Danny was running around in a field with a bunch of friends under a full moon the breeze was so nice and peaceful. He was about to get where he was running to till he heard the sounds of something knocking on wood. He opened his eyes slowly to see the ceiling of his room. “No…” He said quietly wishing to go back to sleep. He tried to pretend and lie to himself that he was still asleep but it didn’t work he was still awake no matter how hard he tried to get back to sleep. He rolled out of bed slowly as normal and looked out the window and was still early. This was really starting to get him mad. “Its summer I should be able to sleep as long as I can or want.” He said to himself as he started to get changed in a black shirt and blue jeans.
He stumbled down the stairs yawning and went to the kitchen for breakfast. Danny looked up at his mom as she started talking to him but he didn’t really pay attention to what she was saying he was still far too sleepy. All he really got out of her talking was that she was mad at him for leaving her and William when they went to Hogsmeade and that they were all going to Diagon alley today. Danny had seen Diagon alley enough already, It was a wonderful place and all but he had just been there to many times lately and he had been almost everywhere.
An hour later they were all at Diagon alley his parents were off to find whatever they were looking for Danny didn’t really pay attention to that ether. They both kept looking to make sure that he was still with them and Danny kept looking for a chance to get away from them. Danny finally got away after they had to walk through a crowd of people and he headed the opposite way they were headed. “I’ll just have to use the old I lost sight of you excuse.” He said to himself as he walked around, turning to a shop which didn’t seem much like a shop at all. More like a big storage room with a show window and an open sign on the door. Danny saw a sign right before he want in that said junk shop.
Danny started to look around and it all seemed like junk, most the stuff was broken or had something wrong with it. “How can there be a shop for junk?” He said to himself picking up random items then putting them back. He came to a box with a label that said broken wands. Danny pulled it off the shelf a bit and the bottom of the box broke. “What, even the boxes are junk?” He said to himself surprised. He started to pick up the wands or pieces of wands if that’s what you could call them. Someone came from the other side and started to help him pick them up. “Thanks.” Danny said without even looking up.

Waking up to the sounds of her mothers radio Arden grinned. She hadn’t heard it for a long time and then when she gets home and people start to notice that she’s back from ‘boarding school’ everyone seemed to be in a better mood. She had always been the ‘life’ of the party and loved to have parties. Turning on her own radio she turned it to her favorite station and grinned as country music blasted through her speakers. Walking into her bathroom she quickly turned on the water, wondering what she would be doing that day.
Jumping out of the shower she excitedly slipped on her robe and ran to the closet for something to wear. Smiling she found her favorite jeans, that luckily still fit her and were white wash, a blue tank top, and her favorite blue addidas. Grabbing her brush she quickly brushed all of the tangles out of her hair and used all of the usual muggle appliances to straighten it, dry it, and add some blue streaks to match her top and shoes. Adding a few string bracelets and other jewelry she saw that she would be finished when she added her favorite lip gloss.
Leaving her room she walked down stairs and saw her mom and dad and sister at the table already, none of them dressed. “Can I go to Diagon Alley today?” she asked as she sat down beside her sister at the table. “Yes. Who with?” her mom replied curiously. “No one, I just want to go and get a few things, oh and I’ll need some money too!” Arden replied knowing what her mom meant. Nodding her head her mom gave Arden some money from her purse and then sat back down at the table. Giving her mom and dad a hug each she left the room after grabbing a piece of her sister’s toast when she hadn’t been looking. Taking a bite in to it Arden grinned, loving her mothers cooking.
Leaving the house she walked toward the tube (muggle train/subway), wishing that she could travel like everyone else and go by floo powder or apparate. After a twenty minute ride Arden arrived about a block away from the entrance. Walking the way there she headed toward the shops. Curious she saw a shop called the junk shop and wondered if it was all just junk. Hearing a clanging noise she saw someone drop some wands that either just broke, or were already broken. “No problem!” she said as the boy thanked her. Standing up straight she introduced herself, “Hi, I’m Arden.” she said.

“Robert, get up! It’s time for breakfast!” Robert’s mom called to him from downstairs, “Hurry up or it’ll be cold!” “I’m coming,” Robert replied groggily. He got out of bed and went downstairs in his pajamas. “Good morning, sleepy head,” His mother said as she poured him a glass of orange juice. “Dad’s already left for work, and I’ve got to run some errands. I hope you don’t mind being left by yourself today.” “It doesn’t matter, I might go somewhere anyway,” he said. “Oh… like where? Somewhere with one of your friends?” she asked him. “No, I was thinking maybe Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade,” he told her quietly. He wished that he could go there with his friends, but both his parents were muggles, and so were his friends. It was like living another life which none of his friends from home could know about. “So I’ll be going by myself,” he added. “Okay, but take some money with you,” she told him with a smile.
After having his breakfast, Robert went back upstairs and started the shower. He reached out to feel the water, which was still cold. The house was old and the water usually took a little while to heat up. Robert turned on a waterproof shower radio that was attached to the shower wall. Robert fumbled with the controls of the tiny radio until he got it on his favorite radio station. The water had gotten warm by then, so he got in and began to sing along to the song that was blasting from the little radio.
Once Robert had gotten out of the shower, he slipped into a pair blue jeans and a shirt that he’d gotten while on vacation in the USA. Then he turned to the bathroom mirror and combed his hair out quickly and brushed his teeth. Once he was ready, he grabbed his wallet off the top of his dresser and checked to see how much money was in it. He had plenty of muggle money, but he only had a galleon and a couple of sickles. That wouldn’t get him far in Hogsmeade. Well, at least now I wont have to make the decision of going to either Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade, he thought to himself. He’d have to go to Gringotts which is in Diagon Alley. Luckily, it would only take a couple minutes to get there since his fireplace had been connected to the floo network in the summer before his third year.
Robert went downstairs and grabbed a handful of floo powder that was in a little dish on the fireplace mantle. He stood inside and dropped the powder into the fireplace as he said, “Diagon Alley.” Emerald flames shot up around him and within seconds he was in the fireplace of an old shop in Diagon Allley. As Robert stepped out of the fireplace, he realized that he’d never been to this shop before. As he was inspecting the old stuff on the shelves, he heard a loud noise. He walked through the dusty shop to where the noise had come from. The shop’s wooden floors creaked with every step and Robert could see two people talking and picking splintered and broken pieces of wood off of the floor.
“Do you guys need help with that?” he asked the boy and the girl he recognized as Hogwarts students.

Seeing another person come up behind her Arden thought for a moment. It's weird how you can find three curious teens in the same shop, at the same time, on the same day. She figured that the boy who had knocked the things down was a Hogwarts student, and as the next boy showed up she figured him one too. Nodding at him and accepting his help she deposited the broken peices in her hand and then bent down to retrieve the rest. Seeing that all the peices had been picked up Arden stood up and introduced hersef to the newest person of the three. "Hi, I'm Arden!" she said, grinning politley as she straightened her pant leg after sitting on it.
Looking at the two she saw one looked a bit older and was most likely a sixth or seventh year, but the boy that had just came looked some where near her age and from the looks of how he dressed, more muggle like her he was probably half blood or muggle born as well. "Do you two go to Hogwarts?" she asked as she stood there beginning to get tired of standing. glad sh ecould happily say she was in Gryffindor she figured neither of them were in Slytherin because one had said thank you and the other had offered to help.

Danny kept picking up the pieces as the girl started helped him pick them up. “Why in the world would there be a need for broken wands?” He asked himself in his head. He looked up at the girl for a second and thought she seemed familiar but just couldn't place where he had seen her before and then went back to picking up the last few pieces. Then the girl introduced herself but he still didn’t remember where he had seen her before but Danny just gave up. “You can’t know everybody.” He thought to himself. Then Danny smiled about to introduce himself but then someone else came to help.
“So many nice people today, glad I ditched my parents.” He said out loud after the other boy offered to help them pick them up. “I’m Danny and thanks for the help, I didn‘t know even the boxes would be junk but I guess they go all out in a junk shop.” He said laughing then listened to the Arden ask if him and the other boy went to Hogwarts and Danny smiled again. “Sure do, I’m in Gryffindor. Going into my sixth year when school starts again.“ He always liked saying that he was in Gryffindor it just made him proud inside and adding the sixth year part was just him deep down being a show off, he couldn’t help it.
“It’s nice to meet both of you.” He said waiting for one of them to say something.

Robert noticed that they were pretty much done cleaning up. It crossed his mind to say he had to go, but then a girl introduced herself. Robert smiled as he replied, “Nice to meet you both.” Robert turned toward the girl and said, “Yes, I think we’re in the same year. And you’re in… Gryffindor?” Robert was purely guessing; all he knew was that she was not in Ravenclaw, or else he would have known who she was. “I’m in Ravenclaw,” he said proudly. “I’m going into my fifth year. Maybe we’ll have some classes together once Hogwarts begins again.”
Robert heard the boy say that he’d ditched his parents. “Well, my parents are both muggles, so they don’t really come here often. Most of the time I go by myself or I meet someone here,” he explained, “but today I was going up to Gringotts to get some money from my vault.” Robert’s family was a wealthy one, and they had pounds exchanged for wizarding money often. It had been a while since Robert had needed to get more wizarding money. It wasn’t often that he went outside the muggle town that his family lived in, so there wasn’t a need for any wizarding money.

"I am in Gryffndor, year four." Arden told Robert grinning, after she had nodded at Danny. Grinning she nodded again, "Maybe we will." she told Robert as he spoke about having classes together. Making sure there were no more peices of wood and essence on the ground she straightened her posture and looked around again. She saw the door open and shut as more people came in. Grinning at them she waited for them to move before continuing on speaking. "My parents are muggles too." she said, "I just came here because I was bored and needed some kind of excitement to look forward to."
Her muggle parednts vanishing from thought she wondered if they were hungry. She knew she was to shy to ask anything but to her it was just a thought. Shaking it out of her head she looked back at the two wondering what the day would lead to now that she had met tow people. Adjusting her bag she looked around and waited for some topic of conversation to come up from someone's other than her own mouth.
((sorry about the length))
