Robert walked into Honeydukes and smelled the sweet aroma in the air. “Chocolate,” Robert quietly said to himself. He peered around to see that the shop wasn’t as full as it usually was. Well, before the rise of Voldemort, that is. Lately people had been scared to leave the safety of their own homes. Robert wasn’t afraid. At least he wouldn’t admit it. He thought back to before school ended when a Slytherin told him that Mudbloods would be the first to go on the next strike of the death eaters. The recent strikes were on Robert’s mind, as they were on everyone else’s.
Robert stocked up on Chocolate Frogs and Fizzing Wizbees. It was a sunny day, and with the summer heat, Robert didn’t want his chocolate to melt. Though his morning shift was over, Robert headed back to Catalina’s Cubby. There he would use the fireplace to get to his Great Aunt’s house since she was the only witch in the family. His mom was trying to get their hose connected so it’d be easier for him. But for now, Robert had to use Muggle means of transportation to get from his Great Aunt’s house to his. But instead of going straight home, Robert bought a Quidditch magazine. Then he sat down at a table to read it as he slowly ate his Chocolate Frogs, savoring every bite of it.

Anna was shopping in Hogsmeade while being very careful, her wand ready. Her parents are control freaks so she had to sneak out. As Anna walked by Quality Quidditch Supplies she met Robert Knight- a close friend from Hogwarts reading what looked like the news paper. "What are you reading" she asked?" "

Anna, a girl Robert was good friends with, walked up to Robert and asked him, "What are you reading?" Robert closed the page on an article about the defeat of the Hollyhead Harpies and replied, "Just a Quidditch Magazine." Robert loved Quidditch, though he thought he wasn't any good at it. Before he knew he was a wizard, he'd always dreamed of flying. Maybe it was more the thought of flying than the actual sport itself he loved. He looked down at the chocolate frogs he had and asked Anna if she wanted one. He would be back the day after tomorrow, so he could easily buy more.

Anna accepted the chocolate frog from Robert. As it melted in her mouth she realized how long it had been since she had had a chocolate frog. Anna's parents had not let her go anywhere magical all summer because of the recent threat of Death Eaters. She has had to sneak away from her parents' watchful eyes every once in a while to meet up with her friends. Resuming her conversation with Robert she asked "Would you like to take a walk?" Anna had been wanting to talk to someone about school and the rising level of danger in the Magical community.

"Certainly", Robert quickly replied. He was a bit anxious to move around. Sitting was not one of his favorite things to do. He had quite a bit of energy in him. Whether it was all the sugar from the chocolate, or just his natural energy, he didn't care. He opened the exit door. "Ladies first," he said with a smile as he held it open for Anna.
The sun was still shining brightly. Not a cloud in the sky, Robert thought to himself. He wouldn't let a beautiful day be spoiled with worry. It wouldn't be long before they were back at Hogwarts, which would hopefully have a little more security this year.

As Anna and Robert walked by all of the shops they didn't meet many people on they're way. The people they did see were walking very fast with there heads down, not wanting to be noticed. Anna remembered how full and cheerful the streets of Hogsmeade used to be when Voldemort was supposedly dead. Lots of people had changed since Voldemort rose again. Before people were were always out in the sunshine on a beautiful day like today, looking happy and full of laughter. Now those people are cooped up in their homes always watching their backs-their faces looking fearful and stressed. Anna wondered if her close friends at Hogwarts had changed. She could never imagine their happy-go-lucky faces turn to into fearful ones. Shaking those thoughts out of her head she started talking to Robert. "I'm very excited about the upcoming school year" she said.
