Cass walked into Madame Puddifoots enjoying the smell of the strong coffee blends. Assuming Pyro was right behind her, she sat down and quickly ordered herself a moch cappachino. (( Yeah, I spelled it wrong!))
Charlie Parker's saxophone sang sweet notes into the air. She loved jazz, but she didn't get to hear it much in Hogsmeade, or at school for that matter. She let herself groove to it a little and waited for her drink to arrive.

*Pyro steped in the coffee shop behind her. He ordered himself a coffee and sat down in the table. he watched Cass as she listened to the music*
"well, thats a big change, going from pumping music to this mellow music"

She allowed the string of Mysterio to course through her body.
" I know. Isn't lovely though? I adore Charlie Parker," she took a sip of her coffee," I adore the old classic jazz. I just can't help myself. It's so relaxing."
"So, you enjoy yourself tonight?"
She felt too entirely self conscious. Her hair was frizzy, and her cheeks were bright red. Even though she was dressed to kill, she knew it looked a little conspicous with her Hogwarts cloak on.
" Oh and you never answered me, is Pyro a family name?"

*He listened to the music for a little longer before placing it into the background, slow classic music never was his thing. He looked at her*
"yea, I am enjoying myself."
*He sneered slightly*
"No it aint a family name. Its just random name my father picked for me."

Cass leaned back into the booth. She crossed her legs and enjoyed the sound of the music in the background.
" Really? I figured it would be a family name since it was so unusual. It's not that bad. It makes you stick out. Cassandra is a name that everyone has. You can find tons of Cassandras. I wouldn't sneer at it. Just be thankful there isn't another Pyro out there."
The Dave Brubeck Orchestra came on. The tinkling of the piano keys whisked her away for a moment.
" So, did you grow up around here? I've lived in Birmingham most of my life."

*He leaned back and scoffed."heh, I would kill to have a ordinary name like everyone else. it is so old to hear the same phrase, 'pyro? thats an unusual name'" Pyro used a mocking voice as he said that. "I will kill my crackpot father for giving me this stupid name." He sighed and leaned foreward and looked at her
"But....Lets not dwell on family matters. Im sure that stories of both our families will ruin this perfectly good night."

" You know, I think your absolutely right," Cass sat back in the booth just relaxing.
She took a sip of her drink. " Your an obviously good dancer, so what made you be such a wallflower tonight?"

He arched an eyebrow at her. "Wallflower? I consider myself a Barflower." he shrugged, 'Dont know, I never have liked dancing to much."

" Barflower?" Cass seemed unimpressed.
" Okay, Barflower. Anyways, you seem like the type of guy who is willing to jump into anything. Remember, our first meeting had to do with you knocking Dana in the back of the head with a snowball? Or maybe you have already forgotten that? I don't know."
She sipped on her drink. " I could really go with some sweet ice tea. Ever had that? It's a specialty in the American South. I absoultely love it. Too bad I can't get it her. I absolutely love it."

He grinned as he thought of that particular day. "yea, that was fun, I had already met Dana so hitting her with a snowball wasnt that big of a deal, you and that other girl tho. You were just icing on the cake." He shook his head. "No, Ive never had that, never even heard of it."

Cass arched an eyebrow at him. " Really, then we must see about getting to you."
She called over the waitress and asked if she could make the concoction. She looked at her oddly and said she could handle it.
The waitress brought over two glasses full of ice and brown tea. She asked for it to be incredibly sweet, like good old southern iced tea.
" Good, now you can't say you never had." She took a sip. " Wonderful, wrot your teeth out kind of good."

Pyro looked down at the glass and the liquid in the class wearily. He poked the glass. "so..Im suppose to drink this right?" he leaned back from it. it looked strangely like a potion he had drank in his young age. and the potion didnt have a desired side effect. He took the glass and sipped it and tasted the sweet drink. "hmm.. Thats actually not that bad." He took a big drink of it.

Cassandra giggled. " See I told you. It does look rather sick. Of course, I know what it is. You know, all it is is tea over ice." She took a sip of her drink.
" Well, it has now come to my attention that I keep going on and on about me. Tell me something about you. Inquiring minds want to know."

The drink he was taking caught in his throat. he coughed and than looked at her.. "what? Me? Well..." he had no idea what to say really. He lived a normal wizard life.
"Well, what would you like to know? ask away." he said taking another drink.

Cass looked at him with a bit of a look. " Normal wizarding life? People like me don't know what that is," she was a little irritated at the fact that he could be crass like that. The irritation sounded in her voice.
She thought for a moment, " Do you have any hobbies? Did you go to school when you were a kid? Where are you from? Etc., Etc. Boring questions like that."
Cass ordered another tea and the wizard behind the counter looked at her strangely again.
