Fiona raised an eyebrow at Elle when she talked about not being in Slytherin. "Yes, you did say that. You better watch yourself in the future. You never know who might be eaves dropping," Fiona said with a smile. She knew Elle would not watch herself. The girl had a horrible problem with thinking before she speaks. Fiona had actually yet to hear her think about what she was going to say. Instead most of her sentences were blindly put together and not even thought about. Fiona on the other hand, tended to think before she replied. It gave her an advantage over those who just spoke. She eyed the girl with a look of distaste at her lack of thinking, but quickly shrugged it off. It was nothing to get upset over.
Fiona smiled to herself as Elle talked about having to work hard in her subjects to get good marks. 'It's not due to your memory, girl, it's because you're a mudblood,' Fiona thought to herself. However, there was no way she was going to say that sentence out loud. She didn't want to start another argument with Elle. Besides it wouldn't get her anywhere in the long run.
Fiona watched the girl closely as her attitude seemed to change after Fiona had gotten a new drink. Fiona realized that the girl was offended by the man being indebted to her. "Don't tell me you feel disgusted by the fact that someone is in my debt? Does that just mean I'm more Slytherin than I let on for the past few minutes?" Fiona asked her with an evil smile playing across her lips. She knew their sentiments were about to end, but Fiona didn't care. She'd find something to do until they met again. She looked at the girl almost eager to begin another row. Her right hand moved under the table and grasped her wand, just in case Elle thought about taking advantage of the 'kindness' Fiona had been showing her. Little did the girl know that Fiona had other plans in store for her, though it would be awhile before they were carried out in a most unexpected way.
