Amelia stared at the closed door of her room, her mother and her husband's screaming voices resounded from the hallway right outside her door. She sighed. True, she was used to them arguing by now, but she couldn't understand why the strong woman who is her mother didn't just leave her abnoxious husband. She just doesn't want another divorce, Amelia thought.
"ANOTHER MAN? THAT IS NOT WHY I'M GOING TO LEAVE!" Jay'Na's voice echoed through the house. Amelia rolled her eyes. Her mother talked, well screamed, about leaving Ray all the time. Saying she'll leave, but never does. This was the first time Ray actually responded to the threats, though. Amelia knew it was just to make Jay'Na even more angry. Amelia sighed, wondering if she was actually going to leave now... but just as she wondered their voices got lower and Jay'Na apologized. She rolled her eyes stood, grabbing her purse and opening her door.
"I'm going to Hogsmead, be back soon," Jay'Na screamed at her as Amelia ran downstairs, where the fireplace was. She yelled sorry, but she had to leave and threw the floo powder into the flaming harth. Just as her mother's footsteps resounded from the stairs, Amelia screamed "HOGSMEAD" and was whisked away into the green spinning vortex, fireplaces spinning in and out of sight. Suddenly she stopped spinning and landed. She shook her head from the dizzyness and walked inside the Three Broomsticks. She sighed, taking her notebook from her purse and used the spell that made it normal size. She sat down, opening the Muggle notebook and taking about a Muggle pen. She loved to write, so she wrote...
