Monica walked into the three broomsticks it was the only place where she can relax. She was tired of seeing the filthy mudbloods walking around her trying to tell her off. She walked to a vacant table a waiter appeared, with a goofy smiled. Monica rolled her eyes, raising her eyebrows and said, “Leave, me alone”. She watched the waitress walk away quickly and she laughed.
She then started to read the paper in her hands. There was an article discussing of Hogwarts not being safe anymore. She threw the paper onto the ground and started mumbling to herself. ‘ Hogwarts is safe. I’m capable of defending my self. I don’t need those s****d Aurors. The only thing that is making Hogwarts weak is the Headmaster falling for every trick’ she thought sneering at this. She then saw a first year Gryffindor walk in staring at her. “What do you want? Never seen a slytherin before” she said almost getting off her chair. The Kid walked out of the pub as fast as her little feet would allow her. Monica sneered and decided to walk out. When she got up her chair, she noticed somebody walk in. It was Madison. ‘Finally somebody I can talk to’ she thought sitting back down yelling “Maddie over here”
((not to great, didn't really have an idea to write about.))

((That's fine, it'd probably the best that I could have done, since I'm not good at making starters at the moment. By the way, what does 's****d' mean? If it's something obvious, then it's just like me to not realize. )) Maddie walked into the Three Broomsticks, with a short look around, to see if there was too many half breeds and mudbloods in the building. She shrugged, and signed as she went up to the front. "Butterbeer." she said over the counter, taking her small, emerald green money purse from her purse, and throwing the coins onto the table, leaning over it, with her eyebrows raised, waiting for the woman to move along. The woman gave her a look, as she scooped the coins from the table, and moments later, she re-arrived with Maddie's drink. As she turned around, the mug now in her hands, she noticed a familiar girl, calling her name. She raised her eyebrows at the girl. She knew her as a fellow Slytherin fourth year, Monica Henshaw. Once she had reached the table, she set her drink down, and slid into the booth opposite her. "A little too perky today, hmm?" she commented, with raised eyebrows, as she took a sip from her drink. "Never matter," she started again, putting her eyebrows down, as she set her purse on the table, next to her, and her drink ahead of her. "How has your summer been so far? Mine's been long, boring, and dreadful. I usually hate going back to school, but now I can't wait to get back on that blasted train."

Monica watched Madisons walkover to her and she started speaking. She asked how her summer has been and replied "allright, if I don't include filthy little Gryffindors trying to take advatage of me...I was reading in the paper saying that Hogwarts isn't safe. What do you think about that?" she asked looking at Madison waiting for her to reply. ((OOC. S****D stands for stupid it's just that this site really doesn't want any swearing even if this isn't really a bad word but just to be on the safe side. ))

((Sorry it took me quite long to reply.)) Maddie raised her eyebrows when Monica had asked her if she thought that Hogwarts wasn't safe. "Well... actually, no." she replied quite simply. "People may think that it's safe, but in reality, it's just about as safe as every place else right now. Now, as for Gryffindors trying to take adventage of you, beat them up or something for Merlin's sake." she said, a smirk spreading across her face. "I'm sure that you are much older than those children, that dare to try to talk back or what not, to a Slytherin." "So... I hate to ask this, since it makes me sound Gryffindor-ish, but are you excited to go back to Hogwarts?" she asked, still using her normal, casual and Slytherin tone of voice. "I really hate to admit it, but I suppose that I am rather glad to be going back. No more family, no more of my annoying little sister, although she has to share that blasted common room with us! She's going into her second year, by the way. You probably wouldn't know her, nobody really does. Anyway though, no more of my dreadful days, that I've had during the summer, and rather dull, and well at least there is things to do around Hogwarts, you know?" she finished, shifting herself in the seat. ((So sorry that my posts have been rather dull, but I can't find anything else to say... ))

Monica listened to Maddie's answer about Hogwarts. She had asked her if she was glad to go back to Hogwarts. But as a matter of fact Monica didn’t know what she was going to say. She didn’t like going to Hogwarts since it was just wasting her time, but yet she didn’t want to be home. She liked talking to people sometimes but yet felt that she needed to be isolated from people, and things that surrounded her. She felt sick when somebody always wanted to comfort her when times were rough but didn’t get any when she needed to cry on a person shoulder. “Ya, I guess.” She said lying, hoping her eyes weren’t showing any signs of depression. Monica stood up trying to change the subject asking her “do you want a cup of butterbeer or something? It’s on the house” moving her eye direction towards the floor not looking up while asking this. ((short ))
