Blake had gotten up early to do nothing as normal that was what happened during summer he didn't have anything better to do. With his family gone his days had gotten even more boring if that was possible. It had almost been a week since they had let, they sent letters but most were short just saying they were safe and very busy. Blake had already done everything he could think of and other thinks that just popped into his head. He walked around all day from boredom and just looked at the fire place. Blake finally decided on Hogsmeade because there was a lot more to do there then here at home. He grabbed his wand and put it in his pocket, then a hand full of Floo powder. Then threw it into the fire. "Hogsmeade!" He said walking to the fire.
After a few seconds of spinning he finally was in the fireplace of the three broom sticks. It always toke him here and not to another fireplace in Hogsmeade Blake thought that was odd but didn't think about it long. He walked right out the door and brushed the suet off his pants. Blake then went to a few shops and before he knew it the day had turned to night. Blake sat down on one the of benches and closed his eyes. ” It was nice being out of the house it gets so boring there" he thought to himself. soon after sitting down someone else sat down next to him. Blake looked over with a smile. "Hi I'm Blake." He said just trying to start up a conversation.

((Hope you don't mind)) "Hey, Do you mind if I sit." Cougar, sitting quickly so he couldn't say "no", tried to start a conversation. "What you up to. I hope the waitress comes by I'm craving a Butterbeer." Cougar looked around, seeing that there was no waiter coming his way gave his attention to this new potential friend.

Katherine popped the cork on her butterbeer and took a small sip. She was alone at a table in The Three Broomsticks and had absolutely nothing to do. Later, she’d planed on stopping by Catalina’s Cubby. Her cousin had a job there and she was in the mood to see someone. Anyone. She hated being bored. She pulled a book out of her bag that she carried with her. It carried money and books. Katherine didn’t wear makeup, but books were a necessity. She took another sip of her butterbeer as she plunged into A Northern Light, by a young muggle author.
"Hi, I'm Blake," a boy said. Katherine quickly looked up. The boy had startled her. Katherine didn’t know him, but nobody wasn’t worth getting to know in her opinion. Well, maybe a Slytherin… Katherine was about to introduce herself, when a younger student she’d seen at Hogwarts but didn’t know cut her off. The student asked if he could sit there, and before Katherine could open her mouth to reply, he’d sat down anyway. Rude, Katherine thought to herself before trying to hide the frown on her face. The kid started to talk about how he was craving a butterbeer as if he’d actually been invited to sit with them. She continued with what she was going to say to the older boy. “My name’s Katherine. I’m in Hufflepuff.” She could tell that this boy wasn’t in Hufflepuff because they looked the about same year, so she’d know him. And he most definitely wasn’t in Slytherin, so she asked, “Are you in Ravenclaw or Gryffindor?”

As Blake waited for an answer a younger kid seemed to run up and sit down. " Well ok.." He thought to himself it seemed kind of odd but Blake just laughed it off and looked over to the girl who seemed to be around his age as she introduced herself and said her house. Then she asked what house he was in but forgot to say Slytherin. "What I don't seem evil enough to be in Slytherin?" He said laughing. "Well I guess your right I'm in Gryffindor." He said before she could answer his question. Blake Looked around then back at her with his normal smile. "Well..." Blake kind of went brain dead for a second trying to think of something to say.
"So what are you here for? Shopping or getting out of the house." He said knowing why he left his house it was just to boring there.
(Sorry it toke so long didn't notice you replyed. Also I have the feeling he is never going to return.)

((He's not. For now on, pretend he's not there. What's done is done. LOL.))
Katherine laughed softly as she pushed her hair back behind her right ear. It was a bad habit. "I dunno," she replied, "You just didn't look very 'Slytheriney'." It was true, he had a nice smile. That was something she just didn't imagine as a Slytherin quality. Katherine tried not to judge Slytherins since she didn't know any, but so many of them hated muggleborns. She knew stereotyping is bad, but sometimes it's hard not to.
"No, I'm muggleborn so it gets kinda boring around my house. Once you get a taste of magic, you just gotta have some more. I can't believe there's a whole other world that so many don't know about."

(I agree. lol)
Blake listen to her as she explained. "Well I have been know to be evil when I'm in a bad mood." He said laughing. They she talked about why she left her house. " I'm a Pureblood and it's still boring at my house , everyone left so I'm stuck there alone." He said thinking about what else she said. "Well if you got a secret to hide, find a witch or wizard they're pros." He said laughing. Blake looked around for a second then back at her still smiling his normal smile.
"It's still hard to believe they kept the magically a secret for this long." He said thinking. "You would think someone would end up telling the whole world about us."

"It's a good thing that Muggles haven't found out about us. They'd be burning us at the stake. It's in the nature of a human to be afraid of someone or something more powerful than them if they can't control it," Katherine told him, "They'd either kill us all, or die trying. They might keep a couple of us to control into doing stuff with magic." Katherine frowned at the thought. Muggles can be nice, some of Katherine's best friends from outside of school are Muggles. But sometimes she wondered what would happen if she told them. Maybe she'd tell them once she'd mastered the memory charm. But she didn't like the idea of using it on her friends just as much as she disliked the idea of them not knowing her secret if they'd be okay with it.
"It's only a matter of time before we're on the front page of every newspaper in the world. I don't think we'll be able to keep this a secret forever. But then again, isn't that one of the main duties of the Ministry of Magic?" It all seemed very confusing and she'd just rather not think about it, so she tried to change the subject.
It seemed like they'd been talking for a while, so Katherine asked, "Do you know what time it is?"
