Liz smiled brightly as she excited the post-office in Hogsmeade after sending a letter back home, as Liz didn’t have her own owl. There was still some snow, but the wind was already fresh and carried spring, not to mention the first birds being already back and starting to sing. But the main thing that improved Liz’s mood greatly was the sun shining brilliantly enough for Liz having to pull on her sun-glasses so not to be blinded by the sun glinting back from the ice-cover on the streets.
Liz looked around and smiled slowly stepping away from the door and enjoying the weather. Looking around Liz tried to decide which way she should go as she made a circle around a giggling group of Hogwarts students. Third years probably and still crazed with happiness for finally being allowed to come to Hogsmeade Liz decided with a small smile.
Deciding to grab something from Honeydukes, Liz started heading that way and gasped as she suddenly slipped. Gasping loudly Liz hit the ground rather hard and slid down a couple of feet. Liz blushed furiously as she finally stopped and managed to climb to her feet once again. Glancing at her pants Liz sighed – her white pants weren’t that white anymore after the fall and glide. They wer rather a muddy shade of brownish-gray. Liz sighed and casted a short-time illusion charm on her pants, but it didn’t work much, so Liz looked around to find the closest clothes-store to find a pair of new pants or a skirt even as she had also ripped her pant’s leg.
Liz had already walked some steps when she suddenly discovered that she had lost her bag and looked around for it, trying to locate the missing bag.
