There were many things Dixie hated. And a lot of those things hated Dixie in return. Not that she gave a damn what they though or did. An example of one of the things she hated was, people who thought they were better than her. She hated them. They hated her. It was one big hatred circle. She hated it when Mack was right, and she hated how Mack wouldn't brag that she was right. Mack had too much care and love for Dix. She wouldn't rub the fact that she is always right in Dix's face. And Dix hated her for that. So as they sat in the Leaky Cauldron, Dix sipping a butterbeer, and Mack looking through a magazine; Dix thought about this.
Why was Mack better than her? She was nicer. Sweeter. All around better. Why? Hadn't Dix been the best before Mackenzie came along? Plus all the crap Mack had gone through, one would think she would be tougher than nails. But, Mack proved many wrong- and this made Dix wonder. Wonder even more than before. Dix looked at Mack, she was sitting there; chewing some gum and flipping through the pages of Witch Weekly. Her blonde hair was twisted up in some, weird way, and she just looked so calm, "Dix, stop." Mack said. Dixie quickly looked away, she could feel her sister's eyes on her. Mack threw the magazine on the table and sank lower in her seat, "Who are we meeting again?" She asked, looking at her fingernails. Dix ignored her and stood up. She made her way towards the door and pulled it open, knowing Mack would follow.

Pyro moved through the street swiftly. His cloak swirled behind him as he dodged and weaved through the throng of people. Dixie had told him to meet her in the Leaky Couldron. Hopefully today was the day they were suppose to meet her friend. Pyro grinned, he could barely wait to get his hands on this book of spells she spoke off.
The Leaky Couldron came into view and he made his way toward it. He reached for the doorhandle but the door open and Dixie began to step out. Nearly running straight into Pyro. He steped back. "Hello."

"Hi!" Dix said, taking a step back herself. She felt her sister run into her and make a noise. Dixie ignored her and stepped outside next to Pryo, "Was about to leave. Thought you weren't showing up." She told him as she started down the alleyway.
"Here's the rules; you do not speak. You don't move or touch anything. Let me and Mack do everything, because one false move and this guy won't hesitate to kill you." Dixie stopped and looked at Pyro, then looked at her sister, "That's Mack. Ignore her. She'll disappear, eventually. C'mon." She walked towards Knockturne alley.

Pyro fell into step next to her as they walked down the alley. He frowned at the commands she was giving to him, but he saw the greater gain in them so he figured he might as well follow them. "Yes Mistress, I will follow your ever command." He spoke with obvious sarcasm.
He turned and looked at Mack. Hed seen her before, but didnt know her personally. He turned back to Dixie. "Wont hesitate to kill me eh? Sounds like a fun guy."

"Good boy." Dixie said with an amused smile. Mack tugged on her sleeve, "Dix. You missed the turn." Mack told her. Dixie stopped on her heels and looked around her, "Right, I knew that." Mack laughed and followed her sister as she turned a quick left.
"Ian is really sweet. If you think a raging lunatic is sweet." Dix replied to Pyro's remark about 'fun guy.' She smirked and pushed open a door. Dust arose and swirled around them. Dixie then went up a staircase and down a long hallway. It was dimly lit, and Dix had to squint to see which door it was. She finally came to one with peeling paint and knocked, but not before saying, "Not a word."

Pyro smirked as he followed them along the alley and than they came to the building and steped in. She knocked on the door and told him not a word. He reached up with one hand and made a zipping motion with his thumb and index finger over his mouth.

The door opened and the collar of Dix's shirt was grabbed and jerked in, she grabbed Mack's collar, who grabbed Pyro's. And as soon as they were jerked in, the door was shut and 10 locks were clicked shut. There was very little light in the room, and the decoration was a bit dull. As always. There was a sound of blinds being drawn, then a light was clicked on. Mack had already taken a seat and was looking at her magazine again.
"After one year you would think you would do something with this place." Dixie stated in a disgusted voice. Ian shrugged and took out a book from his bookshelf that was next to the closet. Ian was smarter than that, he wouldn't put the illegal things in plain view. No. The book he removed opened a small cupboard underneath a counter, why he didn't just use magic was above Dix's head.
"Take a look." Ian said to Pyro, "there's everything there." Dix nodded to Pyro, and made her way to the refrigerator, taking out a bottle of butterbeer. She handed one to Mack and Pyro, and kept one for herself.

Pyro stood back and watched all this in silence. The man, Ian, turned to him and told him to take a look, at Dixies nod pyro aproached the secrete cupboard and looked inside. There was a book laying there. "May I?" He ask before reaching in and taking out the book to study it.

"That won't help you. The one to the right, over three. Look through that one. Powerful stuff in there." Mack broke the eerie silence which was hanging over head. She didn't even look up. She still flipped through her magazine, looking at the pictures and articles. Dix sighed, and sat down. Using this time to think.
Pyro was disowned, now he wanted to revenge; who could blame him? But, was revenge really the right way to go? Was it really the path that should be taken? Or was it just a way to feel more secure? Too many questions, for Dixie's liking and she would like to just push them away. Too bad she couldn't. They just kept nagging and nagging. Would anyone get anywhere if they went down the wrong path? Took the wrong turns? Dix sighed at this, blocking her thoughts, "Find anything?" She asked.

Before Pyro had a chance to open the book and look at it Mack had broke in and said something. Pyro looked over at the book she was talking about and grabed it, setting the other one down. He flipped it open and looked at it. His eyes went wide and he gasped.
There was some powerfull spells in this book. Pyro couldnt even begin to imagine the level required to cast even the simplest one of these spells. No matter, Pyro would get the spells down. "I'll take it." He said snapping the book closed.

"Great." Mack stated cooly, she jumped off the stool she had been sitting on and walked over to Ian. Handed him the money and left the room.
Dix stood up and looked at Pyro, "Hide that thing. And be careful with it, eh? It can cause some serious damage." She told him with a small nod. She then waved at Ian and left the room as well.

Pyro put the book into a secrete pocket in his cloak. He stood up fully and looked at Ian evenly. Than nodded and followed Mack and Dixie out.
"Looks like I'm gonna be staying in the room of requirment for a while. Gotta start training to get these spells down" He said as he followed the two girls down the street.

Dix looked back at Pyro, "You think the Room of Requirement is safe? I don't think you're aware of how much danger and trouble that book is." Dixie stated. She stopped and sat down on a bench, looking up at Pyro, "That thing can kill dozens of people. With just one hand movement, one flick of the wand, one word. That book is very very powerful and if you don't watch it, it will come back and bite you in the ass. If you are caught with that, forget about finishing school...off to Azkaban with you. Not to mention, I would go, Mack would go, and Ian would go too. So, don't screw up. Go somewhere deserted, that isn't used...ever. Or at least a place you can charm to make appear not to be there." Dix sighed, "I am asking you to." And with one word, Mack looked up. Then looked to Pyro,"You better listen, she's asking. She barely ever asks."

Pyro eyed her. If she was worried. Fine. He shrugged. "Alright, Room of Requirment is out."
He chuckled. "And besides, even if im caught what makes you think id sell you guys out?"

"You wouldn't have to sell us out. Magic? Ya know?" Dixie said in a voice that suggested it was the simplest form of finding out.
"C'mon we should go." She stood up again and left.

He frowned down at her statement, but decided to dismiss it. He took a quick look around and than left with her.
