((Sorry for the lack of a good title. I honestly couldn't think of anything!))
Padme strolled down the streets of Hogsmeade. She had only been here once before, so most of the shops still looked rather tempting to her. Tessa had gone off in the other direction after dropping Padme off, but the young girl knew they would meet up as soon as the shopping was complete. Not that Padme was actually doing any shopping. No, she wanted to lounge around in one of the pubs, particularly the Three Broomsticks. The place was rather good, according to Tessa, and also somewhat busy. As Padme stepped in she was met with the noise of about ten people, clattering the drinks against the table and making raucous noise. Padme wrinkled her nose with contempt as she looked at her surroundings. It wasn't so much the pub that made her do this, but the people inside. Padme made a coughing noise before grabbing a stool and sitting down near the bar. The man there gave her a glance of questioning but Padme just ignored him.
"Butterbeer," she said smoothly averting her gaze from the man. She thought that he nodded, but she wasn't sure. Soon enough, he went behind his bar and started getting the butterbeer ready. Padme sighed and looked around haughtily. No one she knew or would care to talk to. No one at all. She was hoping to see Jack, perhaps, or maybe Mack and Dix. But no, no one was there that would actually be worth Padme's precious time. Giving a few people a glare, Padme turned back to the bar to find that her drink was already waiting for her. Padme looked at it curiously. She had never had a butterbeer before. Lifting it up to her face, Padme sniffed it. The bartender gave her a scandalized look but she merely glared back. Lifting it to her mouth this time, Padme took a small swig. The smooth hot substance tasted wonderful! Padme set it back on the table although she was wishing for more. She was going to savor the taste each swallow. The young girl looked around as the door opened to see if it was her brother of friends to meet her. Instead, it was some older girl Padme didn't know. Padme swung back on her stool to give her full attention back to the butterbeer in question. She took another drink and was so busy digesting the wonderful taste that she didn't notice the footsteps that were moving her way.
