It was always nice to see your students doing well in life and being happy. Opening one’s business was not an easy step, but this Ravenclaw girl Catalina Cavales had decided to take the risk. The Weasley twins had started a shop too, Minerva recalled, but they’re inventions created more havoc than anything else. But at such times laughter was needed to. Straightening her hat, Minerva nodded to herself and briskly entered the sweets shop. Catalina’s Cubby she thought it was called.
Looking at the sweets displayed McGonagall thought about what to choose. She would want something tasty and she could support her old students a little with a purchase here. Maybe he could even bribe Albus into letting Gryffindors choose pitch times for practicing first with some of these sweets. Picking out a quidditch scarf in Gryffindor colours Minerva moved to the sweets stand. Deciding to ask a little information Minerva looked around, noticing that a lot of the employees in the Cubby went to Hogwarts, or had graduated this year.
“Could I get a little help here, please?” Minerva asked noticing a girl, who looked like she worked here, come a bit closer. Minerva pursued her lips into a tight line and looked over her glasses as the girl advanced towards her. Having decided to certainly find something worth buying, Minerva waited for the girl to come closer. Minerva could question her about the sweets and what exactly they consisted.

Jordan cleared the table she had just waitressed and stacked the dishes in the bin. Her brown hair was falling over her eyes, and she looked rather tired. It was only 9 in the morning, and she had a few hours ahead of her until her shift was over. She sighed, and walked to the back- putting the dishes in the sink and smiled at another employee before heading back out to the main area. She wore her uniform and her hair was held back with a pony-tail, there was a flower behid her ear and she wore a smile of kindness on her face.
As she was re-stacking some boxes of chocolates a few kids had knocked over, she heard someone ask for some help. Jordan turned around and smiled, Professor McGonagall. Jordan finished stacking the boxes and walked over to the Professor, "Hi, Professor, welcome to Catalina's Cubby. Is there something in particular I can help you with?" She asked with another kind smile. Jordan liked her job, even if it was in the early hours. She wasn't exactly the morning person of the Lehane family, but she would do anything for this job; maybe it was because she got to spread her joy or maybe it was because she helped others, either way, she enjoyed working at Catalina's Cubby

Looking over the rim of her glasses at the girl who had approached her, Minerva nodded. This girl was still a student in Hogwarts. A Hufflepuff sixth year as Minerva remembered. “Good day, ms. Lehane,” Minerva greeted the girl with a nod, “I would like some information about what kind of sweets you have in the Assorted Chocolate Boxes? And Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares arose my curiousity too. Could you perhaps explain to me what kind of sweets they are? And I would like to buy this scarf.” Minerva raised the quidditch scarf in Gryffindor colours to show which scarf she meant. Showing a little support for the Gryfifndor quidditch team would not do any harm. Especially since Severus had rubbed Slytherin victories under her nose for so long.

Jordan smiled kindly at the Professor. She tucked some of her hair behind her ear and nodded as she listened to Professor McGonagall; "Yes. Well, the assorted chocolate boxes contain two of the following; Milk chocolate creams, white chocolate creams, dark chocolate creams, chocolate mints, chocolate cherries, chocolate caramels, and chocolate peanut butter squares. Each of those have twenty candies per box, except for the chocolate mints which have fourty. You also get chocolate peanuts and raisins with that. And the assorted chocolates box costs one galleon." She then pulled out a mini menu to show to the Professor in case she didn't quite understand, because Jordan wasn't aware if she was making any sense. - Milk Chocolate Creams ( 20 per box )
- White Chocolate Creams ( 20 per box )
- Dark Chocolate Creams ( 20 per box )
- Chocolate Mints ( 40 per box )
- Chocolate Cherries ( 20 per box )
- Chocolate Caramels ( 20 per box )
- Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares ( 20 per box )
- Assorted Chocolate Box ( 2 of the above candies, chocolate peanuts and raisins )
- Chocolate covered peanuts ( 24 oz bag )
- Chocolate covered raisins ( 24 oz bag )
"As for the chocolate peanut butter squares, they are chocolate covered peanut butter. They really are quite delightful- I have a box of them at home." Jordan smiled as she watched Professor McGonagall. She gasped lightly as she almost forgot the scarf;"THe scarf is four galleons, and if you are buying it for support for your house- may I suggest a house pendant? They are 8 galleons, but are quite lovely." Jordan held one up for McGonagall to examine, it shone in the light.

Minerva keenly listened to the young girls explanation of sweets being sold and displayed. The sweets seemed satisfactory. Perhaps she could even bribe Albus to make sure Gryffindor can choose pitch times for practising first. They had a good team, but practice was still needed. With her lips drawn into a tight line Minerva accepted the small menu ms. Lehane handed her. Looking over the things on sold Minerva contemplated. „No thank you, I do not wish for a house pendant,“ Minerva looked at the house pendant. She was the deputy-headmistress after all! She couldn’t show such support to only one house be wearing their house pendant or ring. No matter how much she liked it.
„What are Chocolate Creams? Squares of chocolate containing cream, or just chocolate candies?“ Minerva asked looking at the mini menu in her hands once again, before placing it on the counter. She wanted to know what she was buying before she would actually buy something.
