Maddie walked into the Hog's Head, one late afternoon, as the small bell trinkled over head. She was having a very bad case of bordome, and just needed something to do, someone to talk with. The place wasn't very crowded at all, which was good, on Maddie's end. She walked to a table, and plopped herself down, on the bench, and sat her purse next to her. She put her elbows up, onto the table, and rested her head on her hands, in a casual fashion, looking around the place. The man finally came over, and Maddie replied sharply, "Just a Butterbeer." The man gave her a starnge look, but hurried off anyway.
When she was bored, she was often in quite a nasty mood, but, then again, she usually was always nasty to people like that. She really wasn't very hungry at the moment, so she simply decided that she would have a quick drink, and maybe a meal later on. She took her bag, from on the bench, next to her purse. The bag contained a few books, that Maddie had bought before she had come in here. She leaned herself back in her chair, slightly, and began to skim threw the first book. Maddie shrugged, it seemed pretty interesting...
Her Butterbeer soon arrived. She set her book down, beside her drink, and took a few drinks, of the sweet, cold drink. As she took a few sips everynow and then, she turned her book, page by page, just reading the first few sentences on every page. She soon heard footsteps up aheah, and she looked up to see someone standing in front of her.

Trinity had never been one to be considered a boring girl, in fact she was far from so. However, her summer experience as of thus far was leaving a permenant scar on her reputation, a scar that clearly read D-U-L-L. Too many a days she could be found, lounging about the Jade castle doing absolutely nothing imparticular (aside from avoiding her older brother Zane). Today, however, was going to be different... Trinity would make sure of that.
That morning the air was particularly clear and bright when Trinity awoke, the sky was a perfect shade of robins egg blue and the sounds of birds chirping was abundant outside her bedroom window. She sat up in her jade green bedspread and gave an enormous yawn, breathing in the smell of honeydew melon. Her room was her favorite place in the world, one wall was filled with souvenirs that her father had brought her from around the world. Tiny glass trinkets and silk covered boxes of all shapes, size and color. The other wall was completely round and covered with three large windows, a black bench sat quantly in the middle adorning a white chanel blanket her father had boughten her in France. A large mirror hung on the wall above her queen sized bed and a square chandelier that dangled with diamons hung from the ceiling. These were not the only reasons she loved her room more than anything, in fact the most important reason was that the walls were painted her favorite shade of green, jade.
Trinity stood from her bed, her red hair messy as ever, and slipped on her slippers while heading over to her closet. She slid open the large mirrors doors and tapped her finger on her plump pink lips, 'what should I wear,' she thought. Her eyes glided over the clothes a few times before the fell on the perfect outfit. It was a pair of black, low rise dress pants and a peach colored, tight fit tank top. She pulled them from the closet and layed them on her bed, then made her way to her vanity room. When she entered back into her bedroom she was wrapped in a towel and her hair and make-up were immaculate. She quickly dressed before making her way downstairs where she found her mother sitting at the table, reading the Daily prophet and drinking coffee, "Mother," she said abruptly, "I am going to Hogsmeade today." Her mother nodded barely looking up and Trinity set out the door and stepped lightly into her carriage, "To Hogsmeade Floid," she snapped before crossing her legs and looking out the window to enjoy the ride.
When she got to Hogsmeade she stepped from the carriage and onto the dusty road. She looked around curiously, trying to decide where to head off to. After looking for only a few short minutes she knew where she wanted to go. The dress that she had been dying to buy was still in stock at Cloggins and she was for definetly going to buy it today. She waved her handed carelessly at Froid, "Be here at 6 sharp," she said walking away. She had almost made it to Cloggins when she began to feel a rumble in her stomach, she had not really though of it but she had missed breakfast this morning. She stopped quickly as she noticed the Hogshead just to the right and headed towards the dark wooden door. She pushed it open and looked around for a place to sit. It wasn't long before she noticed a familiar face in the back, a younger Slytherin girl named Madison. She walked up to her her and stood there, her hands on her hips, waiting for the girl to notice her.

It was Trinity Jade, a fifth year Slytherin, that Maddie hat met a while back, in school. She had her hands on her hips, and seemed to be waiting for Maddie to notice her. Maddie raised her eybrows, as she took another sip from her drink and said, "Hello, Trinity. You can have a seat." she added. Maddie was bored, and since Trinity seemed like a worthy Slytherin, Maddie didn't mind her company much.
She looked back down at her book, and began to skim through her book again, and relized that that probably wasn't the best thing to do at the moment. "So, how has your summer vacation been so far?" she asked, hoping to make conversation. "Mine has been rather dull, although, I did just take a trip to Rome about a week ago. Good way to get away from my family, but I still had a rather dull time there as well." she finished, taking another sip from her drink. She looked up at Trinity, waiting for her answer, and then added, "Oh, umm... Butterbeer, or something?"
((Sorry this isn't very good. I've been having a very hard time posting with Maddie the last couple of days.))

Trinity smiled pretentiously as Madison invited her to sit, "I was hoping you'd say that," she sat gracefully on one of the hard wooden stools and set her black silk hand purse next to her on the table. It had been a while since she had last interacted with Madison and maybe this was just what she needed to kick off her summer. Although she didn't know Madison very well, she did know that Madison was a Slytherin and was smart enough to invite her to sit so she couldn't be that dull.
Just moments after Trinity sat Madison looked back down at her book- skimming through the pages briefly, Trinity scoffed disapprovingly and folded her arms over her chest disapprovingly. Madison seemed to get the hint and looked up at her, "So how has your summer vacation been so far?" she asked. Just as Trinity opened her mouth to open Madison continued speaking, telling Trinity of how her own summer had been. Trinity sat listening patiently, she knew just how Madison felt for she too had been having a disgustingly rotten summer so far. The girl seemed to be done, taking a sip from a goblet on the table, then suddenly she began talking again, "Oh, ummm.... Butterbeer, or something?"
Trinity sat staring at the girl, overwhelmed by her consistent chatter then slowly opened her mouth to speak, "My summer has not been much different from yours, Unfortunately," she said calmly, brushing a stray strand of hair from her eye. She looked down at the girls goblin and suddenly remembered why she had come to the pub in the first place, "Oh, actually, I cam in here to get something to eat. Where is one of their despicable waiters anyway," she said looking around for a sight of one.
It wasn't until a few moments later that a waiter appeared at their table, "Get me a glass of iced tea and a salad with ranch on the side," Trinity snapped before he could get out a word. The waiter taken aback at first but then let out a slight bow and walked off towards the kitchen. Trinity huffed slightly, unfolded her arms, and then turned back to Madison, "Anyway, what were we saying?"

((Yeah umm... soooooooooooo sorry. )) Maddie listened to Trinity talk for a bit, and watched as she snapped an order at a waiter, and Maddie smirked. "So... are you ' excited' about going back to Hogwarts?" she asked, with her eyebrows raised, and emphsizing the word 'excited' slightly. Of course, it wasn't in a Slytherin's vocabulary, so Maddie was simply mocking what other houses would say. "I suppose I am rather glad to be going back... No more long, dull summer days, and I get the chance to get away from my blasted younger sister. Unfortunitly... she has to share a common room with us." she said, with disgust, meaning 'us' as all of the Slytherins. She raised her eyebrows, up at Trinity, to see if she would comment on anything. She took a sip of her butterbeer, and straightened out her shirt. ((I know... it sucks... I'm really sorry. I'm having writer's block with Maddie.))
