Danny woke up like he always did to the sounds of his mother yelling for him to get up. This time she seemed to be in an awful mood and Danny could tell by the sound of her voice. Danny got up slowly as always and toke a shower which really woke him up seeing as it was cold water that came out first. After that he got changed into more of his muggle clothes, this time a dark red shirt and a size to big blue jeans. He headed door stairs right before his parents left to go to work. He just waved them off as they went into the fireplace one at a time and disappeared. He then got some breakfast and was happy to have the house to himself it was a nice change from being nagged by his mom to do something and not just sit around.
It was around lunch time when Danny finally deciding to go to Diagon alley yet again, this had to be his third time going there. The first time to meet his real father which was a nightmare, the second to get his mind off of that and now just because it was close and better then being home alone and bored. He gathered all the wizard money he had and left the house walking to the leaky cauldron. After only fifteen minutes Danny was in Diagon alley and didn't know what to do. In the past few trips he had come here and been pretty much everywhere. After a bit of walking around he ended up in front of the Weasleys joke shop and finally just walking in. It was Noisy as always full of people laughing, it was a nice place.
Danny kept walking around till he came up to a cage half full with pygmy puffs, which he had seen around but never got a close look at one and he wanted one for sometime. They seemed interesting and kept thinking it over Danny didn’t know if he should get one or not. He already had an owl but the pygmy puffs seemed for cool. Danny decided to think about getting a pygmy puff some more and kept looking around. After awhile Danny ended up going to the counter with some odd hangman game where there was a wooden guy who walked to up get hanged if you didn’t guess the right letters and hung himself at the end when you lost. Danny tried it before he bought it and got a kick out of seeing the little wooden man walk as he purposely guessed the wrong letters.
Danny left the joke shop and started walking around again starting to get bored. He kept walking around till he saw the ice cream parlor and stopped to get some ice cream. He walked in to the Parlor which was full of people inside sitting down. So he toke his Ice cream after he paid for it and sat down at the only open table outside then put the hang man game on the table and misspelled some more words just to watch the wooden man move some more.

The silence was relaxing, comforting almost. Of course, there was no one around besides Lita and two horses to make any noise.Well, it was only six AM so her parents were still asleep and Adrian was probably just about to wake up, if she knew anything about her brother. Viento whickered quietly and Lita smiled lightly, delving into a small, metal box and offering a sugar cube to her favourite of the two horses in London. And all of the other horses really. Though Jackal was a close second, to be utterly honest. Caradoc stomped and Lita grinned, turning to pay attention to the sweet horse and offering him a sugar cube. A soft sound caught her attention and Lita spun around, automatically grabbing a brush and tossing it at the silhouette in the doorway. Adrian laughed and caught the brush easily, stepping closer and ruffling his sisters hair playfully. "Skittish today, are you Lita?" He teased, grinning when Lita scowled at him. "You take Cara and I'll take Vie." Lita shoved a grooming kit at him and turned to Viento, murmuring to him soothingly and ignoring her brothers raised eyebrow. Adrian looked at his sister doubtfully but started to groom Caradoc obediently, sighing when Lita rolled her eyes and gestured for a hovering stablehand to take over from him. "You're hopeless." Lita informed him, smirking when Adrian gave her a mock-devastated look. Scott, the stablehand, grinned to himself but otherwise ignored the bickering siblings whom he had grown fond of. When Lita left then he would certainly follow her and her horses. Not for romantic reasons but purely because she would be a good employer and not think herself above the very people with whom she spent more time with than her own family.
"Scott," Lita touched his elbow gently and grinned at him, knowing that she had interrupted some deep thoughts. "It's almost time for breakfast for Adrian and I. Viento and Caradoc are to be taken to Wales today, remember? You're in charge of overseeing it." Her brown eyes cooled quickly and she stared at him darkly. "Anything goes wrong and it'll be your neck on the line." Lita smiled brightly, turning toward the door cheerfully, dragging her brother behind her. Adrian shrugged helplessly and allowed himself to be dragged, figuring that it was easier than protesting and being laughed at. Besides, it wasn't often that Lita allowed herself to act like a child. Both siblings stopped outside the dining room and surveyed each other critically, knowing that their father wouldn't appreciate anything less than perfection. It was annoying at times but it wasn't like he was around often, only at mealtimes and in the evening. Their mother smiled at them as they entered and Lita grinned back as she slipped into a chair and turned her attention to her breakfast. "I was thinking of taking Lita to the Alley today. I wanted to pick up a new book and figured that I could take Lita with me and get us both out of the house for an hour or so," Adrian mentioned calmly, flicking a glance at Lita and catching the gentle curling of her lips, showing that she approved of the plan.
An hour later and both siblings were in Diagon Alley, stepping out from the fireplace just as the clock turned to eight AM. "Meet back here at two?" Adrian arched an eyebrow questioningly, waiting for Lita to nod before turning away. "Two. Don't forget!" He warned quietly, smirking when Lita rolled her eyes. "I'll be fine. I've been here a million times before, you know." Adrian smiled slightly, a rare, sweet smile that only Lita and their parents had ever seen. "I'm a brother. I'm allowed to worry. You're my responsibility. Deal with it." Lita saluted mockingly before walking away and wandering through the Alley absentmindedly. She had just under six hours to wander about and a lot of shops to revisit. It was about midday when Lita decided that ice-cream was definitely needed, settling on strawberry ice-cream before looking for a table. Much to her annoyance the last table was taken by an older boy, probably slightly older than Adrian by the look of him. Lita sighed, deciding to stand rather than to intrude on his game. Her nose wrinkled distastefully when the wooden man hung himself and Lita narrowed her eyes slightly. "That's cruel. Not to mention distasteful. People are trying to enjoy ice-cream and you decide to hang your toy. Can't you find better things to do with your time?"

Danny was starting to get bored with playing hangman by himself. Sure it was fun to watch the guy move around and hang himself at the end. Danny had even started using words that weren’t even real but he was still starting to get bored. Taking another bit of ice cream the same moment the wooden man jumped off he just watched him hang there for a second then walk back to the start. “I should have gotten a pygmy puff, it would probably have been a great pet.” He said kind of laughing to himself regretting not getting one now. The wooden man started all over again and was at the last step till he was going to hang himself again till out of the corner of his eye he saw some get closer to the table.
Danny turned his head to get a good look at who it was then the person started talking. The girl had to be really young, maybe a new first year or maybe a very small soon to be second year. Danny listened to her talking Danny then thought to himself when she was done talking. ” Is it really cruel, to hang a wooden man who was never alive to begin with?” He thought then started to talk back to the girl. “Something better to do? “ He repeated then paused as if he was thinking. “No not really.” Danny said seconds later, turning to the hangman game then back to her. Danny didn’t really see the problem with watching a woodmen hang himself he wasn‘t feeling any pain.
“You're welcome to save him from jumping if you want?” Danny said laughing. “You just have to spell the right word and he’ll live to see another day.” He said laughing again. He was pretty sure she would say no, seeing as how she made a big fuss over it to begin with but it was worth a try and it would give him something to do besides being bored.

Lita continued eating her ice-cream contentedly, allowing herself to indulge in one of her greatest pleasures. Ice-cream was wonderful, in all of its flavours, but she was rarely allowed it. She wasn't entirely sure why but neither did she really care. The treat was all the more satisfying because of its rareness. Admittedly, strawberry wasn't her favourite but it was still a good choice. It ahd to be, otherwise she wouldn't have chosen it. But chocolate had been the only other real option and she wasn't really fond of chocolate. If she was upset then it was her best friend but when she wasn't then it was just another option for her to pass over. The reply made her roll her eyes. "You have nothing better to do than to watch a wooden man hang himself. In which case I pity you." Lita smirked slightly, looking more like she despised him than pitied him. "If you are so simple-minded that watching a man hang himself is entertainment then I can think of one thing for you to do. Read some books, gain some knowledge and maybe you'll finally be worthy of notice." Lita sneered, truly annoyed by the boy in front of her.
"You have to spell a word correctly to stop him from jumping? Well, no wonder the man keeps being hung." Lita smiled with mock-sweetness, not expecting the boy to realise that she had insulted him. After all, that would require brains and this boy had already demonstrated his lack of them. "And believe me, I have better things to do than play such a silly, pointless game, even if you do not." Lita paused to finish her ice-cream, satisfied as the last bite of cold strawberry ice-cream slid down her throat. "After all. I could be watching Ollivander find the right wand for a new first year." Lita added sarcastically, her eyes darting to the watch on her wrist cautiously. Unfortunately she still had an hour and half before meeting Adrian, which meant that she had no reason to leave the presence of this boy. Besides, why should she let him chase her away? She had every right to be here and would not leave just because of a thoughtless idiot. If anything, he should be the one to leave. Taking his game with him!

Danny finished off the last bit of ice-cream he had left as he listened to the girl. “I need to stay away from Diagon alley for awhile… or at lest till the nice kids that are fun to be around start coming.” He thought to himself remembering the run in he had with one really mean Slytherin first year. “Why must everyone think there better then other people… it’s a waste of time.” He said quietly, not out of fear that the girl would hear him, he just didn’t feel like fighting with someone a few years younger then him. Even if he wasn’t the bad guy it would seem it, because he was so much older then her. Danny smiled unable to hold back his next thought after she said something about being noticed.
“I’m sorry but you noticed me from all the other people in this alley? So I think I’m doing just find at being noticed. In fact I could due with being just a little bit less noticeable now.” He said almost laughing. He knew he would pay for that comment with her talking even more but it just had to be said, Danny found it far too funny to not say it. He looked over at her seeing the look on her face. “A lot less.” Danny added quietly. She then want on about how she had much better things to do then stick around and play hang man. Which Danny deep down was very glad to hear. Something about this girl, Danny just didn’t like, probably just the attitude she had.
“You could be watching someone get a new wand?” He asked not really wanting her to answer. Danny pause a second then talked again. “Well don’t let me stop you.” He said not even smiling. Danny liked being in a good mood like the mood he was kind of in till this girl came. “I’m sure Ollivander has got a perfectly good window you can see through.” He said looking at her waiting for her next batch of insults.
