Annabella stepped out of the door, to Madame Malkin's. She had just spent an hour getting fitted for her robes, for the new year. She let out a breath as she stepped onto the street, and looked over her list of things to get. She would be starting her third year of Hogwarts in less then a week, and her parents had allowed her to go into Diagon Ally to get her things.
Robes...check, cauldron and ladle check, treats for Calcifer check she said to herself. She only had a couple of more places to go and then she, would be done. She decided to go to Flourish and Blott's next to get, the books she required for this year. Stopping in front of the bookstore, she scanned the list to see which books she would be needing, she discovered she would be adding about seven new books.
As she reached into her pocket to see if she would have enough, money she looked around at all the other people, who were getting the supplies as well or so she was assumming. Confirming that she indeed had enough, she began to make her way inside.

“Do keep up Fryance, I haven’t got all day.” Aden said calmly in his smooth voice. He hardly slowed his pace as he continued to walk down the busy street of Diagon Alley. School was almost back in session, which meant it was time to go shopping for the usual. New clothes, new robes, new books and supplies. Which meant it was time to enter this forsaken alley and mingle with all the mudbloods and muggles in search of supplies. The Alley wasn’t a complete lost cause. There were a few shops that catered to only those of acceptable blood, but sadly, Aden had already visited those shops and purchased what he needed. Aden sighed, his last stop was the bookstore. The main gathering point for the muggle filth. Aden shot a glance at Fryance to make sure the elf was keeping up with him.
Fryance was in charge of carrying all the bags and packages. Aden had bought himself some new robes and clothes. Also his wand and broom had required a tune up so he had turned them in to be fixed. Today had been the day to pick them up. A new cauldron and a few other supplies and Aden had been set. All that was needed now was the new set of books. The previous year had been a blur. First his father had been killed, which resulted in a titanic battle between Dawn and the courts. Aden had been forced to the side and could only watch as Dawn struggled. He was only 16, not considered an adult yet and therefore could not take part in the battle. In fact one of those battles had been over his custody.
Luckily all that was behind them now. Dawn had won out, just like she always did. He sighed once more as he looked upon the bookshop. Placing his hands inside his pockets he began to move foreword to enter only to bump into someone intended on that same action. Aden easily caught his balance once again and threw a glare. His glare missed for the recipient was a lot shorter than expected. Aden looked down at the girl and frowned. “Watch where your going.” He said simply and calmly and than without a second look walked into the bookstore, Fryance close on his heels.

Annabella had taken a few steps forward, when she was bumped into. She was knocked forward a bit but she had caught herself, before she fell. But one of her bags had fallen out of her hand, and to the ground with a soft thud. She bent down to pick it up, when she heard a voice tell her to watch were she was going. She frowned and looked up to see the back, of a boy and an elf walking into the book store.
"Watch where I am going? you were the one who bumped into me." she said but her words had fallen on deaf ears, as they had already entered the shop. She frowned once more and thought How rude...probably a Slytherin.
She opened the door and made her way inside and began, to scan the shelfs for the books she needed. After a little while she had found all but one book she needed, she turned a cornor to another shelf and saw the same boy and the elf who had, bumped into her earlier. She rolled her eyes and ignored them and continued her search.
