at Felton Kelsey let her eyes travel over te long robes he was wearing. What most people on the street seemed to be wearing. Yet on Felton the robe looked better somehow. It brough out his height and wide shoulders while not hiding anything from his strength and masculinity.
Finally looking up at Felton’s face as she murmured a soft Thank You Kelsey felt the traiterous blush on her neck deepen. Why did the man had to look so amazing? Kelsey’s eyes travelled to Lindy and Meyghan as she felt a bit under-dressed next to the handsome man by her side. She was merely wearing a pair of loose-fitting pants and a dark-blue button up blouse with a short creme jacket thrown over it. The clothes were comfortable and fitting but Kelsey found herself wishing she was dressed better so Felton might like her a bit. Giving herself a mental shake telling herself once again that she was a grown woman who had to care for her children Kelsey instead smilied warmly at Meyghan. It was better than looking at Felton and blushing constantly like a school-girl. It was shocking how young and crazy and even elegant and beautiful Felton could make her feel with only a word or a glance. While this was most likely the way he treated all women being the gentelman he was.
“Hello Meyghan. How are your studies going? You look absolutely amazing you know. I really like the sweater. Blue is most certainly your colour. Hey, can you see Hogwarts from here? I’d like to see the so famour castle even if it is only from distance.“ “I want to see where Gary studies!“ Lindy cried out loudly looking between the three other people happily. “We are buying a Christmas present for Gary here! Are you coming with us? I don’t you go away already! Come and walk with us! Meyghan will you come with us? Mr.Gallagher are you coming with us? Mom tells me I have to call you mr.Gallagher because you are a very important man.“
“Lindy don’t be rude. I’m sure mr.Gallagher and Meyghan are hurrying to somewhere and they might not even want to come and find the book for Gary.“ Kelsey squeezed Lindy’s shoulder comfortingly while she looked around feeling a bit overcame. It was just so big and so clearly magical here. And Kelsey didn’t even know where to start looking for the bookstore. Did wizards even call it a bookstore? Pushing her fingers through her hair Kelsey looked around the street a little helplessly wondering if this had really even been such a good idea. How would she find her way in a magical village?

Felton looked at Kelsey deeply. He loved the way she looked. " You look great." He whispered softly after helping her up. The blue sweater, and creme colored jacket really brought out the color in her hazel eyes. " Did you travel here by Floo powder?" Felton asked, then realized that Kelsey might not have known that was the name of the powder used to travel through fireplaces. " What I mean to say is, did you use a greenish colored powder that brought you here through a fire place?" He tried to carefully choose the words he used, for he knew that Kelsey was a smart woman and didn't want to make her feel dumb. Wizarding things were hard to understand if you hadn't been around them a lot. " I wasn't sure if it was okay for me to come see you again, Lindy." He said smiling at the young girl.
Meyghan hugged Lindy as the girl threw her arms around her. " Umm... I can try to straighten it for you, Lindy. But the charm wouldn't last a long, long time. Only until you went home." Meyghan said answering the young girl's question.
" Studies are going okay. I'm not as good at some classes as I would like to be. But we can't all be perfect." Meyghan replied. " Thank you, I just threw on something comfortable for today's trip. And, yes. Hogwart's is visible from here." Meyghan said pointing up to the castle unsure if the charms surrounding it for protection would allow Kelsey and Lindy to see it.
" So what kind of present are you going to get for Gary?" Felton asked, wondering if Kelsey had already changed her muggle money for wizarding money. " We can all walk to the bookstore together, I believe Meyghan needs a new charms book as well." He replied, hoping that Kelsey wouldn't mind. " That is, if it is alright with you,Kelsey."

Kelsey was doomed. She knew it by the way her heart fluttered after Felton gave that simple compliment. You look great. Three simple words and a simple meaning. Yet Kelsey felt as if she had just received the grandest prize of the world. Trying to ignore the blush on her face and the heat coming from her cheeks Kelsey nodded an affirmative while starng at some point nunder Felton’s heck and between his shoulders. “Yes we did Floo you say? We went to the Ministry and were told to Floo there after we managed to change the money there. Rather horrofying experience. Don’t wizards really have any other way of moving around? And what if there isn’t a big enough fireplace at where you wish to go?“ Smiling at Meyghan Kelsey smoothed a strand of her hair off from her shoulder absent-mindedly much like she did with her own daughters. A simple caring touch. “Who wants to be perfect? It’s not a perfect world, so people love you for your mistakes.“ Only now noticing how motherly her gesture might have seemed Kelsey shook her and sent Meyghan an apologetic smile. “I’m sorry about that. Hope I didn’t offend you.“
“Where-where-where?“ Running to Felton to have a better view Lindy stared very seriously at where Meyghan had pointed. “I don’t see it.“ Lindy sighed sadly while taking hold of Felton’s hand suddenly brightening up. “There it is!“ It took a few tryings but finally Lindy came to the conclusion that she could see the castle while holding onto Felton’s hand. “Look mom! Isn’t it beautiful?“ Lindy cried happily while Kelsey shook her head with a kind smile at Lindy. She couldn’t see the castle. Perhaps no muggle could? “You will see it here. Just hold on to Feltons sorry mr.Gallaghers hand!“ before Kelsey could even react Lindy had already grabbed her hand and joined it with mr.Gallaghers. Feeling the warmth of the mans hand especially against her own cold one Kelsey suddenly felt the wish to lean on one of those strong shoulders and just relax. “Lindy, it’s not nice to behave this way.“ Coming out of her mental reverie after reprimanding Lindy a little Kelsey looked absent-mindedly over at where Meyghan had pointed and gasped. Tall towers were the first thing impression. Solid rock covered with what was most likely green ivy glittering in the sun. The view was amazing. Kelsey gaped at the school her mouth a bit open. She had seen a lot of pretty views during her life, yet this was most certainly one of the best. “And you actually went... go there?“ Kelsey asked while staring at the castle not really sure if she was talking to Felton or Meyghan. It was so impressive!
“Are you alright?“ hearing Lindy’s question Kelsey turned her head looking at the women who had stumbled obviously as she straightened up and sneered at the girl. “Are you feeling alright? No pains anywhere? One could break a bone on the slippery roads.“ Letting go of Felton’s hand having almost forgotten she was holding onto it in between as it felt so right around her own smaller hand Kelsey stepped towards the woman. She was doctor after all and it was her duty to help people wehreever she could. The words that greeted her made Kelsey stop in shock and even take a little step back as Lindy ran behing Kelsey. “Worthless mudbloods! Muggles! You should all be killed! What right do you have to be here! Twits always interfering where you’re not needed!“ the woman shouted and Kelsey took a small step back in shock. Kelsey tried to understand what had upset the woman so, while making sure that Lindy stayed behind her back. The woman yelled one more insult before she turned around with her back stiff and walked away after looking up and down the street and at the people filling it.
Hugging Lindy to herself Kelsey turned trying to read something out from Meyghan’s and Felton’s eyes. “What did I do make her so upset? What happened here? You are both certainly welcomed to come with us especially as we don’t know our way around here but I don’t blame you for not wanting to come along or be seen in our presence after what just occurred.“ Kelsey simply didn’t know how to react as she smoothed Lindy’s hair calmingly as a gust of wind pushed her hair in front of her face. Pushing the hair away from her face Kelsey noticed that her hands had grown cold again. She would really have to buy herself a pair of gloves soon.

Meyghan shivered a little at the warm touch of Kelsey. It wasn’t that Meyghan minded the caring gestures, it was more the fact that Meyghan wasn’t used to the motherly feelings being given to her. “No need to apologize. I don’t mind the caring gestures at all. It’s just that I don’t remember much about my mum, and I’m not very used to them. Dad isn’t exactly motherly. He’s a great dad, but he’s Dad.” Meyghan said hoping Kelsey understood what she meant. Meyghan was glad that Kelsey and Lindy could see the school. It was a special place to her after all.
Felton silently laughed at Lindy’s anxiousness to see the castle. It was absolutely amazing. Felton looked over at Kelsey as Lindy combined their hands together. Would I be wrong to tell her that this feels so right? He thought to himself. He really was enjoying the feel of Kelsey’s small hand inside of his own. He watched as she stared in aw of the school. He knew exactly what she was thinking. “Breath taking, isn’t it? Yes, I studied there.” He said almost whispering into her ear. He couldn’t think of anything but the moment that they were surrounded by. How nice it felt to hold a woman’s hand again. This was something he hadn’t done since his wife passed away, not counting holding Meyghan’s hand as a little girl.
Suddenly the moment broke, by young Lindy’s sweet voice. Felton realized that something had happened. “Madame, Our apologies, the young girl meant no harm.” He said trying to hold his self control. As the woman began to shout at the poor child, Felton felt that he could no longer maintain that control. “Those are harsh words to be shouting at such a young girl, especially one whom knew not that she would cause anyone harm.” He said loudly. Felton didn’t like to shout, but he felt that certain wizards and witches could hold their thoughts to themselves.
Although Felton was one of the few pureblood wizards left, he didn’t feel the same as others like him did. He knew that if the wizarding community was to survive, then witches and wizards of the muggle background would have to join the purebloods. “Kelsey, my dear, let me apologize for the harsh words that woman spoke to you. You did nothing wrong to her at all. Not all pureblood witches or wizards feel that the witches and wizards of muggle, or non wizarding families should be allowed to study and live amongst them. They feel that it is a shame upon the name of witch or wizard, for a pureblood to associate with muggles, or muggle born. Like I said, only some feel this way. Personally, I believe that it is a person’s personality that makes them worth associating with, not their background.” Felton hoped that this explained why the other witch had called Kelsey and Lindy those names, without him thinking that he was offending them. He loved being in Kelsey’s presence and loved have Lindy around with all her energy.
“Of course we still want to walk with you. We don’t judge people by their backgrounds. And I find that being around you and Lindy makes me feel happier inside.” Felton said hoping that his telling how he felt wouldn’t push Kelsey away. He really did enjoy being with Kelsey, although he couldn’t fully put his feelings into words. He knew that he hadn’t felt so good about things in a long, long time. “Shall we make our way to the bookstore?” He turned and asked everyone.

Kelsey looked at Felton peering into his eyes as he tried to explain the woman’s behavior. He really seemed perhaps a little worried and perhaps not very happy they had ran into someone like that woman. And he had spoken up for Lindy. Kelsey smiled warmly and nodded her consent as Felton changed the topic. “Sure. Book-store sounds great. Where is the book-store? I know Gary has been dying for some book about magical creatures and how to care for him. He really does adore animals unfortunately we can’t have a dog in the apartment we live in otherwise I’m afraid he would have already adopted a few dozen dogs. I think that is partially why he liked Cleve so much. Speaking of which – is Cleve around here as well?” Kelsey looked around the street as if expecting for Cleve to step out form behind the corner any moment. “Is his school somewhere around here too? Didn’t he say he went to some different school than you?” Kelsey smiled at Meyghan warmly while trying to recall the school Cleve went to. “Dum, Dur… it started with something Durm.”
Smiling warmly at Meyghan Kelsey winked at her. Dad is a dad. Yes, Kelsey knew the feeling. She had always been daddy’s little girl too as her mother had died of cancer while Kelsey was still a young girl. His father had followed her mother a few years ago so Kelsey knew exactly what Meyghan was talking about. “I know. As good as dad’s are there are some things you can’t just talk to them about. I remember that back at school in my first grade I had a little bit of a crush on the 10 years older guy who had ran into me and helped me up after that. The ‘crush’ lasted about a day. But when I floated home that day from school and told my dad that he was freaked. He almost wanted to go and have a serious talk with the guy about what his intentions are.” Grinning at Meyghan rather happily Kelsey winked and leaned a hand on her shoulder giving it a comfortable squeeze. “You know what my older sister always used to say about it? ‘Men. Can’t live with them, can’t bury them in the backyard without the neighbours seeing’. Too bad Dad’s a man.”
My dear. The two words Felton had said without perhaps not even understanding what he had said kept ringing in Kelsey’s head. The words were so sweet, so warm that Kelsey felt a blush rising on her cheeks again. And her name had even sounded better when felton said it. Kelsey. Like some far away bell ringing on a cold Christmas night when you were rushing home, knowing you had some loving company and warm drink waiting for you while thick white snow was slowly falling. Staring to walk next to Felton Kelsey watched Lindy while lowering her voice enough to make sure her voice dind’t carry up to the young girl. “Such witches as wizards as that woman. Are there many of them? Does Gary has to face such people often? People who don’t give him a fair chance because I’m a muggle? Because his blood-line might now be as long or what was that. Pure? Are these ’purebloods’ something like the aristocrats in medieval times?“ Waiting for Felton’s answer calmly Kelsey rubber her bit freezing hands together before waving back to Lindy who was laughing at the display of some ferret statue that was dancing on some store window.

"Cleveland's school isn't near here unfortunately. He goes to Durmstrang, yes." Felton answered. Felton tried to speak softly for his deep voice tended to carry out into the wind, even when he didn't mean for it too.
Meyghan giggled at Kelsey's saying about men. “I somewhat agree." She said not wanting to say much in front of her dad. Meyghan then got quiet, and began to wander off in her mind. She began to wonder what it would be like to have a mom like Kelsey, someone to talk to and share things that she just couldn't share with her dad. She knew her dad liked Kelsey a lot, but did he like her enough to make her Meyghan's mom. Meyghan pondered with this question. What would it be like to have another brother and finally have sisters? What would it be like to have a mom? Meyghan thought as they all walked through Hogsmeade.
Felton listened as Kelsey asked about the other wizards and witches. He tried to think of easy ways to explain the taunts and things that muggle-born wizards and witches went through; because some purebloods thought that the others weren't good enough. Thinking of Lindy and not wanting to upset her, he turned to Meyghan, “Meyghan, would you mind taking Lindy to Honeydukes and getting her some candy or something, and then meeting Kelsey and I at the bookstore?" Meyghan nodded, holding her hand out to get some money from her dad. After Felton handed Meyghan the money, she ran up to Lindy, and took her by the hand. The two girls skipped off to the candy store like sisters.
" Kelsey," Felton said softly knowing that she wouldn't take knowing that even her son had to put up with students that he went to school with being like that, " There are quiet a few of those wizards and witches. They consider anyone whom is pure, and associates with muggles, or muggle-borns, or even half-bloods, Blood traitors. They don't realize that without muggle-borns and half-bloods that there would barely be a wizarding community. All of the pureblood families are inter-related, most marrying distant cousins because they are too proud to marry anyone whom isn't pure. They are the wizarding version of the muggle aristocrats of the middle ages. But now not all pure bloods feel this way. Some see no harm in association with others, or even relationships with others. And yes, Gary has to deal with students his own age that feel that way. The students acting that way at Hogwarts goes back to the founders of the school.” Felton said hoping he hadn’t upset Kelsey any. “I’m not sure how much Gary has told you about the school itself. But there is a great history at Hogwarts.” He continued.
As they continued to slowly walk to the bookstore, Felton wondered if Kelsey knew the story of Hogwarts. “How much has Gary told you about the history of the school?” He asked smiling at her as he awaited her reply. “I would be glad to tell you about the school, if Gary hasn’t yet.”
((it’s not as long as I had planned I’m really tired and decided to cut it short.. the next one will be longer.))

Kelsey watched as Meyghan and Lindy walked off towards someplace called Honeydukes. Appearantly it was a candy-shop. Fitting name at any case. Honey most certainly would be appealing to anyone with a sweet-tooth. Watching the girl go Kelsey rubbed her hands together somehow being even more aware of the man walking besides her now that they were alone. There owuld be no more interruptions coming from Lindy or Meyghan. Shivering lightly at the passing gust of wind Kelsey wrapped her arms around her waist feelinga bit chilly as she looked straight forward glancing at Felton from time to time as he started to speak. The way he said her name sent one more shiver down Kelsey’s back. Felton made her name sound melodical, almost like a gentel caress, or as if tasting the name while he himself didn’t even seem to be aware of the effect it had on Kelsey.
The words Felton spoke were a lot more alarming though. “Are you saying that Gary has to meet witches and wizards like that woman from before constantly? And have them laugh at him! Only because I was not a witch and therefore being lower?“ Kelsey shook her head not really believing what she was hearing. This wasn’t fair! How could anyone judge people by from where tey came from? And Gary had always seemed so calm about it! He had always been patient, but what was really happening at Hogwarts?
Kelsey offered a smile at Felton enjoying the slow walk next to this handsome man. Wanting to hear more about the troubles Gary might have at school as well as hearing Felton speak Kelsey nodded. “Gary has told me just a little. That there are 4 hosues who each valuate different things most. And that there is acompetition between all the houses and all the Houses live in different parts of the castle? He actually speaks much more about the professors in Hogwarts and other students and the headmaster. Gary says that the Headmaster is a bit insane but that’s exactly what makes him so great.“

Felton noticed Kelsey was shivering slightly. He took off his winter cloak and placed it on her shoulders. He wasn’t worried that he would get cold, for his robes were very heavy and warm. “Maybe this will help you keep a little more warm.” He said as he removed his hands from Kelsey’s shoulders.
“Unfortunately yes, Gary does have to put up with people like that lady, but the sad part about what he has to deal with is that the people are students. They may be younger or older than him, but they are there. They have always been there. They only know what their parents teach them, and will probably never grow out of it. Gary has probably found a way of his own to deal with them. There usually are ways that the students deal with those that are like that.” Felton tried to comfort Kelsey with these words but he doubted it had helped any at all. Finding out that your child had to deal with such rude children was hard to deal with. “Meyghan probably has to deal with similar situations at school herself, just for being pure blooded and associating with the muggle born students. She probably gets called bad names herself. I know she has a few muggle friends, so that would give the other students reason to tease her. Don’t let it bother you too much. The older children know how to handle themselves.” He said still trying to be comforting. “It’s wrong of the others, but there is nothing that can be done about them. They will continue to be that way, and will probably grow up to become what we wizards call Death Eaters. That is a group of wizards and witches that think that all muggle-borns and half-bloods, and blood traitors should be killed. It’s as terrible as it sounds, and I hate having to tell you all these bad things, but that’s what happens.”
Felton decided to talk about something different. “So Gary tells you that the headmaster is great. He really is, and no it’s not for his craziness. Albus Dumbledore, headmaster of Hogwarts has done many marvelous things for the wizarding community. He has a number of accomplishments and honors that make him the perfect person to have in the school with the children. Gary is as safe there as he would be if he were home with you.” Felton had always like Professor Dumbledore. He had been lucky enough to also have Professor Dumbledore as a teacher when he was in school. “Would you like to stop and get a drink before going on to the bookstore, I’m sure the girls haven’t gotten there yet, Honeydukes is filled with so much stuff that it would be impossible for Lindy to have made up her mind this soon.” He asked as they turned the corner onto a new street

Kelsey felt heat rising to her cheeks once again as she unconcsiously snuggled closer to Felton’s arms and the warmth of the cloak as Felton draped it over her shoudler. The cloak was long and warm as the heavy frabic surrounded Kelsey nicely. “Thank you. But tell me the moment you get the slightest bit chilly. I would hate to have you catch a cold because of me.“ Kelsey managed to smile at Felton as she returned to listening mode as he continued speaking. “Meyghan has to tolerate teasing as well? But she’s such an amazing child! How could anyone not absolutely love her? And Cleve is just as wonderful!“ Kelsey stopped and turned placing her hand haltingly on Felton’s chest noticing how wide nad strong the muscles felt under her fingers as Kelsey looked into Felton’s eyes deeply trying to read out the answer from there. “Death Eaters? And they actually go around killing people? But why isn’t it stopped? Well, it might be a difficult task to do. But isn’t there something that could be done? Perhaps it could be shown to these kids that their way of thinking isn’t correct? But please tell me honestly if Gary is in any danger. Or is ANY member of your family in danger for being seen by a muggle like me? Does that count as what was it you said? Woudl this make you appear like a blood traitor?“ Kelsey looked into Felton’s eyes trying to read the answer and almost hoping that Felton would brush away her fears.
Shaking her head Kelsey offered a smile at Felton taking a step back to let a bit plump witch pass before stepping up next ot Felton again. “Honeydukes is stocked well I take it. Lindy has always had a sweettooth. So have I as a matter of fact so perhpas I should see that store myself later on as well. However I’m afriad that I can’t enjoy the sweets as much as Lindy could. Unlike her I have to think about my figure still. But a drink somewhere would be wonderful. Is there some kind of a small cafe around? I have to admit that I was working all morning so I haven’t been able to get a bite to eat since last evening. If you don’t mind the amount of your time you would spend with me while showing me to somewhere where I could grab a quick bite and later on to the bookstore. I feel as if I was getting a bit too clingy while you might have other appointments to hurry to.“ Kelsey smiled at Felton as the wind pulle don her hair completely trusting the choice of direction into Felton’s hands.

“Don’t worry,” Felton assured her, “These robes are far too thick for me to get the slightest chill. I don’t know why I prefer such heavy robes, but they do come in handy.” He said laughing. Felton was beginning to realize that Kelsey made him feel like a teenage boy all over again. All teenagers were the same, even if they differed by being magical or not. They all experienced the same emotions.
Felton smiled as Kelsey spoke of how wonderful she thought Meyghan was. She was right, Meyghan was a wonderful child who tried to make everyone around her happy. But, she also didn’t take being teased very well. Those had both been traits that Meyghan had gotten from her mother. “I’m not sure if Cleve has to deal with the taunts and the teasing, and name calling. He has never really talked about the way he gets treated at Durmstrang. I guess he doesn’t have to deal with it, like Meyghan and Gary do.” Felton looked down into Kelsey’s beautiful eyes. He knew that she was searching for the truth in his eyes. And he would only tell her the truth and nothing less, or more. “Yes, I hate to say this, but the Death Eaters are lead by a powerful wizard known as He who must not be named. And many have tried to stop them, a few of the Death Eaters have been arrested, or stopped. But there are still more out there. Many of them unknown to the proper authorities. Professor Dumbledore is trying his best to change the way that those students think, but it isn’t easy and many of them whose parents are under the following of He Who Must Not Be Named, aren’t going to change their opinions. But do not worry, for as long as Dumbledore is in the school, the children there are in no major danger. And I am not worried about being seen with you. I do not care what the Death Eaters think, for as Meyghan so politely puts it, they are just wizards in dark robes. Their opinions of me are not what matters the most. What matters is what makes us happy. And I do enjoy being in your company.” Felton hoped that Kelsey wouldn’t take the last part of his statements the wrong way. He truly did enjoy being in her company, no matter what everyone else thought about him. Felton wished that times were better, like they had been a few years before, and that the fears that he had noticed in Kelsey’s eyes wouldn’t be there. “Kelsey, I don’t want you to be extremely worried, for everyone will be safe, and if anyone harms either of our children, I will deal with them.” He didn’t mean for his statement to sound like a threat, but in a way it was. He meant that no one had better hurt his children or Kelsey’s.
Felton smiled as Kelsey mentioned the time that he would spend showing her around Hogsmeade. “I can’t think of any better way to spend my time, than showing you around town. I have nothing else that has to be done today, except for a little shopping, and that can be done along the way. There are three places around here to get food and drink, two of which are pubs, The Three Broomsticks, and The Hogs Head; there is also Madame Puddifoot’s, which is a quaint little tea shop. The Hogs Head is more for the rougher crowd, there’s never any telling what kind of people are going to come in there. The better choices are between Madame Puddifoot’s and The Three Broomsticks. Both of which are very nice places.” Felton thought a moment about it, if they were going as just friends then The Three Broomsticks would be best, if Kelsey wanted to consider it a date, then Madame Puddifoot’s would be perfect. Felton wondered how Kelsey thought about the time they were spending together. Either way, it didn’t bother him; he knew that he liked Kelsey, and that he enjoyed spending time with her and her children if they were around. “I would be pleased to take you to Honeydukes after we meet the girls at the bookstore.” He said, as they continued to walk.
((sorry it took so long, Felton didn't have any ideas until last night[/i]))
